The condo sleeps up to 6 guests and offers 2 full bedrooms with king beds and 2 bathrooms along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom offers smart tvs equipped with cable and high speed internet. Come enjoy all the fun that Pigeon Forge has to offer, today! The Space: Condo has cable tv and high speed internet. Bedroom 1- King bed, Smart TV Bedroom 2- King bed, Smart TV Bathroom 1- Tub/Shower Combo Bathroom 2- Tub/Shower Combo Living Room- Queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV Kitchen- Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, Granite Countertops, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Utensils, Cups, Plates, Glasses Balcony- Riverfront, Covered, Seating Guest Access: Entire Condo The Neighborhood: This condo is located in the middle of Pigeon Forge, TN! You really can't beat the location! You can walk to tons of activities including dining and entertainment. The Pigeon Forge Convention Center is right next door! You are located right on The Little Pigeon River that flows right out of The Great Smoky Mountains. It offers great trout fishing so don't forget to grab a daily fishing license! This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem! Getting Around: We always recommend a vehicle but you can walk to tons of activities located in Pigeon Forge, TN as this location is as good as it gets! Other Things to Note: Must be 21 or older to book this condo. This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum. This condo is easily accessible by main roads and parkways. We always recommend 4x4 drive depending on all the areas you may travel within The Great Smoky Mountains region, but again, this condo is very easy to access being right in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge, TN on flat, paved city roads. Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather. Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided. Bring your own coffee for the regular coffee maker. This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem! Your condo has an adjoining door to the neighboring condo (we have that one as well). When your door is closed, it is always locked from the other side. When the other unit’s door is closed, it is always locked from your side. We have the neighboring condo as well so please keep your door closed at all times. We provide a note on each door as a reminder. Thank you. The condo was spacious, clean, and so conveniently located. Check in and out was easy. There is easy access for those who have difficulty. Parking is great and convenient as well. Will definitely book again.

The location is great and the condo is okay. We were attending a conference and did not spend much time in the rental. The property manager was friendly and very helpful. Easy access and directions were great! I did notice some of the lamps did not work in the rental and there were several burned out light bulbs. Bring extra towels.. The kitchen was very limited on utensils. There was also other people's food in the kitchen cabinets. I am sure we will return to Bear Crossing again next year.

Condo was perfect as well as the perfect location to everywhere. Only 1 issue we had was the tv watching. Couldnt get local starions to come up to check weather.

We had a great stay. The location was great, close to town and right on the river. So pretty. Very clean and well kept. The TV in one of the bedrooms did not work. It may have been the remote batteries. We didn't buy more and try that. And I didn't love that the sink and vanity was in the bedroom instead of an enclosed bathroom. Very spacious though. Would stay again.

Right in the action. Easy to get to.Quiet and peaceful. Fridge a bit high and froze food. Some pills found on the floor along with a few stains on the floor/walls. Otherwise was just as advertised.

We had a great stay! The location is in the middle of all the action and you can walk to The Island and many other attractions. The condo is clean and has all the necessities for a pleasant stay. It was nice to sit on the balcony and just relax to the sound of the stream and bird calls.

I wish I could give you more than 5 stars. This condo was awesome. It was clean, had everything we needed. The best part was the view from the balcony....only a few feet from the river. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. Condo was nice. The cleaning crew didnt clean table on patio and the shower curtain in master bedroom needed to be cleaned with bleach around the bottom. Would have liked to have a k cup coffe pot to have fresh coffee without making a whole pot. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was perfect in every way! Close to attractions, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Everything we could ever need onsite. Easy and super clean. Can’t wait to stay again!

The owner communicated often and seemed interested in our stay and was also very clear regarding required guidelines. We rated this a five star but would suggest renters to bring your own TP (There was none available!) and extra blankets if needed. Sheets were provided. The rooms were clean.

Needs a good cleaning, carpets in bedrooms are outdated, worn and stained, chair at dining table was broken, fireplace wouldn’t work,, handle to sliding glass door was broken on the outside, grease and grime on wall behind kitchen stove, one of the couches in the living room is worn and very uncomfortable, missing tv remotes, you have to use one from one of the bedrooms, lamp in living room didn’t work. The room we were in had an adjoining door, the walls must be paper thin as you could hear their entire conversation. This is a nice unit and good location but owners need to put some time into fixing things.

Easy check in. The condo needs some updating. The pleather hide a bed was very uncomfortable to sit on, we did not use the bed. The mattress on both beds are in need of replacing.
I was in touch with Chris about the pilot light on the fireplace not working. He was quick to respond, but couldn’t fix it. Someone came the next day fixed it and as soon as we turned it on the pilot light was out again.
The view of the river was beautiful.

This condo is on the second floor (third level) of a small private complex adjacent to the river and overlooking the Le Conte center and river. The home was clean and appointed well.

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay. We came so that we could show our 1 year old granddaughter the Christmas lights in the area. We were right by the path that took us to a short walk to the Island where we could see the lights and eat and shop. The condo was easy to get into and Chris quickly answered any questions we had. Recommend this condo.

Great condo, great location. Remote to cable tv not working. Limited to only some shows. Fireplace did not come on. Parking pass we did ask about after noticed other cars with them. Would have hated being towed. Nothing mentioned about a Parking pass. But overall great place and would stay again.

My family stayed in this condo to attend an event at the Leconte Center. It was in the perfect location! We walked right across the bridge to the event. The condo was well equipped, clean and had a beautiful view of the river. We had a great stay in this 2 bedroom condo!

This was our 2nd time staying in the Bear Crossing Condos. It's sorta in the middle of everything. Loved the king size beds that were pretty comfy. The Walgreens in front of the condo has a small Kroger grocery store and has most of anything needed for your stay at an affordable price without going to the busy grocery store. Great place to stay.

Great location in Pigeon Forge
The condo is located in the middle of Pigeon Forge and is walking distance to several restaurants, go-cart tracks and mini golf locations. It is on the second floor and backs to a small river. It has a nice size patio to listen to the river (you can hear traffic too from the nearby road.
Overall, the condo was clean, but the master bath shower has mold on the tiles that need to be addressed.

The property was very nice! The view of the stream out on the deck was so pretty. There is a little woodchuck living down there which was fun to watch. The beds were extremely comfortable! The location of the property is in town but with all the trees and the stream there, it doesn't feel like your in town. We would definitely stay here again.
