BEACH ACCESS: * there are 2 beach access options available from this home. *the first one is on NW 21st Street, just a minute walk from the home. This access requires a lot of stairs to get down to the beach. Also has a few parking spots, bench and makes an Amazing View Point for those who do not want to take the stairs down to the beach! *the 2nd access is through NW 15th Street, about a 3 minute walk from the home. This access is the only one in Lincoln City that has an option of driving your car down onto the sand, making it very convenient for all ages and guests with limited mobility. This beach access is wheel-chair accessible. *City Street Improvements (2016-2017): NW Harbor Ave now has a brand new sidewalk that stretches along the whole street between the 2 beach access points, making it safe and convenient to walk down to the Beach!!
