Nestled in Lincoln City, this charming house for $438 per night is a great option for your next break. Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 & 1/2 bath Roads End area of Lincoln City 2nd home & vacation rental is the perfect place to gather your team, family or pod for your next beach get away. An existing rental (sand Castle) under new ownership that is dedicated to update, cleanliness and safety in this home. You’ll need your swimsuit and beach towel as you head to our Whale Watch spot for an unforgettable vacation. This NW Lincoln City home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and just three blocks away from the beach at Road's End State Park. Downtown is about a five-minute drive south. Private hot tub located on the deck. The house has a full kitchen including gas cook top and new fridge has four bedrooms (no futons) with accommodations for up to 12 guests including 3 & 1/2 bathrooms with one featuring a jetted tub. Then you get great outside decks including main deck with a hot tub with ocean view. There's a living room on the main level along with a second living room on lower level so you and your guests have plenty of space to socialize or get silence to recharge. Whether you are looking for a place to gather your family near and far or just planning a fun weekend with friends, this house is big enough to accommodate everyone yet small enough to feel like home. Everyone will have a comfortable place to sleep here. There's a two-car garage and more parking spots outside, so you can bring as many as four vehicles here. Important Notes: There is a strictly enforced allowance of 4 cars by the city as defined within the rental agreement. 4 vehicles max with no trailers, tents, RV's allowed to park on the site. The home has a security system for security purposes only with one active exterior camera out front and another 2 exterior out the back, with only sensors in place on entry doors and accessible windows inside the home. There are NO active cameras, motion devices or other recording type devices inside the home. We utilize a rental agreement that needs to accepted to book.

We enjoyed the views, decor, and cleanliness of this home. It really has everything you might need. There are lots of comfy beds. The best feature is the location! So much to do and see, with some fantastic restaurant options. Walk to the Knoll and beach!

The family game room was so versatile and fostered play between the age span in our family which was 1 year through almost 80 years old. ❤️ We’d definitely stay again. The owners were exceptional at communicating and so helpful with a few items left behind.

The house was a wonderful place for our family of 11, 6 adults and 5 kids. The view of ocean from the living room and patio was very serene. We could also hear it from the master bedroom. The house was spacious and fully furnished with cooking equipment and plenty of towels. We have raved about this place to everybody that had asked us about our trip. Now both sides of the family want to book this place for next year.

We booked this for a family getaway and thoroughly enjoyed the the views off the deck, sizable bedrooms and game room for the kids. The hosts were communicative and responsive and we would definitely book this again.
Only recommendation would be to possibly upgrade beds and pillows but we’re spoiled with being Marriott Bonvoy members and sleeping on heavenly beds on vacations.

Great views of the ocean! So nice to be staying at a home off the busy roads. So close to Road’s End Wayside, too. The home had something for everyone! The kids hung out in the basement playing games, the adults chilled out upstairs. The large dining table fit everyone for our meals! Love this home!

Great location with awesome view! Fun game room lower level to entertain the whole family of all ages. Very large bedrooms with lots of extra beds. Upper level open concept with huge windows facing the ocean. 2pm check in and noon checkout was a bonus!
Had fun clamming in Siletz bay and exploring tide pool at Road’s end. Everything is so close and easy to get to! Highly recommend.

Property was at an amazing location close to shopping and the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. House was big enough to accommodate 10 people and 2 large dogs comfortably with room to spare. Home was clean and well stocked with linens and cookware. Entire family enjoyed the game room. Everyone in our party enjoyed staying at this place. It is tucked away in Roads End, but close enough to grocery stores and restaurants. Nice, short walk to the beach. Amazing views of the ocean - could just stay in and soak them in.

We have been so very excited about our family vacation! We found this home that would fit everyone. As soon as we got there the host was immediately texting us saying his house cleaner “happened to drive by” and saw a bunch of kids. We had two kids and a baby and they were all in different vehicles. We had a total of 12 people! We did have an error on our end when checked out and scheduled it a day before we thought we were supposed to. We rushed to get packed and get 12 people stuff together… all the food in the fridge we had to throw away. Today the host messaged saying he’s places a claim against us for dirty windows a dirty rug and sheet. It’s ridiculous! This is amazing house but be aware he is up your butt the whole stay! Oh and don’t have to much garbage or you will be accused of having to many people!!! I’d find a different house. I know we will next year :)

The grandkids, ages 4-22, had a great time in the playroom with ping pong, air hockey, Pac-Man, and the games. Yes you can see the beach from the home, but it is on a cliff. You need to walk or drive about 1/2 mile to get to a path to get to the beach. Plenty of sleep area for 12 people. Great family gathering.

Our family (6 adults, 2 pre-teens, and 2 toddlers) stayed for a week and have to say this was the best place we have stayed on the Oregon Coast. (We have rented 4 other houses in Roads End, Pacific City, and Lincoln City over the years). Everyone was talking about wanting to come back to this one in the future. Nice big kitchen/panty and dining table for family dinners, game room, hot tub, good internet connection, . . . We used the house as our "base of operations" and everybody had a great week!

The downstairs play room with a tv was a huge bonus. It was walking distance to the beach. We loved the fully enclosed deck on the upper floor. This was the first house I’ve rented that I probably didn’t have to bring any kitchen items. They had everything you’d need to cook for a large group. The one thing I’d keep in mind if you are traveling with little kids and were Planning on using a baby gate. The stairway is much wider than normal so normal gates don’t work. It also would of been nice to have longer blinds in the first room upstairs. Since you aren’t allowed to turn off the porch light the light shines into the bedroom at night.

Beautiful home
The pictures don't do this house any justice. The views and outside area are amazing! You can see the ocean from just about everywhere on the main floor. Our families absolutely LOVED the game room downstairs. We also loved the big dining room table for eating together and for playing board games. The owner was great to work with and very quick at responding. This is definitely a house we would rent again.

Very close to the beach. Good Ocean view. Excellent game room. It has all amenities for families to enjoy. The best thing was the excellent owner. He was very responsive during our stay and took care of our needs. He also agreed to give some waiver on charges as we vacated the property a day earlier because of the weather.
