Situated in Sunriver, this attractive house for $495 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 24 Hickory is a luxuriously appointed private home in Sunriver near the Woodland Golf Course featuring 4 bedrooms (2 master suites) and 4 bathrooms. The home has 2635 sq ft of living space and features a fully renovated kitchen with slab granite. The home features 2 living rooms both with flat screen tvs. 24 Hickory has a brand new private Jacuzzi on the deck. The home is centrally located near Circle 10. We are close to the North Store, the North Pool, Deschutes River, Fort Rock Park and a bike ride away from the SHARC. This home includes 10 daily passes for the SHARC which features an indoor year round pool and an outdoor seasonal pool with water slides and lazy river. The passes also include the seasonal tubing hill. Visit sunriversharc.com for additional information and seasonal activities. 24 Hickory is cozy, yet elegant. The home features 2 master bedrooms, both with their own full bathrooms. The downstairs master has a king bed, flat screen tv and the 5 fixture bath includes a jetted tub and walk in shower. The upstairs master has it’s own bathroom and includes a tub/shower combo. Our other two bedrooms feature custom made queen/twin bunk beds made from reclaimed wood from Minnesota. The two bunk bed rooms have their own sink and have a jack-and-jill shower/toilet area. These bunk beds are large and comfortable for both kids and adults. The home comfortably sleeps 10. Our two living rooms are spacious and comfortable and are able to accommodate 2 groups wanting to visit or watch tv. Our first living room is more formal and includes leather furniture, cow hide décor and Beverly Doolittle art. You can enjoy watching tv by the fireplace while looking out at the lovely Pondorosa trees throughout the property. Our 2nd living room is just off the kitchen and perfect for a larger group. This room has a beautiful Mitchell Gold sectional and is comfy and cozy. Perfect for watching the game while others are in the kitchen! 24 Hickory features a 3 car garage, ping pong table, Jacuzzi, 5 adult bikes, several children's bikes of varying sizes, and a BOB stroller for lots of bike riding and outdoor enjoyment. In addition, 24 Hickory includes 10 daily passes to the Sunriver SHARC (indoor and outdoor pools and tubing hill). This home is perfect for families wanting to enjoy a beautiful Central Oregon vacation. This house worked perfectly for my husband and I and our two sons and their families. There was plenty of room to spread out, and we appreciated the amenities provided: SHARC passes, bicycles, ping pong table and hot tub. Our only issue was the refrigerator was not working when we arrived, but the owners responded quickly and arrived the next day with another refrigerator which we used in the garage until the kitchen frig defrosted. They were apologetic and provided a credit on our bill which we very much appreciated. The house is conveniently located to biking trails and the north grocery store/gas station. We took a short day trip down to see Crater Lake, and were pleasantly surprised at what an easy drive it was. Definitely worth the visit! I highly recommend this lovely home for your vacation in Sunriver. It’s even nicer in person than it shows in the pictures.

The house was just as presented online with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beds and extra bedding, room for a large family with its two living spaces, plus many bikes to pick from in the garage. The house is located in a quiet section of Sunriver but only a bike ride away from all the fun activities. The SHARC passes saved us so much money and the grandkids had a blast!! I can’t wait to return in the future!!

We very much enjoyed our stay, and our communications with Kathryn. The house felt new, and was cool during the hottest days. I really appreciated the number of bikes, which allowed for a great evening convoy on the paths in the area.

The house was gorgeous. Very clean. They didn’t miss a thing. Furnished with everything you can think of. Host communication was a 10 out of 10. Spoke to them on the phone and they couldn’t have been more kind or more accommodating. My family had a great time and we will definitely look for this house next summer when we return.

We really enjoyed this property for our family vacation. Coffee on the deck, cooking in the kitchen and endless paths for bike riding. The hot tub was giant and enjoyable after a day of activities. Thank you for sharing your home. We will be back.

We rented this house for our kids and grandkids as a Christmas gift. The house is beautiful and perfect for a family. Each room is so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needs to make an amazing prime rib dinner for Christmas. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions (we couldn’t light the fireplace) but they walked us through and even called my husband to make sure we got it on. I highly recommend this amazing place. Thank you for making our Christmas wonderful!

My family would love to return here because of the layout, space. We had two suites so my daughter and husband had one with the three children close by. So nice to do the wash of running clothes daily and towels…very perfect! We used the bikes, the Wi-Fi, the Sharc passes.. it was clean, neat, and tidy with and open kitchen, great furniture…..great location..

With two master bedrooms, 24 Hickory is a great place for two families to stay. The home is spacious and easily accommodated our group (two families each consisting of two adults and two children). The kids loved the bikes, hot tub, ping pong table, and the pool. The hime was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

This home was perfect for our two families of 4! Home was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was super warm during our stay, and the AC kept the house nice and cool. All 4 adults enjoyed the bikes at the home, as well as the hot tub and ping pong table. We would definitely recommend this home.

Back to Sunriver
My family always loved coming to Sun River when our two children were young but have not been back for 15 years.
We decided to return and were so pleased that Sun River has remained a wonderful family escape.
Kathryn’s home provided the perfect base for my husband and I, our two adult children, their spouses and our 4 year old grandchild.
Though we brought our own, bikes are provided and the 10 Sharc passes were well utilized. The home is clean and well stocked with all the amenities that are needed to cook and have fun. We appreciated the helpfulness of the owners and their quick reply to any questions.
I would certainly recommend this home and look forward to returning.

We would definitely recommend this property and stay again. The house was lovely, very clean, with a well equipped kitchen and a quiet location. We enjoyed the nice selection of bikes provided. Kathleen, the property owner was quick to respond to us. Oh and nice wall art!

Great vacation rental
This vacation home worked well for us, a group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The location was superb indeed, the home had all amenities we needed and the host was accessible. A malfunctioned electronic lock affected our access to the property however was promptly resolved. Thank you Kathryn, we’ll visit again!

A great house
We had a really wonderful stay in Sunriver. The house was very clean and spacious. There were many details which we appreciated - plenty of towels for the hot tub, cleaning materials and toiletries in the bathrooms. The house is located well for skiing at Mount Bachelor and exploring Bend. The little village of Sunriver has some cute shops, a good breakfast place and a great brewery. I would highly recommend this property. The owners were very communicative and easy to deal with.

Something for everyone 🙂
Communication with Kathryn and Don was terrific. Easily accessible by phone for quick response time. Hot tub and ping pong table were big hits with everyone; SHARC facility, despite limited sessions due to COVID, was fun; biking and hiking opportunities everywhere- and Kathryn had 7 bikes for us. Sadly, there were only three helmets, but there were 4 of us who had brought our own bikes and helmets. 4 of our group enjoyed two of the many golf courses in Sunriver and just outside the resort. We went horseback riding and experienced an incredible evening at the observatory and the shopping and restaurants are very good. A trip to Lava Land was interesting and beautiful. Lava caves were already closed for the season and the water level was so low it caused a float trip cancellation. Oh well, two more reasons to come back! All in all, a great family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay in Sunriver: this house was very clean and well equipped for our arrival. Communication with the owner was superb. Plenty of room for the family to stretch out. The beds in the master suites were fantastic. We liked the privacy of the deck and the remoteness of the location- while at the same time being very close to a large grocery store and to the swimming pool. And for the few hot days- having the AC was a plus!
