About this house rental
Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this lovely house for $158 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This newly updated townhome is fully furnished and sleeps 6. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, a full size washer and dryer, and all the comforts of home. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely updated. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, a 32” smart TV and their own bathroom. The downstairs has all new flooring throughout. The living room has a brand new sectional with an upgraded queen size sleeper sofa, along with a 55” smart TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi internet is also provided free of charge. Whether you want to start your day by taking a short stroll to the Starbucks for a cup of coffee, wandering across the street for a long walk on the beach, or just sitting outside having lunch at River City Cafe, our location is PERFECT! Our area is considered the “Golden Mile” of Myrtle Beach, which is a long stretch of privately owned beach homes, along the northern avenues. Although it is very tempting to spend most of your time just relaxing on the beach, you may also want to venture out and experience all that the surrounding areas have to offer. We are centrally located to many award winning golf courses. You may also enjoy shopping at the Tanger Outlets or Market Commons, or seeing a show at the Alabama Theatre or Carolina Opry. You might decide to have an amazing dinner at one of the local restaurants, maybe see a live band at Broadway at the Beach, or just take a ride to Barefoot Landing. Myrtle Beach definitely has something for everyone. This townhome is in a fantastic location! We are within walking distance of numerous restaurants, minutes from many golf courses, and a short drive to Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and many more. We are only ten miles away from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Best of all, we are only a half block from the beach! JUST COME RELAX, UNWIND AND ENJOY! 1. MUST be at least 25 years of age to book. 2. NO PETS are allowed in the unit. 3. NO SMOKING is permitted in the unit.

This was a nice updated townhome. It was only a short walk to the beach and since our kids are older, walking wasnt an issue. The house has plenty of space for 4 people. It is very clean and comes with plenty of ammenities. We would recommend this home to anyone. It was difficult for us to find a place for a 5 night stay, but we are glad we found this. Thanks for a great stay!

It was beyond our expectations! Such a wonderful place to stay! When we contacted the owners with any issues they responded promptly and any issues were fixed almost immediately! If we ever come back we will definitely keep this as an option.

This was my first Vrbo experience and I could not be more happy! The location was just as described (ok even better!) the home was super comfy and just beautiful. It was a quick walk to the beach. We had 6 of us meet up and we had plenty of room. The owners thought of all sorts of small things to help us be comfortable from towels & bedding to detergents just the little things - and appliances. Anyway - we just had to make the drive and enjoy! Thank you!!!!

Since our kids are going to college at Coastal Carolina, we have made numerous trips to the area when visiting them. This is our first time staying at this townhouse and we were pleasantly surprised with the unit and especially the location. We will stay here again!!!

Will definitely be booking this property for future stays in Myrtle Beach. This was my first time there and it was amazing! The home had anything you could need, was extremely clean and very comfortable. Even the interior design (especially bedrooms) were beautiful! The distance from the home to the beach was a perfect distance. The ease of finding your way around to restaurants from the home was great and it’s in a pretty centralized location. Thanks for a perfect trip!

Everything was spot on just like the description. The place was very well kept and will continue to be provided that the simple house rules are followed. Seems obvious that all those who preceded our stay did a wonderful job respecting the property! Cleaning crew also does a great job! Kudos and thank you so much for hosting our family!

Everything about this property was perfect. Very welcoming vacation home that has been given a lot of love. Very tastefully decorated and welcoming. Everything you could possibly need is there. Filthy carpets, ants all over kitchen, urine stains on the pull out couch. They monitor you with cameras so it is almost Erie to feel the eyes on you while vacationing. The smell of marijuana lingered all around the exterior of the house. The bathtub doesn’t drain,m. I pulled out the sheets to use and found blood dried blood stains. At the end of the day, the owners charge me extra for a broken toothbrush holder that I never used and makeup in the bathroom sink (but I do not even where make up). Not even sure how that would even add up what they charged me anyway…5 days after check out too! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere where you have an adequate cleaning crew and not money hunger owners.

The walk to the beach was less than 3 minutes. The entire apartment building was quiet and respectful. This place is everything we wanted and more!! I spoke with Chrissy several times leading up to our trip and she even touched base with us while we were there. She’s so nice!! I would give this place 50 stars if I could!

This home is the perfect beach house for family vacations or for a few friends to get together. It is so clean, bright, and perfectly decorated. The manager and the property were excellent. But, the washing of all the bedding was very time consuming. The wash cycle alone took 3 hours for two beds. The drying cycle took another hour for the two beds. This did not give us time to do our personal laundry or go to the beach on our last day.
