Very updated, very clean 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full size 3rd floor Oceanfront Condo with private oceanfront balcony located at 2501 South Ocean blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Comfortably sleeps up to 6. 1 large bedroom that has 2 queen size beds with new comfy thick mattresses. Livingroom/dining room area has a dining table that pulls down into a full size murphy bed. Private 3rd floor oceanfront balcony with breathtaking ocean & beach views and the Sounds of ocean waves.. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless kitchen appliances and granite countertops, Also includes a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, dishwasher. and stocked with blender, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and utensils needed to feel like home. There is even a nice washer/dryer in the unit. Parking for 1 car in the attached parking garage. (All handicap accessible) additional parking in lot, if available. Amenities include access to 2 buildings that have several indoor heated and outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, indoor lazy river, kids splash pools, fitness center a restaurant in the hotel building. a convenience store right across the street. The Condo has a very strong Wi-Fi . with in unit direct port and cell phones chargers. new 65" 4k Roku TV with great cable and other apps. Located at a very popular Grand Strand resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29577 Close to the boardwalk, Myrtle Beach International Airport, Market Commons, Myrtle beach State Park, Walmart market, Restaurant row, Golf, Broadway at the beach, skywheel, and other great attractions. If you have any questions or requests please ask. the resort has 4 high speed elevators a nice fitness room, and outdoor areas to relax. We are the owner/operator , so eliminating all of the extra Management, booking, resort fees. Also, I am a retired Market and Deli Owner and have great cleanliness, and Customer Service standards. I am even Safe Serve certified. We are striving for 5 star reviews..... we are always updating and improving. We clean and stock needed basic necessities. This Condo is privately owned and does not have daily housekeeping or maintenance from the hotel. We will provide our personal phone number for any questions or problems. We live close by. We supply all Clean linens, towels, basic necessities, and an extremely clean condo.

Quiet and convenient part of Myrtle beach. Able to park on third floor of garage and just feet away from unit. Great security as well. incredible view of beach and ocean from the balcony. Kevin the manager, made himself easily available if needed. Condo is well kept and lovely. Love seat and chair could use some updating to help with comfort. Overall a wonderful experience. Would love to stay again..

plenty of everything. Very good location. Close to all necessary amenities. Boardwalk, restaurants, groceries, etc. Attention to detail, in the condo, was welcomed. Would HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing. Rental price is very fair.

Had a fantastic time! The view and the beach were second to none. My 11 year old loved all the pools indoors and out. The condo was just a clean, updated well cared for little one bedroom but it was perfect for us! The property manager/owner was responsive and friendly. I might suggest a few beach chairs and an umbrella but we managed just fine. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Kevin and Sharon's condo. The layout was perfect and had everything we needed. The balcony overlooked the beach and the view was stunning. Kevin checked in with us multiple times throughout the week to see if we needed anything. The location was perfect as well. We will definitely be repeat customers!!

We spent a week in Myrtle celebrating our 40 th Anniversary. Our host Kevin and Sharon were amazing. They even left us a little Anniversary dessert! The condo was in a great location close to restaurants and places to go. It was extremely clean and best of all on the beach. Kevin and Sharon were always there to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying with Kevin and Sharon in the future

The condo was perfect! It was clean and well maintained. The furniture was comfortable especially the mattresses. It was like sleeping at home. Kevin was the perfect host. He checked in with us frequently and even reached out to share an event that was happening while we were there. I highly recommend this condo! I definitely will be coming again.

The condo was very clean and accommodated all our needs. We loved sitting on the deck and being so close to the ocean. Kevin and Sharon had the condo well stocked with soap, towels etc. Always willing to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

We go down to Myrtle beach every summer with my family and this by far was the best place that we have ever stayed. The check in process was easy, the parking is close to the condo. The condo and complex where both very very clean. The view from the balcony is breath taking, you are right in front of the ocean. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is always a plus. The hosts where super nice and messaged checking in on us to see if we needed anything. The unit is stocked with towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. The size of the condo is great, it’s perfect for a group of 6 people. My kids loved it and we really enjoyed our stay. The pools are nice and clean, also the pool water is kept warm. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

