The house was perfect for our group of guys. We had a lot of space and everyone was comfortable.

The house was just as nice as pictured on website. One of the cleanest houses we have stayed. The view was spectacular and the interior decorated appropriately for the location. All appliances worked and if not the appliance was posted that it did not work. Greatly appreciated that part as well. The beds were so comfortable, and adequate blankets. One of the best places we have stayed.

The house is wonderful. We enjoyed the facilities and the location. We could not find the basement door at first though. When we did it ended up being a wonderful and secluded room with bathroom...one of the best rooms in the house. I would recommend this house for a larger groups.

The size of the property fit well with our group. The view from the second floor was great. The decks were a little awkward for our number of people. There were 10 of us total. Beach access wasn't quite as simple as walking across the street but that really wasn't a big deal. Th main power breaker was off when we got there so that took a little investigation to get the power on. There were towels and sheets left in the washer.
One of the refrigerators wasn't working but there were two more so it wasn't a huge deal. Overall it could use a little TLC but nothing to really complain about. We had a good time.

My family had a great stay at the Cozze Cottage. So close to the beach and close enough to town to get any supplies needed. We definitely loved the two living room setup. The second floor view of the ocean was amazing. We will definitely be back.

it was what we expected. More bedrooms than we thought. broken mirror on closet door/ fireplaces non working which is ok but did not know in advance. Puzzle pieces under chairs. would take off 1/2 point for these giving 4.5 stars. Location terrific and lots of space.

Furniture on front patio unsafe and very rusted. Both Grills were unclean, we did not even use. Some small things and this place would be terrific. Side of house decking has loose board. I would caution parents of toddlers that there are several areas of concern, the stairs, the brick hearth are the two we were most concerned about. Other then that its a great beach house that fits a lot of people. Kitchen is very small and not well stocked with pots and pans of working appliances but overall house is very nice.

Great for Large Families
I like lots of info so a long review.
You come in through the garage which has sand toys, boogie boards, a crab pot, a couple outdoor chairs. And room to park a car.
You enter downstairs which has a fridge with freezer, a poker table with cards and chips, washer (works ok) and dryer (bring your own soaps), and a Murphy bed (Queen) that the kids said was super comfy.
You walk up VERY steep stairs to a door you open. To the left are TWO bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is a queen bed. It’s decent. The other bedroom has double bunk beds that weren’t the most comfy but good for teens or kids. There is also a chair and a door to outside patio (the patio needs some work. I wouldn’t say it’s safe to walk on with kids). And a very small back yard. Very small and unkept. The bathroom has small tub with shower. Bring extra toilet paper and toiletries.
Next is the small but well furnished kitchen with TWO fridges. One was huge (yes that makes three). It broke while there. They quickly got someone out to take care of it and worked with us when we lost food. The kitchen has decent (not great but decent) knives, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, silverware plates and cups. It could use an instant pot, a stock pot.. oh it had a griddle too. Bring soap, sponge and trash bags. It’s a SMALL kitchen but great gas stove. Has a table. Then the living room. It has nice couches and decorations, a great ten person table, smart tv, some fun board games and puzzles... and attached to it is another bedroom with a comfy king bed and a very uncomfortable twin bunk beds (good for young kids)... then you go up another set of stairs. Straight ahead is a shower only bathroom. To the left is a queen bed bedroom I was told was not comfy but could have been picky peeps... that room has a GORGEOUS view with a gorgeous patio that overlooks the ocean and gets a comfy breeZe. The table out there sits 8 easily. We are a lot there. The room has wonderful windows. Two couches there and a couple chairs and a game table. More games. Then the master bedroom has a comfy king bed, chair, bathroom with a strange tub nowhere to sit quite right) and a shower. One room wasn’t clean at all. Had alcohol bottles, unclean comforter, and trash. Not sure what happened. But everything else felt very clean. Plenty of bedding, pillows, blankets for 14. This house really could sleep 16 without a problem. 14 is comfortable. Lots of space for kids to go one way and adults another. Outside on second floor is comfy outdoor furniture and a grill we didn’t get to use (very windy our trip). The beach is about .25 mile walk away and has a little parking lot. We had a nice bonfire there the one non wind night. The parking kinda stinks but it works. Overall we were thrilled and would stay here again and hope to.
Safeway and casino were 5 minutes away. Depoe bay is 15. Newport 25. 13 of us spent A LOT of time in the home and didn’t feel on top of each other. Just bring your soaps toilet paper paper towels and food and you’re set.

