Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 flat-screen TVs, 3 DVDs, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in bedrooms only - wood flooring in living room & dining room. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. There will be construction in a neighboring building from September 11, 2023 - mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 6. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Very clean and spacious. We did need to request more toilet paper and that was brought over. We took kitchen towels and more garbage bags based on comments made in reviews. This unit has great views of the beach and ocean and was within walking distances everywhere we needed to go.

The condo was perfect and just what we wanted. We had 2 adults and two teenagers and we were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and the view of the beach and ocean from the living room, dining room, and kitchen was spectacular. We would definitely go back!

Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view, tv’s in all the rooms especially the very large screened one in the living room, and the decor of the condo. The beds were also very comfortable.

Grew up going to Sea Colony for family vacations. Wanted to continue the tradition now that I have a baby. We had a wonderful time and can not wait to go back next year.

We were only in the condo for a short time but I could see that the hosts took great care to have everything that we would need. From puzzles to dishes to plenty of labels - this condo had it all. The only thing was a nail on the floor my daughter stepped on. Fortunately it didn't puncture the skin.

604 Dover is a lovely place. Comfortable, nicely decorated, all the comforts of home, functional, and updated. Providing the linens and starter supplies was a definite plus. We will definitely be back. We request that that Vacasa/ the owners purchase a new door stop for the entry door. The current one does not work and is worn and it is frustrating to hold the door open when bringing items in and out of the condo. A new one installed on the door would be ideal as long as it works to hold the door open when needed. More outlets behind the night stand between the beds in the room with two queen beds would be great also. We consider ourselves blessed to find such a lovely place to rent and enjoy Bethany Beach.

This property was just as described. The location was great, as you could just walk up the beach to the Bethany boardwalk. We stayed in mid-October and the water was still warm. The view from the balcony was great and the walk to the beach was super short. The parking was amazing, as it was just steps to the elevator. Overall a great property.

Sea Colony is a great location to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean without crowds. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had great ocean views. The beach was awesome! Lots of crabs and we got to see the dolphins this area is known for. Two notes of improvement for the management staff - update the king size bed, it was a creaky and uncomfortable bed to sleep on. Also, cleaning could have been more thorough. Other than that, we had a great time.

Great view and location. Tv was difficult to figure out but worst was Condo was not cleaned well at all. We checked in late so they would have time but found dirty dishes in dishwasher and 2 skillets with dried food! Hair in drain.
