Enjoy the peace and quiet of a non-through street with plenty of parking (up to 3 standard cars fit in driveway in designated spots) and steps to the Ocean and Bay. Rent the Main House or the Coach House - or Rent BOTH! (NOTE: You are viewing and are being quoted for the COACH HOUSE ONLY - VRBO #992940) Our second-floor Coach House offers classic knotty pine walls and wood floors for easy care. The large one-bedroom home can sleep 4 (one bedroom with queen bed and one pull-out couch in the living area). The bedroom has built-in cabinetry and ample closet space. The generous open floor plan provides you with a living room, dining room, decorative fireplace, a 3 piece bathroom (no tub) as well as a full kitchen. Central air is provided for your comfort! A spacious deck for outdoor entertaining is right out front along with a table and chairs (a gas grill is provided on the ground-level ) There is plenty of *storage (*storage area, located under Coach House, is a shared space with Main House for laundry and beach items) on the first floor. And, of course, no beach house is complete without an outside shower! And how great is it not to need to drive into town if you don't want the hassle of parking! Take the FREE shuttle anywhere you want to go. Check it out LBI's local website for details and be prepared to have fun with all the activities and events LBI has to offer! THE MAIN HOME IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO RENT! (Search the HomeAway/VRBO website for listing #992883) In the completely renovated Main House, sleeping up to 8, the first floor features an open living arrangement and a kitchen boasting granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The first floor holds 2 bedrooms and a first floor bath with plenty of *storage (*storage area, located under Coach House, is a shared space for laundry and beach items). Central air is provided for your comfort! The entire second floor is occupied by the master suite and includes a private bath and a private deck for morning coffee, lounging while listening to the ocean or gazing at the stars in the evening. Of course, no beach house is complete without an outside shower and this home is no exception. Eat outside in the warm weather. We offer a gas grill along with table and chairs. And yet again, no house is complete without its own outside shower! The ocean is steps away and your evening can be filled with star gazing or enjoying a fun night out on the town! It is my 2nd summer staying at Lisa’s cozy LBI cottage. I loved every minute of my stay per usual. Close proximity to the beach, quite end street location, cottage with every essential you need for a week vacation down the shore! So easy to communicate with the host, smooth check in, everything in the house was working perfectly. I and my husband along with our yorkies had a perfect summer getaway. We cannot wait to come back next year already. Highly highly recommended!!!!!

What a lovely stay we had in Holgate! Our beach cottage was everything I hoped it would be and more. Lisa was very accessible if i had questions and could not have been nicer! The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes. LBI has always held a special place in my heart. Thank you again, Lisa!

Rented both homes so our family could stay together. Everything was perfect! This property is very cared for and well maintained. You’ll find many nice details and the decor is adorable, very beachy. I wish I was still there! Everything you need is there…a grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes! Great home in a great location.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our needs. It was extremely clean! It was well stocked with cookware although we didn’t need it on this trip. Lisa was helpful when questions came up about the coffee maker and we left earbuds and she contacted us so we could turn around and get them. This property is located close to the beach. There were bikes for us to use. These came in very handy! We were sad to leave.

This is the second year I stayed at this property with my adult daughter. We love the location, very peaceful and quiet street, with a great deck that faces the East.
The property owner is always kind and friendly and helpful!
The home has sheets and towels and cleaning supplies even though we bring our own it’s nice to know they are there if we need them!
Whoever goes there I’m sure you will enjoy your stay like we did!

We had a wonderful stay at this property….so many items were included (towels, sheets, beach chairs, bikes) that we just had to bring ourselves! Amazing location on the last street on Long Beach Island…didn’t even have to cross the road to get to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed having cocktails out on the deck after a refreshing outdoor shower. The space itself is charming, clean, and relaxing. Everything we needed was there!

We loved the location! Home is located at the southern end of the island. Nice, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Rental is located on second floor with spacious deck facing the ocean. Washer and dryer were available. Spacious outside shower! We also loved that no renters will be downstairs.

Hideaway in Holgate
We had a lovely stay at Lisa's Coach House in Holgate. The house was absolutely charming, the location was awesome, and Lisa was attentive and responsive. The deck was lovely with the morning sun for coffee and nicely shaded in the evening for dinner and drinks. The beach was an easy walk and the neighborhood is quiet and private. We could not have been happier and will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Lisa's property was in a perfect location. The ability to pair the stay in the cottage with my sister's stay in the main house was ideal for a family gathering. Lisa was very responsive to questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

AMAZING Beach house!!!
Lisa’s coach home was perfect for us!!!!! (2 adults and 2 small yorkies) Located in the quite cul-de-sac in Holagte, beach is literally 2 min walk from the house. The house was very cozy, cute and comfortable. Had every essential item needed for an amazing vacation (outdoor shower, bikes, beach passes, beach chairs, towels, grill, outdoor deck with seatings, awning, and cookwares etc). The central air worked great which made our stay extra comfortable. We obviously had the best time ever and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. We couldn’t have asked for a better summer beach house stay!!!! I particularly loved the spacious outdoor shower which also had changing area within the shower!!! Very thoughtfully designed! Storage area seemed to have many different entertainment/fun stuff! Lisa was very easy to communicate and accommodating! We will definitely be back here next year!!!! Highly highly recommended!!!!

The property was great.. location awesome.. outdoor shower awesome.. the indoor bathroom very tight.. I would only recommend 2 adults and 1 child.. we had 4 adults and it was tight but we managed.. great deck area. Great location!
We had a really nice stay at Lisa‘s place. The bed was comfortable, there was lots of hot water with good water pressure, and it was very cozy. Lisa was easy to get in touch with and she even got us some extra lamps when we said we wanted to read and didn’t have enough lighting. All in all I would recommend this place to a couple as it’s not quite big enough for four adults Location is wonderful on a quiet cul-de-sac just several houses from the beach.

Awesome Property
We absolutely loved our stay in the coach house. The location was perfect at the end of the island. The beach was just a short walk away. There were many great restaurants with live music every day. Lisa got back to us very quickly if we had any questions. I highly recommend this property!

Great for a quiet beach stay. The place has a very "beach cottage" feel that we love. The owner is great and easily reached if there are any questions or issues. This was our third summer at this rental and we intend to go back next year.

Not only is this property probably the best deal in Holgate, it may well be the best deal on the Island for a couple. Well apportioned, clean, close to the beach, and the owner was excellent to communicate with. Highly recommend.