We are a family of 3 and spent 7 nights here. We spent every day at the beach/pools and visited with family that live in the area. The condo looked better than the pics and was extremely clean (most important & smelled clean too). The oceanfront view was absolutely beautiful! Condo was stocked with all basic necessities and kitchen has everything that you need. The TV has so many channels/apps and our daughter enjoyed many of the children’s shows. Parking garage on same floor provided easy access to the condo. We have a big truck and were able to park fine. Luggage carts were available to transfer everything from car to the condo. Walmart and food lion were very close to the condo as were many other stores/restaurants. The location is just perfect. Owners sent us all the check in details prior to our trip and were extremely responsive & reachable at all times. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely return or recommend.

When we arrived at the property, the owners gave very clear instructions on how to get the keys to the property and when we walked in the property looked exactly as it was described. The view was spectacular and breathtaking. The property was very clean, well stocked with items that are used regularly, bathroom tissue, kitchen utensils and cooking pans, coffee, etc. Everything was clean and made us feel welcome. As it was our anniversary, we were greeted with a card and cupcakes. It is the personal touches that make a place feel like home. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to get away and relax.

Room was exceptionally clean, all the little extras made a big difference. My girls enjoyed the pools at both facilities, and we loved the short walk right down to the beach. The parking was so easy, you literally park on the parking deck and walk right through the doors to the condo, it made a huge difference with unloading and loading the car. The owners were very responsive and always made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely return!

I recently stayed at this fabulous beachfront apartment and I must say that I had an amazing experience. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. Kevin was extremely helpful and quick to reply to my texts or calls. The location was perfect and the amenities were great. I would definitely recommend this apartment and we’ll definitely be back.

This is a great property in a good location for what we were looking for. We were a Grandma, daughter, granddaughters/teenage girls. We liked that the property gave a variety of locations that you could enjoy the pools or in the grassy area. It is not near the boardwalk and we like that as we felt it was safer with fewer people walking all around and less crowed. The murphy bed in the dining area was also very nice as it slept much better than a sofa couch.
Overall great experience and the owners were very attentive and quick to answer any questions or concerns.

Our vacation stay was amazing from start to finish! The online process was seem less , all our questions were answered before we arrived! The condo is very clean and had a very homey feel, the views are amazing and the location is perfect! We loved all the pools and hot tub and how close to the beach we were ! Kevin and Sharon were wonderful and very helpful and have an open line of communication. We had such a great time for our first visit to Myrtle Beach and definitely will be back!!

We stayed five nights at Kevin and Sharon's property. The location was perfect, and everything we needed was provided. We spent three days on the beach and the other days, we were out and about in Myrtle Beach and surrounding area. There is so much to do here. The hosts were excellent communicators and said multiple times "If there's anything you need, let us know." However, there wasn't anything we needed because they had already thought of everything! Also, the condo was extremely clean. I'm not sure how they do it since sand seems to show up everywhere after you've been on the beach, but the condo was spotless. Very impressive. I have nothing critical or constructive to say. It was perfect! Kevin and Sharon make you feel like family and genuinely want you to enjoy your time in Myrtle Beach. Hope to be back again! Thank you!!

This was our 3rd or 4th VRBO stay and all have been pretty nice. This one however, was easily and by far the nicest of all!! Our host contacted us a week early with all the check-in details and their personal contact info in case we need anything. EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING was better than advertised. Spotlessly clean might be an understatement. View was unbelievable, resort staff was friendly and helpful. The resort itself was clean and all pools/hotubs were clean and functioning. If your thinking about Myrtle Beach, make this your first choice!!!!

We needed somewhere to stay for a day to split up a long trip to Florida, but I wish it had been longer. This condo had an amazing view and boasted multiple pools, a lazy river and a hot tub as well as a convenient parking garage. The owner was in touch before, during and after and couldn't have been nicer via text. Highly recommend.

The view was amazing, the pools,hot tub and lazy river was a great way to spend with everyone in the evening or just to get some time out of the sun. The hosts were just a call away and very helpful. The room was well stocked and very clean. Thanks to them it was a very relaxing time with lots of fun and adventures. Will definitely return to this room in tbe future.
