Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. There will be construction in a neighboring building from September 11, 2023 - mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Sea Colony continues to be a wonderful place to stay. This unit is well located, but is need of a refresh and maintenance.

Only real complaint was the coffee maker. No one really has coffee pots anymore so we are forced to buy filters and loose coffee we will never use again. They need to replace the old one they have with a Keurig, in my opinion. Also, the silverware holder was dirty and should be cleaned out after every guest too. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We loved the location of 208D at Sea Colony. It was right by the indoor pool and gym. The unit, especially the kitchen, had everything we needed. I need a cheese grater, there it was! I wanted to wash the windows and glass tables and the supplies were there. Our only complaint was that the beds were much harder than we like. With mattress toppers, we'd definitely stay again.

Location was perfect and the condo was serviceable. Wasn't as clean as we would have liked, especially with the current Covid situation. Cleaners were still in the unit when we arrived, even after the email from the management company. Also, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, as were the only two chairs in the living area, limiting the seating space. Recommend replacing beds and chairs.
