The 3-bedroom, 2-bath newly remodeled and furnished (2022) home, features an open floor plan with modern amenities. Tall ceilings and windows that let in plenty of natural light give this residence a spacious ambiance, with easy-care flooring that is perfect for 2 families. The house is open and bright with a charming gas insert fireplace and a living room that allows guests to step out onto a private deck with hot tub and barbeque area. Two bedrooms feature 1 king and 1 queen beds with a color scheme in white, gray and tan, with cozy white quilted comforters and 800 thread count bedding. The third bedroom features comfortable twin bunkbeds that can sleep 4-kids (or adults) comfortably. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway with a shower/tub combo. The primary bedroom has a full bathroom ensuite with a stand-in shower. Each room includes a Smart TV with cable and streaming capability for your viewing pleasure. Besides being just steps from a playground and major Sunriver amenities, the house is located near bike paths and trails perfect for walking, running or cycling. Complete with A/C, a Fresh-Aire UV air purification system and 8 unlimited use SHARC passes that are included while staying in this home. The two car garage is stocked with bikes, dart board, two paddle boards, and a kayak. Two cars can be parked in the driveway.

We went for snow but there wasn’t any! But we found so many fun things to do anyway! The house was beautiful, clean, and cozy! We all had such a wonderful time! I will definitely re-book here in the future!

We had an absolutely fabulous weekend getaway! The Josie is located in a cool area and felt secluded because the back looks out at nature. The home was very clean and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable everyone slept great. It’s tastefully decorated and it definitely had a homey lodge feel to it which is what we were hoping for. The hot tub was clean and so nice to climb in after a day out in the snow. We couldn’t figure out how to work the tv and I had a response from the apartment manager quickly and we got it figured out. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was furnished impeccably with a modern boho twist. The home also was fully stocked with everything we could need -- minus one thing! Since you provide children's bikes, it would be nice if you could supply some kids helmets (it's the law that they must have them). We rented some from the Village for $5/day but again, it would be a nice add. Overall, we loved our stay. Great central location, very peaceful, and spacious home.

My family enjoyed a lovely stay, the home was clean and modern. We loved sitting on the back deck in the morning with the dogs, enjoying coffee. The back deck was secluded enough, just far enough off the bike path but close to the park for the kids, as well as the village and SHARC. We definitely plan to come back for another stay!

While our stay was cut short by the weather, we found the house to be very comfortable, well appointed, and clean. Super cute house. Short drive to the Village or Lodge. Would be a great bike ride to the Village or Marina in warmer weather. Would stay again.

Got immediate family together for a fun time on the ice. It did finally snow on our second to last day. Spending time in the hot tub and enjoying the beautiful view and watching some movies on the cable was very enjoyable. I’ll be in the grandpa did not go ice-skating but the teenager and youngsters really enjoyed that time together. I will definitely look forward to doing it next winter too.

We very much enjoyed this home - nice layout, quiet locale with an all forest view out the back. This is a rental that will be our first choice every time we visit Sunriver.

Such a great home in Sunriver! Updated and very cute interior. Everything you need is in this home for a wonderful stay. Kitchen is stocked for all cooking needs. Location is fantastic and close to the Sharc and bike paths. Bedrooms are very comfortable and each room has a tv. Loved staying here with our family! Thank you :)

The house was updated and clean, beds comfortable and all amenities needed. I had text communications with property manager who answered all questions quickly. Stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids and even tho 3rd room, it would feel crowded with more. Bathrooms were small but totally fine. Close walk to Fort Rock Park. Backyard space and beyond great for kids to play. Would stay here again.

This place was so nice, everything is updated and loved how they had new electronics and good wifi. The place was a tad bit too small compared to the pics and the a/c was on all day tried to turn it up when we got a bit too chilli but temp was locked. We were able to call and get a quick response when we called for a confirmation email that was never sent to us. The items available where abundant, plenty of spices and dishes but the stove for some reason is very slow to boil water. Loved having the bikes. Would stay again

Very nice house. Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub had perfect temperature for our old bones. Convenient location to north store for last minute shopping. 8 bikes with the house, a ping pong table in garage, dart board. What more could you want!
