This winter, the indoor pool and hot tub will be closed for repair. The outdoor hot tub is open. Parking is available in the attached parking garage. This is a studio unit with 2 Full size beds and a well equippedkitchen. This unit at the Caravelle Resort is the perfect place for your next vacation! The resort is centrally located, with easy access to all your favorite Myrtle Beach attractions. Amenities at the resort include multiple pools, lazy rivers and hot tubs for everyone to find some splash time. This location also offers numerous restaurants and shopping options within walking distance of your room. Unit features include: • Full kitchen with new refrigerator, stove, and microwave along with sink, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, pots, and pans •Large smart TV , and free high-speed internet • Paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, dish soap, and dish sponges all provided • Bath towels and bed linens provided • Keyless entry – No need to worry about long check-in lines. You will receive a unique access code for the condo’s front door lock that you and everyone in your party can use to get into the condo during your stay. • Free parking in the six-level parking deck connected to the resort with additional overflow parking directly across the street. ***PLEASE NOTE: • Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. EST and Check-out is 10:00 A.M. EST. • Smoking is prohibited both in the unit and on the balcony. • Pets are not permitted. • Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. • Minimum age to rent is 25. • Access to the Resort restaurant and bars, summer Caravelle Resort Kids Club activities, resort provided pool towels, and the business center are not available to you as a guest staying in our unit. All other resort kid's amenities such as the kid’s pool play area, kid’s lazy river, and arcade ARE available to our guests.

Booked based off the huge balcony, it was great hearing the waves from the room and having the beach steps away was a plus! The room was clean and lots of towels, plus there was two beach chairs (which we loved) and a few other beach items we didn't use. The bed wasn't super comfortable (harder than we like). Our main issue with the property was when we were in the outdoor hot tub there were cockroaches. The first time we went to the hot tub there were two cockroaches that came out from under a planter type thing, we left right away, decided to try the hot tub two days later and saw another couple, but they weren't as close to the hot tub like the first time. The main pool was also very cold. We had one issue come up with the room, but Tom responded right away and resolved the problem, his communication was excellent.

Checking in was easy. Property owner was easy to get ahold of. The View is worth it. The only negative was parking. The main Garage was so small. Not enough parking. The elevators could use fans or Ac. The wait without it was harsh. Save time and use the over flow parking.

The apartment was clean and had everything you might need. Plenty of towels and clean linens. The beach was never crowded, we always found a spot. The restaurants were a little farther away then I would have liked. Plenty of parking, we preferred the overflow across the street.

When I signed up for this vacation to be present at my granddaughter’s wedding the advertisement stated the room had two bedrooms each with its own bathroom what I got was a small room with two beds. My husband had to sleep on the balcony I am so very sorry I chose you. I will not make the same mistake in the future.

A dance competition brought us to Myrtle Beach and this seemed like a good choice for the week… it ended up being a great choice! Yes, the resort has some age on it but amenities like fitness center, laundry, pool, etc. were all good. Never in all our travels have we enjoyed such an expansive view of the ocean! Watching the sun rise every morning while enjoying coffee was a stellar way to begin each day! The resort was in great proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and attractions like Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot Landing… All very easy to navigate, and the traffic on the main route was not bad at all! The unit had a little wear, but it was clean, beds were comfy (even though they were full size), closet space was generous and there were plenty of towels, a great hairdryer, a good vacuum to help keep things tidy… Our only suggestion would be to maybe add an over-the-door hook rack for hanging towels (I got creative and would hang them over a hanger in the closet to dry). Tom was great and super responsive when we had questions. Also, the easy check-in/checkout process and the personalized door code was the best! No need to constantly keep track of a key card! Overall, a super comfortable stay with a $2 million view! Thank you Tom!

Inside of room was as pictured and very clean. It had all amenities. The building is in need of a facelift and was pretty dirty. The beach was beautiful and the view from the balcony was spectacular!!

