Please respect the no dog policy. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 5 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This is a great family property to stay while in Bethany Beach. Beds were comfortable, was family oriented (e.g. Hideaway bed on the bunk beds as a safe option for smaller children, toys and games for kids to play in bins under the coffee table, plastic cups, kid friendly/safe furniture).

The condo is just as the pictures show. The master bedroom/bathroom was spacious and the all the bedroom closets were not filled with junk thrown in. We could actually use the closet. The living/dining rooms were comfortable. The kitchen appears to have new appliances, it looked like the oven was never used, if that is the case we broke it in! The other 2 bedrooms make this a super nice place for a family with children. We have been coming to Sea Colony for a few years and this condo is one of the better ones we have stayed in. The owner takes good care of this property. Will consider staying next year with my son and his family.

We had a great trip. The only downside of this property was the proximity to the trash room in the exterior hallway, it made for a lot of noise at all times of day/night. I don’t know if someone in the unit above us was renovating, but they were moving furniture for about three hours one night (10pm-1am). The fees for the rental were high, especially considering the outdoor pools weren’t open yet and chairs/umbrellas not available for the beach.
