Located in Sunriver, this attractive house for $395 per night is a great option for your next vacation. White Elm Lodge is a beautifully remodeled air conditioned four bedroom home situated in the heart of Sunriver's resort community. No homes behind the lodge means private backyard grilling, socializing, and hot tubbing. The central location means Fort Rock Park is only a half mile to the East with Pickle Ball, Tennis Courts, ball fields, a pavilion, and play structures. Less than a mile to the West is the peaceful Deschutes River. And only a mile to our South is the SHARC Waterpark, 8 complimentary SHARC Recreation Plus passes are provided. Each room has a theme special to the Sunriver vicinity, including the downstairs King "River's Edge", upstairs Queen golf "Club House", King "Ski Chalet", and the "Bear Den" bunk room comprised of two twin over full sturdy bunk beds. The staircase to the top bunks seconds as a dresser with four pull out drawers. The Bear Den is well stocked with toys for young children, DVD player, and a new "vintage style" arcade with 60 game options, including PacMan, Galaga, Donkey Kong, and dozens more. Our lodge is specifically designed for families and includes 10 bikes from cruisers to mountain bikes. A jogging stroller, which can also be used as a bike trailer, holds two young children. The lodge has a high chair and portable crib limiting the amount of extra things you have to bring with you. Cable TV in all rooms, three with DVD players. WiFi provided. Very clean and comfortable stay. We had all the essentials provided to make our stay relaxing and stress free. The house was a perfect size for our family of 8. We made use of the large dining table for board games and puzzles. We appreciated the toys and kid friendly movie choices for our children. They also loved their stay.

The house is fantastic, 4 of the 5 adults on the trip love to cook. The kitchen was extremely well appointed with lots of extras you would not normally expect. There were bicycles, swim passes, and a huge hot tub. The owner kept in communication with us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Our family had a phenomenal stay in this beautiful Sunriver home. Not only was the house well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun, but the host was gracious, and so accommodating. One of the friendliest and responsive hosts we’ve ever rented from! The house was centrally located in the middle of all of the fun activities Sunriver has to offer! They were plenty of bikes for the whole family and passes to the pool made for happy kiddos! The rooms were comfortable and well equipped and the kids especially loved their bunkbeds!

The house was perfectly equipped and perfect for our family. The kids really enjoyed the use of the bikes. I felt location was great. The house has everything you could need. Eric and his wife make you feel right at home and welcome. They even left a lovely welcome bag with coffee and gifts for our pup. Thank you so much we look forward to coming again.

We had a great stay at the White Elm Lodge. The space was perfect for our family reunion with 3 intergenerational couples and 3 kids. We cooked almost every single meal and the kitchen was well-equipped. The hot tub was much enjoyed by young and old, as were the bikes and the trailer. We played ping pong and the kids loved the toys in the kids' room. The hosts were super responsive. Thanks for helping us have a memorable vacation!

Words will not do 21 White Elm justice! You really need to stay there to enjoy this beautiful home & all its amenities! We had an amazing trip & appreciated all the accommodations that you don’t always get: comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, awesome outdoor space, lovely hot tub, bikes, bikes & more bikes, perfect location to everything! Eric was easy to work with & attentive to questions. The minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed in your home away from home! Highly recommend this place.

What I really appreciated about this home was the hosts attention to details they knew would make you feel at home and comfortable during your stay. From the kitchen to the laundry room to the bedrooms no detail was missed. Very clean. Tons of pool/hot tub towels, bikes, ping pong table, boot warmers, games, puzzles, an arcade game, tv’s in every room, stocked kitchen (with pantry items and plenty of everything) and bathrooms, welcome gifts (even treats for our dogs) Keurig and regular coffee maker. Each room decorated with its own theme is a nice touch that you didn’t know mattered until you step in each room and feel like it’s saying “welcome to your vacation—enjoy and relax”. They kept all ages in mind with all the provisions in the home. Awesome back patio and the hot tub is great! I have zero complaints. I would 100% stay here again. Great location - convenient and easy drive or bike ride to the village and SHARC, within walking distance to a wonderful park that has tennis courts, play structures, baseball diamonds, etc. Highly recommend. Note: We also had someone with us who is disabled and uses a wheel chair. There is a bedroom downstairs that enabled us to stay here and there is no carpet in the living and kitchen with adequate space to wheel around everything. One large step in front and 2 small in back we were able to get him up and down those with no issues. The master bedroom where we stayed was a little tight with his chair but we were able to to make it work.

Would definitely stay again- house was fully stocked and very comfortable! We didn't use the SHARC passes but in the summer they're gold- especially with kids big and small. Hot tub, 2 king beds, great kids bunk room with fun retro video game machine.

We have been to Sunriver several times on family trips… this home was great! The kitchen is well outfitted with pots, dish ware and measuring tools… there is even a griddle! A good amount of spices for your use as well.
Plenty of room for our party of 8 with 4 teenagers to boot! Sunriver is always a blast.

Our stay was lovely. Eric, the property owner provided all the necessaries AND some treats for everyone, including our little pup. We enjoyed ALL the amenities including the hot tub and fireplace. There was plenty of space around the dining table for sharing meals and playing games. We had a perfect time.

Extra bonuses were the clean, well functioning hot tub which was awesome on a snowy night and the vintage arcade machine was a big hit. We came up for a midweek ski vacation. Everything was absolutely perfect. My husband is a chef and the kitchen is perfect for cooking meals in. The sunriver country market has everything you could possibly need. The house is absolutely beautiful and the private spa was absolutely what was needed after two full days of skiing.

Had a lovely time! The house was super nice and clean. Host did a great job to welcome us and to feel welcomed. The fireplace was great and the kids (and some adults) enjoyed the arcade upstairs.

Our family had an absolute blast staying at this house. If they weren’t out playing in the snow, or enjoying the hot tub, they were inside playing games on the game console or having a ping pong tournament. We will definitely be back. We made some fantastic memories on this trip. The house was clean and very well equipped with anything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

Our tribe of 12 enjoyed everything about the White Elm Lodge. Eric quickly responded to my questions before arrival, and the minute we walked into the cozy home we knew our Thanksgiving was going to be special and memorable. The Lodge had everything we needed and more….everything from a hot tub to bikes to videos and toys for the kids to a well stocked kitchen. Our grandkids didn’t want to leave…neither did Nana and Grandpa.

This house is wonderful! It's in a great location, lots of bikes for kids and adults, board games for everyone to play, and an overall family friendly environment.
Eric (owner) is very responsive and very pleasant to communicate with. We had a slight bee problem that he took care of immediately. (No more bees)

Cozy, comfortable house with all of the amenities! Well designed and updated. Plenty of space and open main floor. Private back yard setting, yet very central to everything. Owner was very responsive and the house included all of the little things that make a difference.

My family and friends have stayed in dozens of short term rentals over the years and this one takes the cake! The attention to detail and simple accommodations are unmatched. From the kitchen utensils, to games and fun, to decor and cleanliness. Everything was top notch. Eric’s communication and check in process was perfect as well.

The perfect place for us!
My family comes to Sun River every summer, and this has been our favorite place! There are so many things to love about this property. Everything was spotless, the things in the home (towels, cookware, beds, etc) are top quality. Check in and communication with Eric were seamless. He responded immediately when I had a question prior to check in. It is a popular place for a reason, so book early!

Everything was as advertised. Bikes were great. Kitchen supplies great for children too. DVDs were used for kid’s rest time. Video games great entertainment. Towels, linens very nice. Extra touches really appreciated.
