About this condo rental
Located in Myrtle Beach, this charming condo for $177 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our home is located oceanfront on the best section of beach in Myrtle Beach. The beach is wide, flat, and uncrowded. The weather is mild and people began swimming in April. The season for fun sunning, walking, and enjoying sounds and smells of the ocean goes year round here. The breathtaking views from our 10th floor oceanfront condo grabbed us the minute we walked in the door. Located above rooftops and ground noise, we are close enough to see the dolphins swim by and to distinguish people from crabs on the beach. We purchased this unit empty and designed everything that we put in for fun and comfort such as the comfortable king bed, the custom queen sofabed, the large flatscreen tvs, and the generous storage spaces for all the things we all bring for beach vacations. We provide bed, bath, and kitchen linens in white so you will know they are clean and sanitized for you. Knowing how hard it is to remember everything, we provide things like paper products and soaps to get you through your first night or two. We begin the summer season with an umbrella, a couple of beach chairs some children's sand toys. We provide a fully equipped the kitchen so that you can cook and serve as you might at home. Our kitchen is designed so that whether you are mixing drinks or preparing a meal, you need not feel like Cinderella (or fella). Your view from our large kitchen peninsula couldn't be better unless you were sailing on a cruise ship. The kitchen has what you need including good quality cookware, dinnerware, bakeware, utensils, and storage containers. There are many free shelves in the bar cabinets and extra shelves by the microwave nook. We have new small appliances including a mixer, powerful microwave, modern 4 slice toaster, and a Cuisinart coffemaker. There are colorful trays so that on at least one day during your stay, you can enjoy coffee on the large balcony as you watch the daily changing lightshow at sunrise. Our large balcony is designed as a 2d living room with surprisingly comfy armchairs and side table on one side and a dining table and chairs on the other. Without crowding your space, we have provided for dining indoors and out. On many temperate days, we just turn off the air and open the large balcony door so that activites flow freely indoors and out. In the living room, the new queen sofabed with extraplush mattress cover provides comfy sleeping. There is also a large armchair perfectly placed for views and convenience. A small chest of drawers and storage cubes accommodate clothes, etc. There's also a large flatscreen tv, colorful art, and a dining table and chairs that overlook the ocean. Last but not least, we created a luxurious master bedroom with a king bed, quality soft cotton linens, a full dresser with mirror, 2 nightstands, clock and charging station, 32" flatscreen tv, as well as colorful convenient storage cubes for those extra things that don't fit elsewhere. We took great care in decorating and furnishing this beach home so that, to beach lovers like us, it feels like home but also has the qualities of fun and excitement that make vacation time special. Location is perfect. Close to shopping, attractions, restaurants, etc. The balcony was our favorite spot. Such a beautiful view. Communication with the host was extraordinary. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

First time to Myrtle Beach. Condo location was perfect with very easy access to the beach plus the area was very safe to walk around and explore the neighborhoods nearby. Most points of interest were a short drive away such as downtown, Boardwalk, Barefoot, and Market Common, even North Myrtle wasn't too far away.
Condo was clean although the kitchen area was small but certainly large enough to work in and it was stocked with dishes and pans. Bed was comfortable although there was a lot of noise coming from the nearby air conditioning blower unit a few doors away. We usually sleep with a white noise machine so we were sort of used to the background noise (per signage, the noisy unit was to be replaced the week after we left).
Overall we enjoyed the stay although the parking garage can be a stressful thing to navigate in (absolutely no fault of the condo's owner). Thankfully my wife was able to watch the right corner of the rental car as i watched the left side to make sure we had enough clearance going up and down the narrow ramps to each level. Be warned, they do ticket cars parking in the street as we were lucky to be leaving for a drive just as they started ticketing (Whew!) We started parking back in the garage after that.

I loved this property so much; I’ve been coming to Myrtle every year since I was a child and this is by far my favorite place I’ve stayed. Great location, wonderful host, and beautiful space.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for a week in August. The condo was decorated nicely and had everything we needed and more. Phyllis, the owner, was responsive to our needs and helpful when we had a glitch getting into the unit. The location is perfect since it’s a few miles away from the “touristy” part of Myrtle Beach. It’s located in a nice residential area and the view from the balcony was great. We would definitely stay in this unit again or one of the other ones the owner has in the building. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone who wanted a great vacation at the beach.

This condo was in a perfect location. Excellent ocean views but still peaceful and quiet. Parking was a challenge but we managed just fine in our midsize SUV. The floors hadn't been moped in a while which was digusting. Our granddaughters feet were geeting so dirty we had to keep socks on her feet.The worse part were the bugs. We killed a total of 8 over our three night stay. I did reach out to Phyllis when we saw the first three on our first night stay and she said they had just sprayed before we arrived. I was bothered when I mentioned a refund so we could go somewhere else and she let me know that she's an attorney and knows her rights. We stayed but didnt use the kitchen or anything in it. Once this issue is resolved I think this place will deserve 4 stars or maybe even 5.

