This was the perfect home for us to enjoy a holiday weekend with friends and family. The open concept makes a perfect central space for dining, playing games, watching football and making memories. And the floor to vaulted ceiling windows were all we could ask for to watch the king tides and sunsets. Having the separate area with awesome games and all the sleeping options were a major bonus.

House set up perfectly for our group of 6-7 adults. The view is amazing & basement game rooms kept young ones busy. Kitchen well stocked with large fridge. Light bulb in microwave needs replaced. Furniture in good condition and beds had perfect mix of firm and soft to meet varying preferences. Host and local contact friendly and quick to respond when heater don’t work. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time. The weather was great. The house had a bit of a musty smell but I guess that could be just be the beach air. The only issue we really had was the hand soap is so watered down it sprays at you not into your hand. It was clean, the beds were comfy but the Juke box is broken and we were really looking forward to using that. Someone before us broke a plastic chair, that was sitting by the garbage can, but there were still plenty for us to sit and view the ocean. We will 100% rent this location again. (The parking is a bit wonky but we did fit 4 cars in the driveway.)

I'm here every second week of April and every second week of November and I always find a house I really liked this house it had enough amenities and enough space for all of us we appreciated all the space we had I would recommend this place to anyone and if I can get it again I'm going to. I do have a few complaints but they're really nothing big The coffee pot wasn't really cleaned and there were a couple of things that were broken The vanity door in the master bedroom and the window shade rod wouldn't turn to close or open the shade but besides that that is a great place to stay

The house is overall a nice place to stay. It is very close to the beach and easy access to the water. If you are a downstairs guest, be prepared to hear everything above you. The room was nice and the bed was comfy, but it was so noisy. The main portion of the house was nice a roomie and I like that there was a bathroom on every floor. Upstairs was nice but again if you are in the staying in the loft, just know you are up when the rest of the house is up.

The house was nice and clean. The wall of windows was great to view the ocean and plenty of furniture to relax on. It was fun to play ping pong and shuffleboard in the game room.

We were very pleased with the house. It accomadated all of us and we enjoyed the game room, ping pong table and the wall of windows to watch the ocean. The only thing that we miss was there were no kitchen towels.

Super disappointed
Disappointed in the cleanliness, upstairs bed is like sleeping in a bowl, carpets are filthy,no remote to the TV upstairs so the family couldn't watch movies together. Things are falling apart. Pucks are broken on the shuffleboard And for the $200 cleaning fee I expect it to be clean and to not have to take out the trash strip the beds start the dishwasher and towels why am I paying a $200 fee.

Two families stayed in this beautiful house with a great view & short walk to the beach. The games made for lots of entertainment for the 6 kids! The only thing missing is a can opener! :) we will be back

The location of the property was PERFECT! The house was great! However upon arriving I noticed a garbage bag on the couch that had "Knoll House " written on it with a black marker and there were dirty wet rags inside. My sister slept downstairs and noticed the bed sheets were dirty with blood stains and the bed smelled of urine. The shower curtain downstairs also had mold on the bottom of the curtain. The shower head on the main level and upstairs bathroom were spraying water in different directions and spraying the walls and softening the wall. The stairs rails were dirty and we wiped them down ourselves and had to be wipe them down a few times to get the dirt off. The contract that is emailed with the check-in/out expectations/rules were different then all the notes taped all over the house (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, etc). There were cheerios under one of the beds from previous guests (we did not have cheerios) and pieces of stuffing/cotton under the beds so it didn't look like anyone had! vaccuumed. The email stated there would be 2 keys located in the house for our use however there was only 1 set located inside plus the the one locked up in the keypad just outside the door. Overall the house was great! The housekeeping definitely needs to be worked on!!

This home was quite nice. It accommodated our large group, and we still had beds to spare! The home is was very clean. It was located in a great area with easy access. The view was really nice of the ocean, except for the power pole across the street! The owner was great with communication. We will definitely be staying there again in the future!!

Loved the house and view!
A great house to stay in with a great view of the ocean, a bathroom on all three floors, large dining room table for playing games, comfortable sofas for seating in the living room, shuffleboard, foosball, and ping pong in the basement. Our group of eleven people really enjoyed our stay.

Fun at the beach!
The house was spacious enough for 4 families and was nicely equipped for babies and toddlers. The game room was very fun for the older kids and easy access to the beach was fun for everyone!

Great for family reunions!
So big and convenient to the beach. There were even sand toys available for the kids in the garage. We used the grill which worked out just great down on the pavement by the garage. We loved that 5 cars can be on property at the same time as our cousins were in another house also in roads end but easily came and went. The amenities were great! The biggest hit was the shuffleboard game :). The deck was great to see the sunset. The only thing I recommend to the homeowner is that a good carpet and rug cleaning is probably due soon. I suggest that the rugs at the landings be washed after every family stay. Otherwise, we loved it! The towels were so new fluffy and the pillows were goose down...so comfy!

We had Great Grandparents, Grand Parents, and Children. There were places for all and a short walk to beach access. Everything that we needed was there and we just arrived with suitcases. View was great 5 minutes to store and casino!
