You are located right on The Little Pigeon River that flows right out of The Great Smoky Mountains. It offers great trout fishing so don't forget to grab a daily fishing license! This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem! Getting Around: We always recommend a vehicle but you can walk to tons of activities located in Pigeon Forge, TN as this location is as good as it gets! Other Things to Note: Must be 21 or older to book this condo. This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum. This condo is easily accessible by main roads and parkways. We always recommend 4x4 drive depending on all the areas you may travel within The Great Smoky Mountains region, but again, this condo is very easy to access being right in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge, TN on flat, paved city roads. Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather. Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided. Bring your own coffee for the regular coffee maker.
