Nestled in Sunriver, this lovely house for $439 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 12 SHARC passes available January 1, 2020 Enjoy the beauty and relaxation of Sunriver in our family-friendly Lark Retreat. #2 Lark Lane is 3,416 sq. foot completely remodeled home. Relax in our 5 bedroom, 4 bath home. Lark Retreat is conveniently located near Fort Rock Park and is a short bike ride to SHARC and the Village. Twelve SHARC passes allow you to use the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tub. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 fireplaces, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a playroom. Downstairs has a king bedroom suite, and another king with private bath. Upstairs has 1 king, 1 queen, a trundle bunk bed as well as a a twin/double bunk bed in the playroom. All beds are brand new mattresses and bedding. The main living (kitchen, living and dining room) are all upstairs. The house is equipped with 4 Smart TVs, Wifi, and DVD/BlueRay players. If you wish to stay in, a ping-pong table, foosball, private hot tub and sauna are available. Enjoy a spacious deck, outdoor furniture, and a new propane BBQ. When you are ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, head out on 1 of 8 adult bikes, a tandem, 1 kid's bike, a child's bike carrier or stroller. With an airport, marina, 3 golf courses and the ever popular Nature Center, Sunriver offers great outdoor recreation year round including fishing/water sports. Ski Mt. Bachelor only 20 minutes away or take a summer excursion up to the Cascade Lakes Hwy. where you will find many lakes and hiking trails, don't forget to pack a picnic! DCCA #001645

This house is beautifully structured inside. We loved the large windows with views. The kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was amazing. The sauna was nice but it’s in between a bedroom which leaves no privacy to the bedroom. We didn’t like that. There are two bedrooms downstairs and the rest upstairs, the creaks from the floors are heard from upstairs in the downstairs bedrooms. I would say they’re pretty loud. Another issue we had was with the thermostat. There are two thermostats but upstairs and downstairs but one of the bedrooms upstairs was freezing cold and would not heat up. We had to buy an extra portable heater. We got stuck inside during a snow storm and there weren’t too many games to play or activities to do. Overall we had a good stay besides the minor inconveniences.

This was a a great house for a family revival. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for private time and a great room where we could all be together. The kitchen was very large and well stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans and utensiles. The beds were extremely comfy. Many bicycles all in good running order. The sauna was like frosting on a cake. We will definitely be back.

The perfect place to take the whole family!! There is so much to do in Sunrive and this home accommodated our kids, and grandkids very well. It's home away from home with lots of amenities so we will definitely be going back!!

This house was great for our multi-generational family vacation. Large kitchen with seating for 14. The pictures are accurate. It is located very close to the Fort Rock Park which has lots of pickleball courts (reservations recommended for mornings). We also used the 7-speed bikes for long bike rides around Sunriver (we had more family staying at a nearby house and they had single-speed bikes.) Admission to pickleball and to the great SHARC pools and water play area are included with the SHOA passes. All in all, we recommend this house for your Sunriver vacation.

This is a really great house! We had adult, teens, and kids, and with a little finagling, it worked really well. I didn't realize that the queen room was only accessible by walking through the playroom (not sure if I missed this or if it wasn't clear), so we ended up putting our small kids in the floor in our big room on the main floor. The teens enjoyed having their own space to hang out. The kitchen is really spacious and had everything we needed.

This is an amaxing home with ALL the fixings and more. There's plenty of room for all and lots of beds for sleeping. The kitchen is well stocked and the garage offers alot of extra outdoor activities, bikes, sleds, pingpong,etc.

The home itself is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked including small kitchen appliances! Plenty of extra towels, soaps, shampoos. We enjoyed having access to the bikes. Sunriver has over 37 miles of trails inside the area. Plenty of outdoor activities a short distance from this home. We would rent again!

This home was the absolute BEST!!! So clean, so perfect for our family vacation!! The homeowner had everything available for us, from beach towels to ziploc baggies lol. We visited Sunriver for a family reunion. As soon as we walked into the home it had a cozy family feel to it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Property owner was very attentive and prompt to any questions we had during our stay. 2 Lark Lane is a must stay when in Sunriver. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice, big house! The kitchen is well stocked and all of the bikes were a plus. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub and proximity to Fort Rock Park. The owners were very responsive when we reached out. Would definitely stay again!

Great house with lots of space. We loved that the kid rooms were all in one area of the house. Perfect for a family reunion! Great location near the park. Not far from the village. House was equipped with everything we needed and house cleaner was very helpful also!

Comfortable house
We had a great stay here. The house was able to comfortably fit 3 families and we all had plenty of space. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. It had everything we needed. We are definitely planning on staying here again!

Amazing stay in Sunriver
Group of 10, 3 adults + 7 kids, enjoyed the stay in this cabin for our skiing vacation, the amenities are as described, sauna + jacuzzi - all great.

This place was amazing! I almost hate to tell anyone about this place so it will be available when we want to go back. Beautiful house with every amenity you could wish for. We went for a family weekend relaxing get-away with our three kids and their spouses and kids. There was room for everyone and that made it wonderful. This place was amazing! I almost hate to tell anyone about this place so it will be available when we want to go back. Beautiful house with every amenity you could wish for. Great Family Getaway
The home was very spacious and lots of big windows. Having the main floor on the second story was nice, because all the views were trees and snow. Not just neighbors. Had plenty of space and even extra room for everyone to sleep. Toddlers, Teens, Adults all enjoyed the property. Sauna is a big plus.

What a wonderful place to have a family get together! Folks ranged in age from 15-60 and EVERYONE had a delightful time. Comfortable, spacious accommodations, clear communication about everything. Thank you SO much for welcoming us into your space!
