Elegant design features mix of Asian influences on a sailing theme with sleek lighting and comfortable seating throughout. Luxury features include: - expanded gourmet kitchen with all new appliances (double wall ovens, French-door style refrigerator and full range of cooking utensils) and quartz countertops; - four flat screen TVs (living room features a 52' Sony with built-in Internet, DVD and connections for video game consoles); - Wifi.; - cell phone booster antenna (supports most cell phones, but not Nextel); - beverage cooler in large entertainment center with iPod connection, 5 CD changer, AM-FM stereo; - hardwood floors with large area rugs in spacious family living area; - wall-to-wall carpet in bedrooms, - two new designer bathrooms (one with 'waterfall' faucet) and new designer powder room; - and new full size washer and dryer. Central air conditioning too. 4 TVs (all flat-screens), 2 DVDs, 2 Blu-rays, entertainment center (stereo, video game connectors, iPod connection, 5 CD changer, beverage cooler), Wifi. - courtesy items provided by the owner are not supported and a convenient condo manual is provided to explain how each of the items works. Note: This Sea Colony vacation rental features showers only - no tubs. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, ac THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. There will be construction in a neighboring building from September 11, 2023 - mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

3 water leaks in the week. That were in progress when we arrived. but, nice place

Loved being on an end unit. Location in Dover was optimal. Could use elevator or stairs. Pool was close and a short walk down to the beach. Deck furniture was comfy and great view to watch sunrise and sunset.

Our extended family of 8 fit well, and it is the largest kitchen we’ve had in 20+ years at Sea Colony. The morning view is breathtaking, and the easy access to pool and beach, and central location make this place a true gem. We’ll be back next year so don’t book it all up!