With all utensils needed just within perfect reach. The setups in every bedroom and living room feel so comfortable. It really is your home away from home. I would only suggest that it could use a little more lighting in the kitchen. But we still got around just fine. And our total experience was wonderful.

The upstairs looks out onto the oregon coast. Waking up everyday and looking out the window sitting from the couch was mesmerizing! The kitchen is cute and cozy. With all utensils needed just within perfect reach. The setups in every bedroom and living room feel so comfortable. It really is your home away from home. I would only suggest that it could use a little more lighting in the kitchen. But we still got around just fine. And our total experience was wonderful.

I loved it and especially how clean everything was. The view was really perfect and we enjoyed it. We never cooked in the house so when we left except for changing the sheets everything was left clean as we found it. One of our ladies had complains about shower mats but they were delivered to us.

Great for a large group
We maxed the place out at 14 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very nice accomadations. The only thing we would have liked better is bigger kitchen space but it was not a huge deal.

Great house and beach view was amazing!
The house was perfect for our family of 14. Everyone had their own bed. There was construction in the game room that we did not know about but it wasn't a big deal. Also, the tank for the BBQ was out of gas and the BBQ grill itself had not be cleaned for awhile. No big complaints, just a few things that might have been overlooked. Overall, a great vacation/house for us!

Perfect long weekend get-away!
We loved every minute there! Round bed has disappeared and all bedrooms had comfortable mattresses and bedding. All bedrooms were fashionably decorated, bright and cheery. We loved the woven deck furniture on the three deck areas. The living area on the third floor was where we gathered the most. The furniture was comfortable and not castoffs from someones' house. The house theme was beach with murals hand painted in rooms and hallways. I highly recommend Cozze Cottage and our family will go again. We had enough people that two refrigerators worked out well! The bottom-first floor is in process of a remodel. It will be interesting to see what the finishing touches will be!

Location and house
The location was great, house really cute. The house was very dirty, like it was not cleaned well at all. Dirty floors, dirty under beds, dirty kitchen. Not a good table to eat on for a rental, you could not wipe the table and food was in all the cracks. There was remodeling going on and it was never disclosed. There was some false advertising one of the rooms in the picture online showed laundry and a pull out couch for sleeping. The room had queen bunk beds. It also stated online there were two pull out couches for sleeping and there were none. One of the pictures showed a king round bed, no round bed was there. We really enjoyed our stay, just think a few things should be taken care of.

Larger home for large groups
Check-in & Check-out experience minimum. Had problems with the lock box and could only access through garage door. No instructions for expectations for check out. Information on operation of fireplace in living room not available, no toilet plunger for plugged toilet available. Did have to request maintenance assist... his arrival was prompt after going through main office who in turn notified him. Difficult to find where to seek help when a problem such as plugged toilet occurred. House was misrepresented in listing. We rented with the idea there were 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and parking for 5 cars. Turned out there were only 3 bathrooms and 4 parking spaces. One guest had to park at a friends home and we had to shuttle her back and forth. We talk to the maintenance fella... ...he agreed it was advertised wrong. Interestingly enough,
the listing changed the next day. So we paid for something we didn't get. Coffee Table in downstairs living room dangerous especially for children. One guest actually cut her leg on the chipped glass corner. Best sleeping arrangements we have had in a long time.... kitchen quite small but workable and very well furnished, living area nice for group gatherings. Have already completed one survey and there was no response regarding our concerns. Based on this, the best we can say is our stay at this house was adequate. Nothing great and nothing that impressed us enough to warrant future Homaway experiences.
