This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over easily! The condo sleeps up to 6 guests and has 2 full bedrooms with king beds and 2 bathrooms as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Condo features smart TVs and High Speed Wifi! The Space: Condo has cable tv and high speed internet. Bedroom 1- King bed, Smart TV Bedroom 2- King bed, Smart TV Bathroom 1- Tub/Shower Combo Bathroom 2- Tub/Shower Combo Living Room- Queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV Kitchen- Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Utensils, Cups, Plates, Glasses Balcony- Riverfront, Covered, Seating Guest Access: Entire Condo The Neighborhood: This condo is located in the middle of Pigeon Forge, TN! You really can't beat the location! You can walk to tons of activities including dining and entertainment. The Pigeon Forge Convention Center is right next door! You are located right on The Little Pigeon River that flows right out of The Great Smoky Mountains. It offers great trout fishing so don't forget to grab a daily fishing license! This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem! Getting Around: We always recommend a vehicle but you can walk to tons of activities located in Pigeon Forge, TN as this location is as good as it gets! Other Things to Note: Must be 21 or older to book this condo. This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum. This condo is easily accessible by main roads and parkways. We always recommend 4x4 drive depending on all the areas you may travel within The Great Smoky Mountains region, but again, this condo is very easy to access being right in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge, TN on flat, paved city roads. Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather. Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided. Bring your own coffee for the regular coffee maker. Two friends and I stayed here for just one night. It was a wonderful place... very clean, perfect location. We are hoping to come back and stay a few extra days next time

Location was great. On the river. With River Walk Christmas lights out our balcony. We were close to everything. Condo was beautiful with super nice furniture. Bring toiletries

It is exactly as shown on website. Great location, easy access, and off the main strip just enough and still be close to everything. Would recommend this to family and friends. We enjoyed our 7 night adventure.

Great location if you are attending an event at the LeConte Center Best of both worlds- right in the middle of everything but then go relax on the balcony overlooking the river. Very clean and accommodating. I would stay again.

Condo is beautiful & very clean. The only issues.-the More instructions needed on door code.Be sure to hit the keypad upon exit or it doesn't lock automatically.Also, I understand no early check in- late check out but it was restated almost to the point of being rude.

Great location close to everything we would stay again the sounds of the river were very relaxing and the balcony was huge.
