First I will say because I booked last minute, my pickings were slim but my husband wanted to stay in a cabin. When I booked, I didn't have an option to cancel but I was fine with that until I found out two days before the trip that the hot tub couldn't be used and then the day before that the patio wasn't accessible bc it wasn't safe. Both of these things I felt the owner knew ahead of time and probably during my booking. So we couldn't enjoy any views and to top it off the view from the front porch was the back of a high rise condo that was under construction. The downstairs shower didn't work so we stayed in the upstairs bedroom. There was a musty smell and the cabin just needed to be aired and freshened up. We received a 25% discount but honestly I would have preferred the option to cancel. We were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary and while we enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, the cabin was not the vibe.

Very nice cabin and location. Everything looked as advertised. My kids loved the spiral staircase with a loft and the hot tub.

We spent a week at this house. We had a great time and it was close to Dollywood and all the things to do in Pigeon Forge. I liked the location as it was off the main road so a little more quiet but still close to the action. My family also enjoyed the pools! Communication with owner was great too! I didn’t known when I booked that this was in a condo/duplex and this is the upper unit. It was quiet though. My only feedback is that it needs small maintenance on several things - dripping showers, squeaking downstairs bedroom fan when I turned up to high, blinds broken, coffee maker with buttons worn off. All minor inconveniences that can be easily remedied.

I was a little skeptical from a few reviews and never going to this area before. We absolutely loved it and are already talking about when we can go back. The cabin is in a perfect location. Beautiful views of the mountains. Relaxing rocking chairs out front. It was clean- my kids were crawling around and never were dirty. No bugs. Just a very few minor things that didn’t make any difference for us ie a toilet paper holder wasn’t there or cabinet. I’m sure Samuel would have responded if we mentioned the minor things bc he was quick to respond. He also gave us tips where to visit. My son loved indoor and outdoor pool. We loved hot tub and sitting on upper balcony. It was quiet and felt far away from busy pigeon forge but was right there for things to do. Also close to Publix and krogers. We thought the kitchen was well stocked w cooking items. We brought trash bags, paper towels, dish and laundry pods. There were 4 chairs in kitchen also which I know was a former complaint. It was a fantastic trip. Highly recommend.

The cleaning was poor. The hot tub was filthy. Response to concerns was quick, but it was canned and not genuine. The cabin was in a total state of disrepair. Beds are terrible, there is not a single quality piece of cookware. They left no extra trash bags, appliances were rough and furniture and all pieces were simply in bad shape. It is clear this is a profit center and there is no care put into actually maintaining the cabin. I reported cockroaches and got a response of “Oh we will check into that”. If owner spent what the weekly rate was to fix it up if May be worth staying at. Very disappointed. If you book, just know it is not any better than a motel.
