Single-story living at the beach, this resort retreat features a living with new furnishings, dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms that include a master suite. The kitchen has had recent upgrades including new cabinets, countertops, lighting, and stove. Enjoy new living room furniture with a sleeper sofa, as well as newer floors, paint, refrigerator, washer/dryer, beds, dining set, and more. Accessible without stairs, this condo features central air conditioning, one reserved parking spot, three TVs, three DVD players, and free WiFi. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoors), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Please respect the no dog policy. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. There will be nearby construction now through Mid-May, 2024. There will be noise, but the unit will be accessible at all times. Please use caution when entering the building and obey signage. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 6. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

First time visiting Bethany. Condo was nicely decorated, clean and view from balcony was beautiful.
Only downside was dryer was not working upon arrival and not fixed during our stay despite informing management.
Hope to return to Sea Colony again next year.

Room was so dirty with caked on dust. Flies were everywhere. About 20 at a time. Spent so much of our vacation cleaning and killing flies it was ridiculous. We were refunded cleaning fee but property manager never called and never remedied issues. Very disappointed.

Wonderful Beach Condo
We loved the Sea Colony resort and 604 Chesapeake House. The condo was welcoming, well decorated, and very clean. The views were wonderful. The parking was right by the elevator which made loading and unloading easy with kids. The beach facilities were above expectations and the staff was extremely friendly. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful view!
Condo was clean and decorated very beach! Loved our time there! Dolphins everyday and relaxing walks on the beach and so many sea shells and sand dollars! Will vacation here every year!

I would DEFINITELY stay here again, but... the reason for the 4 satisfaction: There was a pair of someone's underwear left in a drawer. There was a sock under the bed. There was a used razor in the med cabinet! The TV was unhooked, and it took my very techie daughters at least 20 minutes to figure it out and set it up. So in other words, housekeeping MUST do a more through job! Otherwise, I highly recommend this place!
