About this condo rental
Situated in Sea Colony, this lovely condo for $198 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. ** We only rent Memorial Day week for seven days** This beachfront condo provides views of both the beach and ocean. Crack your windows at night and listen to the soft smoothing sounds of the ocean just across the dunes. The condo has direct access to 1 of the 12 outside pools and is only 100 feet to the beach access point, it is not only one of the most convenient residences in the Sea Colony Complex, it has been completely renovated (2015-16) and very nicely appointed. During the summer months (Memorial Day Week to Labor Day Week a seven night stay is required. The condo is three bedrooms and two complete baths. Wood look high grade vinyl flooring in the main living area, new carpets in the bedrooms. Each bath has been renovated with new vanities, tile flooring and completely tiled showers. The kitchen has been totally redone with new cabinets, granite countertops, and new high end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is full stocked with new counter appliances, new dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and utensils. The kitchen has been reconfigured to give you more counter space and the sink has been moved and breakfast bar expanded to be more convenient and allow interaction while preparing meals or snacks with the rest of your family in the main living space. The master has a king bed, the 1st bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom a twin on top and twin trundle underneath so all the children can have a sleep over if you desire. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable, there is a large flat screen in the living room and WiFi internet throughout. Step out the front sliding glass doors to wonderful views of the beach and ocean. The balcony seats 2 to 4 on bar height chairs and table. Walk off the balcony directly onto the promenade and into one of the pools, or only a few feet more to the beach access point which makes going to and from the beach extremely easy due to this condo's close proximity. Our building, Farragut House is next door to the center building of the complex (Edgewater House). Walk on the promenade next door to the Edgewater Building and enjoy one of the indoor pools, indoor hot tub, sauna, exercise/weight room, lockers and showers. Also, in front of the Edgewater on the promenade is where you will find the complexes summer season activities and celebrations to include music, snack bar and a small store. The promenade connects the entire beachfront complex for easy access to all the buildings and beachfront pools. During the summer season Sea Colony provides a trolley car system in order to access the tennis complex, outside tennis courts, another large indoor pool and fitness complex complete with indoor gym. The condo comes with one designated parking space and two weekly parking passes for parking in the main lot. All Sea Colony guests are required to purchase weekly recreational passes which gives you access to all the amenities Sea Colony has to offer. There are beach stands that provide chair and umbrella rentals either daily or weekly for your convenience. Please see the website for pricing. Including in your rental rate are the bed linens, bath and beach towels, and government taxes. Please note that we do not provide linens in the off season. We can put you in touch with who we use during the summer months (they are very reasonable). Also, Sea Colony requires; Resort Fees: 2021 Sea Colony Recreational Association Fees (per person, per week or portion thereof) is required for all guests 4 and older) 01/01/2022 - 05/01/2022; $12. 05/02/2022 - 06/12/2022; $20. 06/13/2022 - 09/11/22; $40. 09/12/2022 - 09/18/2022; $20. 09/19/2022 - 12/31/2022; $12. Please note: Guest arriving in 2022. The Resort has not yet approved their 2022 recreational fees. As a result, the 2021 fees are shown are placeholders for comparable 2022 dates and are subject to change without notice.

We had a great time at the condo. It's easy access to the beach. I would stay here again and again.

We had 3 generations get together from 3 different states; PA, MN and NY.
It was my third time staying at Sea Colony and this condo was my favorite. 3 BR and 2 BA gave all of us the privacy that we needed while we had plenty of time together in the kitchen, living room and balcony.
The ground floor was a great feature which enabled us to simply walk out to the promenade and beach.
There were 4 TVs which was very handy but we only used 2. Two of the TVs never got turned on even once.
We spent lots of time on the balcony. On our last day we went across the street to the Freeman building and enjoyed their very clean and big exercise room,
pool and hot tub.
Cottage Cafe across the street was perfect the first night as we were all tired from travelling, unpacking and setting up.
Keith was easy to work with and in fact his welcome letter had all the details we needed so we never had to call him for anything while we were there for 5 quick nights.
I will definately return to Bethany Beach and Sea Colony
as it has become one of my favorite vacation places.

We love Sea Colony and have been coming for many years. This was a great unit. The location on the first floor is very convenient to get out to the pool and the beach. The condo is very tastefully decorated and in great shape. The beds were a little soft for us but overall were comfortable enough. We really appreciated that the linen rental was included. The kitchen is well appointed and the couch in the living room is very comfortable. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this unit to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront condo. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch out on the patio, overlooking the ocean. The condo was very nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. This was our first time staying at Sea Colony, and in addition to the beach and the pool, we enjoyed using the gym, taking Zumba classes and playing tennis. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.

I can't give this space enough praise - it's clean, it's perfected located within the Sea Colony complex, it's big enough for our family, and it's just perfect.
We stayed here for the first time last year and decided to return because of how well it worked for our kids (5 & 6). This unit having it's own access to the pool/beach area just makes the whole process of getting out for the day SO much easier. Kids can go back on their own, you can literally see them get there from the beach! Keith is a responsive owner and the unit is in excellent shape. Thank you for another great vacation!

The condo is lovely and the location is great. Open the sliding doors and there is the ocean without being right on the ocean - meaning all the benefits without the sand unless you want it! The indoor pool is well maintained (we were there in October) and was wonderful. Keith was very responsive to questions. We hope to come back in the future.

Beautiful place a hundred yards to the beach in the small town of Bethany Beach, Delaware. Everything is as described. Very nice accommodations right on the beach. Walking distance yo great restaurants. Walking and bike paths right from this location. Such a great place!

This is our third year at this property and it never fails to disappoint. The new furniture in the living room and master bedroom were beautiful and appreciated. This was a beautiful, relaxing condo to enjoy a week at the beach. Being able to walk out the back door and onto the beach or to the pool was wonderful. The condo is beautifully designed with comfortable furniture and beds. We had a great time and hope to return soon.

We loved this place so very much. The location is great. Super close to the pool. And we used the beach much more than previous years because of being on the first floor. The condo had many creature comforts - included linens, quiet-close cabinets, plentiful unbroken kitchenware, quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and spacious for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. The sliding door to the patio was very difficult to open; some might even consider it a childproofing feature (?). We had minor issues with the air conditioning and the in-fridge water dispenser during our week but the owner communicated well and did what he could to fix it.

Convenient and Clean!
We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were responsive to our needs. We had a slight issue the first day and within hours it was fixed. The location is amazing and the unit itself was clean and very comfortable. Perfect place for a beach getaway!

This was our 4th year staying here and we couldn’t imagine staying somewhere else. The condo is well maintained and clean and with 3 kids under 6, having the pool and the beach so close is great. We can’t wait to go back next year!