This property was perfect for our needs. We liked being up the road from the busy area. We were able to walk out to the beach from the elevator and had a nice view of the ocean from the room. The place has a full kitchen so you dont have to waste a ton of money at overpriced restaurants. The owner had excellent communication and instructions for the property to make check in easy. We would stay at this property again.

Tom was great to work with! The condo was ready early, and getting in was a breeze. This is a perfect location. Right on the beach! This area of the beach was not very busy at all. The patio is a great spot to watch the sunrise, and enjoy the evenings.

Came to MB for our grandsons college baseball tournament. Check in was a breeze. Our condo was within 15-20 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of variety in restaurants an d shopping. Came equipped with all essentials. Would return.

We truly enjoyed our visit. It was very clean. Several treats for guests is a sweet plus. Everything needed is available. Wonderful spacious balcony. Loved the deep bathtub, wonderful for a nice bath soak on a cold day. The view is spectacular, oceanfront beach is by far the best view. Arrival time is slightly earlier which is also a plus when beating the rush at normal arrival time. Great communication with host.

Very clean. 4 pillows on each bed and plenty of towels. Water pressure was good too which was a very big deal for my husband. Room was a bit smaller than expected but it was only the two of us. The view is what sold me on this place and it never disappointed. Even on dreary days it was spectacular!

The location was wonderful! Views were stunning and all needs were of convenient distance. The extra touches of towels and chocolates we appreciated and enjoyed! Our only issue was a few ‘ minor maintenance items’ that would have made the experience more peaceful. The seal on the door- we had a very windy evening which resulted in a time of whistling. Also, the air conditioner needs a bit of TLC, it would make a lot of squeal sounds and shaking when it would start. Fortunately, we are hand and was able to quiet these down relatively easily with items on hand. Overall! A WONDERFUL stay and look forward to visiting again!

My husband and I came from KY to visit our daughter at CCU for Parent Weekend. We had to check in a day later than expected due to hurricane Ian was making landfall. Tom was very easy to work with, he even gave us a refund for our missed day. We were also able to check in early morning the next day. The sun deck was awesome! We were close to almost everything. Would definitely stay here again!

5th floor parking makes it easy to walk straight to room. Code worked perfectly for entrance. Room and deck were exactly as pics show. Plenty of space for my husband and I to cook and lounge. Deck area is amazing with very soft night time lighting. 2 full beds are on the firmer side supplied with 4 pillows each and soft blankets. No issues sleeping. Clean parking deck, clean hallways, clean beach. Great AC kept us cool. Lifeguard at the beach. I left one short message to owner when we got there and they replied promptly which was nice knowing if I did have an issue someone would be there to help. Definitely book this as your place to stay!!

We had a great time in this unit. The room is nice but the patio is amazing. There were dust bunnies/build up in the air conditioner we had to clean. We had a blast with the provided boogie boards. Overall, we loved our trip and already booked for next year. That patio is hard to beat.

Tom literally has thought of everything. From what what is needed in the kitchenette, or all the beach chairs umbrellas boogie boards etc. I'm an avid packer and knowing now I dont need to bring all these items down I will be renting from Tom again. The condo was clean and orderly. They even leave you snacks and chocolates and fancy towels displayed on the bed like Disney does it. He gets 10 stars in my book! Thank you again Tom for an amazing rental experience!

The day we checked in the ac was running but not blowing cold air. Call the manager of the unit and was told nothing could be done until next week cause it was the weekend. So I pulled the filters myself and cleans them off. They were covered with dust quarter inch thick. The ac started working better but didn’t cool down until the next day. The 1st night it was high 70’s in the room and didn’t sleep much cause it was so hot.

Clean. Location was literally right on the beach! Pool was nice. Lots of towels. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella available already. Owner was responsive. Bed was smaller than I’d like but did the trick. Parking was the only real pet peeve very tight lot, depends on timing.