Nice condo. Great location across the street from the beach. Eating out requires either a 15-20 minute walk (unless eating at one place a block away), or a few minute drive. Awesome views from the balcony. The mattress on the convertible sofa could be upgraded. The access to the building’s garage was a great plus, especially during the summer months.
Looking forward to staying there in the future.

My wife and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary. It was great for our needs. The place was clean and already had the essentials. We used the balcony every day to enjoy our meals and read in the evenings. The beach was a very short walk after an extremely quick elevator ride. The beach was not crowded and it was kept clean.
This really was exactly what we were looking for. If we do get the chance to go off on our own again, I would have no hesitations in going back to this place. And thank you to Phyllis for being so accommodating, quick to respond to our messages, and making our stay memorable.

Everything was exactly as listed. Host even sent us a message ahead of time that the vertical blinds bit the dust and were replaced with curtains. Great/Large shower, bed very comfortable. View from deck was amazing. Pool fantastic with tables and umbrellas and plenty of nice lounge chairs. Three Elevators, cool fast & clean. Plenty of grocery carts for transporting groceries or other needs. Luggage carts were also plentiful. Security was visible through out the stay. We had trouble getting the TV to work and we sent a message to the host Phyllis. She called us we sent pictures of the TV screen and she diagnosed our problem and my husband was set for the week with a very large screen TV. I cant think of anything the Condo was lacking. Take a couple of small extension cords. Only one plug in on almost every double outlet works.
And yes the parking garage is very narrow! We drove our Ford Flex and several turns we had to stop and back up to make the turn. Parking garage clean and easy access to elevators. I would stay there again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, the view was outstanding. We will definitely come back. My favorite thing was the beautiful plant wall I got to look at on my walk to the beach everyday.

My husband and myself absolutely loved staying with Phyllis, she made our stay incredible. Everything that is described in the description of her condo is on point. The view is amazing. Phyllis responded immediately with any questions I had. From the view to the roomy condo everything was perfect, calm, and relaxing. My husband isn’t very easy to please when it comes to staying at the beach. Let’s just say he stated we’ve found our forever vacation spot with Phyllis. She’s absolutely amazing. You want find a better vacation spot. Thanks Phyllis for being so amazing!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The balcony was our favorite spot! From coffee and watching the sunrise to dinner and just enjoying the sound of the ocean, the balcony was the spot to be. Communication with the host was awesome. What a great place. The view was just as described. The unit was very clean. The beach is just across the street and was not difficult to cross, traffic is pretty limited. Enjoyed visiting with some of the owners of different units. Because we were there during the week the beach was not crowded. Would stay here again. The parking garage is very tight when turning to go up to park or to exit, so don't rent a huge car but if you do you can contact management and they will give you an oversize permit for the lot next door..

Condo was in need of repair.it was furnished with cheap furniture.Fold out sofa was a joke.Mattress was used and abused.Had friends stop in overnight.Was embarrassed by the condition of sofa bed.PATHETIC!!!! The whole condo needed fresh paint.Owner should spend one night sleeping on sofa bed.They would not last the night!And have I mentioned the parking garage.I consider myself a good driver, but getting in and out was quite a challenge. On the bright side,the views and location were great.Rated as premier host ??? Will need to re-.evaluate who we rent from in the future

It was a great 5 days. We could have not ask for anything more. The condo was clean and had all the supplies we needed. The hostess was great, she kept us informed of the upcoming hurricane. The staff at the condo was very friendly. We hope to stay again in the near future. The view from the balcony is awesome

This property is wonderful -- perfect ocean view, great veranda for watching the sunrise, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen area, large screen tv and nice sitting area. It's easy to walk to lots of restaurants, a grocery store, and mini golf (less than one mile). The homeowner is incredibly responsive and friendly. Highly recommend it!

The Condo was a lovely place to stay. It was clean an comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Beautiful stay and proximity to the beach.
The only complain was the parking. It was very difficult manuver thru the tight ramps in garage.

People at the building very nice and helpful at all the times. And on top of it I had the Pleasure to meet the owners at check out and they are a lovely couple, very nice people!

Property is showing its age but the location is great. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The condo had a lot of beach toys that we didn’t use but I can see it being nice to offer to families.
The beach was a short walk across the street and we felt like we were the only ones there. Not crowded at all!
With a few updates to the kitchen and outdoor seating this is well worth the price we paid. Oh, bring a skillet. The one at the property is worthless.
