Great place, great location, and will stay again. BUT..... Did not supply enough hand soap..one for only one sink when there are 3 in the condo. Two, yes 2 trash bags for a 4 night stay with a family. For the price we should have some amenities included. Oh. Bring your own Laundry detergent. Because u will need to wash towels.

We travel to Pigeon Forge each year to visit Dollywood at Christmas time! This location was great and convenient! Entrance in and check out was easy! We are always looking for a place with two bathrooms and a great table to play games on. This was perfect! Would highly recommend.

The condo was very clean and the check in process was simple and easy. It’s also within walking distance of the Le Conte center and there is a Walgreens next door so it’s a great place to stay if you’re in town for a convention.

The condo was just as pictured. The recliners were perfect for my mom and sister with a bad back. Both beds were more comfortable than any of my away from home stays. The fireplace was beautiful. The assigned covered parking was a big plus. It was great. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Absolutely charming location and more than anticipated. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was prefect. Yes there were some minor maintenance issues that we lived with. Heck, I repaired a loose handle on the refrigerator door with a simple tightening of a screw. But these weren't a hindrance or deterrence from us enjoying the stay. The owner stayed in touch with us and I felt that he listened to our concerns such as extra pillow cases in case we wanted to use the extra pillows, or a second wash cloth in the baths. If we ever need a place in Pidgeon Forge, we will use this place again!

My sisters and I were in Pigeon Forge for the Women of Joy Conference. The location of this condo was perfect to be able to just walk and not have to get into traffic. We will definitely book again. Was a great trip.

We had a great stay at this condo. Perfect location for our daughters dance competition at LeConte Conference Center. Close to restaurants and attractions. Communication with owner was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was as advertised. Close to all of the attractions. Easy walking distance to some and getting out to the street was easy. Quiet retreat after a long day of playing and exploring. Lots of room for 3 adults and 2 teens.

The property was easy to get to and the condo was nice. I just think it needs a little more lighting in the bedrooms and a little upkeep in the master bathroom.(ie. Shower curtain liner) Overall I would love to stay here again!

The space was even better than we expected. Everything was clean and ready for use. The balcony overlooking the river was so lovely! The condo was conveniently located for all we wanted to do! Everything was wonderful!

We came to town for the car show and the location could not have been more perfect. Located directly across the creek and a very short walk to the Leconte Convention Center but also only one row back from the main strip. The back deck is perfect for your morning coffee and breakfast and we ended our evenings sitting out front watching all the cars on the strip. Chris was fantastic to work with and always emailed and texted right back if I had a question. This unit also has its own parking spot under roof and on the very end away from other cars but yet right under the unit and beside the stairs. There is also an elevator. We really enjoyed the unit and will definitely be back!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much. It was very clean and cozy and roomy. The balcony on the river was so nice. The location is very convenient to everything. The jacuzzi tub was a great plus too! The reserved covered parking was great and Walgreens is right there. Thanks for allowing us to stay here.

This vacation home will not disappoint you at all; from the ease of renting this home, to its great location ....You Will Be Well satisfied with all the comforts of home. The balcony is a great place to enjoy the rippling waters of the river, and then you can experience the warmth of the fireplace as enter back in through the large glass slider door. Parking is no problem, it is assigned parking and it is located directly under the condo home. The decor is very inviting and comfortable.

Came for the IGES convention from Illinois. Shorter walk from room to convention than from convention parking lot. The place was just as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the River. I would definitely recommend and stay here again myself! Thank you for being an honorable management!

We stayed this past weekend at their property at Bear Crossing TN and it was WONDERFUL! The condo looked just like the pictures. We felt at home while away from our own home. VERY CLEAN ! Never met a rep from there but received frequent engaging text communications. We felt comfortable there even though we never met any people who managed the place. Close to everthing in Pigeon Forge. Will look to use them in the future.

We enjoyed the place very much. Very close to Dollywood which was very convenient and also right on the pigeon forge strip near all the entertainment! I spent most of my time on the back patio listening to the beautiful river flow. I can’t wait to book for a longer period of time.

It was a clean, well furnished condo! Other than wifi issues which were resolved eventually. We did have wifi the last few days of our stay. We loved the location, right in town and you can walk to Walgreens which has a small grocery area. That was convenient. We had a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the Little Pigeon river! Without the wifi issues, this is a nice place to stay!
