Located in Myrtle Beach, this charming condo for $175 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. WOW the view from the 15th floor is amazing. The balcony is perfect to set and relax and watch the sunrise or the sunset, stress free. We are located on the (Golden Mile) section of the Grand Strand, one of the most beautiful beaches. The beaches are clean and well maintained. We have watched para surfing from the balcony. The beach is a perfect place to spend time relaxing, unwinding and recharging with friends and family. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation spot with fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean just steps from the beach, you have just found it. You may see dolphins while relaxing on the balcony in our Adirondack chairs. There is something magical about seeing the dolphins swimming and playing. Every winter from November to April, North Atlantic Right Whales, Humpback, Pigmy Sperm, and Fin Whales visit the South Carolina coast, including the coast of Myrtle Beach. We also have binoculars you can use. Our condo complex is family oriented, and our units are not intended for parties lasting into the wee hours of the morning. You will see beach goers that slowly and methodically walk the beach, heads down, while striving to find the ultimate beach trophy. A Shark’s Tooth! As luck would have it the prime location on the East coast for finding shark teeth is from Wilmington NC to Georgetown SC and OFP is right in the middle. Shark teeth from Bull, Tiger, Sand, Hammerhead, and Great White sharks can wash ashore with every wave that hits the beach. Even an occasional Megalodon tooth the size of a hand can be found. It might not have come from Jaws, but it could have been from his great, great, great, great grandfather. Just in case you are wondering the average shark tooth takes at least 10,000 years to fossilize but most found on our beach are several hundred thousand years old. Enjoy the heated indoor pool & hot tub or the outdoor pool surrounded by gorgeous Palmetto trees. We have bathrooms in the lobby with a very large shower where you can clean after the beach if you would like. Recent upgrades include new granite on the island, new lighting and new bar stools. We also upgraded our nightstands and dresser. We have new patio furniture. The Kitchen features a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster. Coffee station with Keurig machine so you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise on the balcony. We also have a drip coffee maker, if a Keurig is not your thing. We do have a Ninja blender if a margarita is in your future. The living room has a large flat panel TV w/cable and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a king size bed with flat panel TV. We have an updated bathroom, also there is second vanity with the sink in bedroom area with plenty of room for makeup and necessities. There is also a blow dryer. The building features a covered parking garage. Mirrors have recently been installed to assist in navigating the parking structure. There is also a parking lot for over-sized vehicles (16 ft or longer). We also have 3 elevators. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed at Ocean Forest Plaza. The Golden Mile is a great place to take a walk, go jogging or take a ride on your bike. The outside is gorgeous and beautifully landscaped, across the street from the condo there are exercise stations along the sidewalk. Ocean Forest Plaza is close to shopping, restaurants, golf and several grocery stores nearby. Our condo is situated in a quiet section of the beach. The Bucket Bar and Grill is a block from the condo and is a great for a quick bite or drink. Another favorite is Fiesta Mexicana just a short drive. Myrtle Beach is home to many beautiful golf courses and miniature golf courses. A short drive to Broadway at the Beach (so much fun for kids of all ages) and home of Paula Dean's restaurant and Ripley's Aquarium. Several places in town you can rent golf carts for cruising around town and sight-seeing. We hope to see you soon, Chris and Vickie

Our stay was very enjoyable. One thing we noticed was that the ceiling fan was covered with dust. The bar stools were also dusty. Everything else was great.

What a lovely condo and fantastic location! Condo was exactly as advertised - a short 100m walk to the beach and unbelievable views from the balcony, you can hear the surf quite loudly. Owners were fantastic to deal with, very attentive. The area itself is very quiet and the beach was very open and not crowded at all. I chose not to rent a car and used Uber the whole weekend, worked out quite well and everything is so close that this was very cost effective. 10/10 and I would definitely stay again!

This is the perfect home away from home. It has everything that you need to make your stay complete. No need to worry about beach accessories (chair, cooler, umbrella) they have it all. Only thing we needed we our bathing suits and beach towel. The views were breathtaking….sunsets were amazing and we even saw dolphins one night. We had an intense thunder and lighting storm one night which was incredible to watch crashing onto the water. The neighborhood was perfect, lots of friendly people, and if you love dogs, you’ll get your fix if you’re out on an evening walk. The proximity to everything you could need or want if within a max 5-10 min drive in either direction. Market Common, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are all must dos. Enough about the unit…. Christopher and Vickie were the perfect hosts. The communication prior to our arrival was always prompt. The check in and check out process was a smooth as anyone could hope for. They also reached out a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. We are already missing our favorite little slice of paradise and cannot wait to come back.

We stayed at this condo from July1st-July 8th to enjoy the 4th of July on the beach. Our overall stay at Chris and Vickie’s condo was wonderful. It is a short walk away from the beach and is not as crowded as surrounding areas. Our only disappointment was that, which is no fault of the owners, was the condo was a bit dirty when we arrived. There was sand on the floors and some mugs were put away dirty but it just took a quick cleanup when we got there to get everything sorted. The owners are very responsive and answered any questions we had while we were there!

The property is in a great location. Very nice area. Can walk, run or ride bikes. The beach is just across the street. The pool is very well maintained and a great spot to swim or just sit and have a drink. The room is wonderful just as pictured. Great view, the deck furniture is comfortable and wonderful spot to watch the sunset. The hosts are amazing and very quick to respond. We read the journal they have for past guests and used it to choose places to eat out. We also went to comedy cabana and had a great time. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Our stay was awesome. No complaints to give. Close to the beach and and rather quiet. Close to the main strips for shops and things to do but far enough to not have it while your relaxing. Hosts had everything we needed to cook our own meals, make blended drinks and even supplied beach chairs. Id reserve this place again and again.

My friend and I stayed for the night at the condo at it was fantastic. Enjoyed seating on the balcony and looking at the beautiful view. Hope to go back soon for a longer stay and we will definitely use this condo again.

Everything about this property was wonderful except for the parking. We wouldn’t return for that one reason. Plan to rent the smallest car possible so you can fit in the garage. Also, the accuracy of the listing was misleading in that it is not actually ON the ocean, it is across the street from the ocean. Photos give the appearance of the unit being on the beach. Only other complaint is the hot tub wasn’t operational.

We loved stay at this rental. Just as beautiful as the pictures. Owner very easy to work with. I spent a lot of time just sitting out on the ocean front balcony. What a beautiful view it has. The bed is so comfortable. Stocked with everything you could ever want. We highly recommend this place.

The condo was amazing. The view was great and the condo was supplied with everything you need (including beach chairs). The check in process was a little frustrating because there was no one around to greet you and help familiarize you with the building. However, the owners were more than helpful! They were available to help us. They were so kind as to leave a card and wine for my husband retirement.

The condo is well decorated and very clean. It is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood away from the crowds. Being 10 - 15 minutes from everything was great. The view is spectacular and we spent each morning and night on the balcony. The owners were very attentive. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
