We had a couple minor maintenance issues that property manager was very prompt in addressing and easy to work with.
Nice deck on back of house to watch wildlife, perfect size for our party of 6.
There are 9 bicycles in garage and plenty of riding paths to enjoy them.
Kitchen is mostly stocked but did not have all panty staples like foil etc..
Beds are comfortable and house is very clean.

We were disappointed to not use our week at Goldfinch due to terrible smoke in Sunriver. Since we never went into the house we had hoped to have at least our cleaning fee refunded. And as a repeat renter we asked for some credit for a future stay but we’re denied.

We have stayed in many Sunriver homes over the years and this might be our favorite. The floorplan allowed everyone to have their own space and the location was ideal for biking the airport loop. The house was very clean and the kitchen was especially well stocked.

I was able to find two well equipped, dog friendly homes near the River to accommodate us all. There were problems with maintenance that came up and they were responded to by the management quickly.

Our children all met us from different parts of the country and we had an amazing time! Property gave us all our own space and provided everything we needed including bicycles to explore sunriver!!

The overall experience was amazing at this house! I would certainly rent it again. However, upon arrival and entering the home, it smelt of pet for sure. thankfully, I brought some candles and was able to like them, and you got acclimated to the smell. There were also some amenities that were not included in the description, like a barbecue. I would’ve totally purchased some things to barbecue if I knew that it was there. Also, you cannot tell from the photos but the kitchen in the living room are an open concept and great for entertaining! I would highly recommend that the property management company post pictures to better explain the layout of the home.

80th birthdayWe rented Goldfinch 11 ten years ago for a small family reunion and to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday.Returning now to celebrate my wife’s 80th birthday with the same small family reunion and the addition of a daughter-in-law. The last time here the grandkids were riding little bikes now they are driving cars.The homeowners have put a lot of effort into keeping this home updated, maintained and fresh. When we arrived, the house was spotless thanks to a great cleaning service I guess.We hope to return 10 years from now to celebrate another family reunion and a 90th birthday. We love this home.Trivia question:How many light switches does Goldfinch 11 have?Answer 69 58 downstairs, 11 upstairs

Wow, the house was spectacular. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable furnishings. Every bedroom had a bathroom. Spotless throughout. Even sealed toilet seats with hotel wrap, haha. A couple dozen bikes in the garage. We all went bike riding on Sunriver's myriad bike trails. Fun.
Just small issues. The fridge was difficult to calibrate. On it's recommended setting, 38, it barely kept items cool. Had to set it just above freezing. Then played the game of adjusting temperature as some items froze, others were barely cold.
Checkout instructions were confusing. The sign by the door said checkout was 11am. Our rental agreement said 10am. We went with 10am just in case.
Most of the beds had nice firm mattresses. A couple were sunken in places, and lopsided, like maybe a really heavy person sat on the edge of the bed for a while.
Bathrooms were supplied with single-ply toilet paper. Haha, not a big deal but seriously, in an expensive home. Single-ply, really? Not a good place to cut corners. If I rented here again I'd bring my own.
Overall the rental was comfortable and fun. Excellent great room. Really nice hot tub. Even a jaccuzi in the master bath. Lots of room for 12 people. Lots of nooks and crannies for the kids to play. We'd definitely come back.

We had a great time in this home. We had 3-adult couples and 3-children. This home had plenty of space with four bedrooms and bathrooms, plus the AC was nice since it was hot during our stay. The area was pretty quiet, close to the river bridge and bike paths. with an abundance of wild life. We have plans to return next year.

There were 3 families who stayed in the house and it was perfect for us! The house has almost every kitchen appliance that you would need. The layout is great. The location is perfect. We all loved the hot tub Happy the house came with SHARC passes. And it was easy to talk to the property manager to get my questions answered before we arrived!

Goldfinch 11 is a very nice house in a beautiful setting/location. Quiet neighborhood and close to the river. The kitchen is well stocked with ample pots/pans and even a good spice selection. There is lots of space for a big group, and even better that you can bring your pup with you. Here are my two complaints: THE BEDS ARE SO NOISY! Other people have complained about the beds, and for the price you have to pay to stay at this house, there is NO excuse for squeaky bed frames! It honestly made it hard to sleep (the main master is fine- its all the other beds in the whole house). Only other complaint was the hotub- it had a serious funky smell. We avoided it.
