As advertised, the place was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable, as were couches. Quiet neighborhood, but convenient to grocery and eateries. Yes, I would rent again.

This was the second year my family and I stayed and Andrew’s home in LBI. It is a short walk to the beach and very close drive to bay village. Andrew’s home has everything you need, and we enjoyed spending time outside in the spacious outdoor area with a grill. Would recommend this to anyone and will likely be back!

Home is exactly as advertised, comfortable and very clean. Short walk to beach and short drive to center of Beach Haven. Loved how quiet it was and beach wasn't very crowded at all. Would definitely stay there again. Check-in and check out process could not be simpler and Andrew is very responsive to any questions.

My family and I had a lovely stay in Holgate. The house was exactly what we needed. The house is small, but we don't need a lot of space at the beach. Love having the 4 bedrooms. Love the out door dining area. We had a wonderful time. If I had to make one comment it would that there is no out door lighting. So when grilling and eating at night it was difficult to see. We will definitely be back. Thank you Andrew for a wonderful stay!

Great spot to spend a week in LBI

Great vacation house. Very clean and so close to the beach. The entire family loved it and had a great time. Would definitely come back again and would recommenced the home to our friends.

The house is in a great location: quiet, close to beach and bay. It was extremely clean and the owner provided additional cleaning products.

Very clean home and you could tell they took extra precautions because of Covid. We never stayed down this far on the island before and I thought this area was absolutely gorgeous. The house was fully equipped with everything you need. Wish we could stay longer!

Pros: -it was a very short walk to the beach -there's a very nice small park and Bay swimming area very close to the house -The owner was very friendly and quickly answered me when I text messaged him with a few things that were going on at the house Cons: -upon entry, the house appeared to be clean however once we started walking around without our shoes on, our feet were black! The cleaning service definitely did not mop the floors after the last tenants stayed in the house. This was very frustrating because we had two little kids and with the covid virus we thought the house was going to be cleaner. -there was a lot of dust build up where the carpet met the trim on the floor in the one queen bedroom along with dust bunnies in the corners between the bedroom door and the bathroom door. -both queen beds are extremely uncomfortable -there were rusty roofing nails all over the patio that was designated for the first floor residence. I stepped on one and it came partially through my flip flop -The dishes in the cabinet were not clean so we had to wash all the dishes before they could be used -The outdoor shower is rather small and does not have a light in it -worst of all, if there is a family staying on the second floor above you, you will hear every single move they make. Unfortunately, the family that stayed above us was like a herd of buffalo. They moved around the house all night long and kept us up most nights. Because of this, we ended up leaving a day early. Overall the house wasn't that bad if you don't mind cleaning a house that you rented when you get there And don't care about getting a good night's sleep if there's a family staying above you. I definitely would never rent it again because there is no insulation between the first floor and the second floor. The people above us definitely made it difficult to have a good night's sleep and a good time. I realize that some of these things are not the owners fault but it should be noted if you plan on renting this house. We will definitely be back to LBI but definitely not back to this house.

This is a lovely home on a quiet street. The house has all of the amenities necessary for comfort, and the walk to the beach is remarkably short. Highly recommended.

Just finished our week. The house was as advertised. There were between 4-8 people at the house at various times and the house was big enough for everyone. The location (steps from the beach, 5 minutes from Beach Haven) was perfect. An excellent experience all around!

Great accommodations with easy access to the beach. We especially appreciated the free "Gator" rides to and from the beach provided byLong Beach Island Township for Senior citizens and others who may be challenged by the high dunes.

Other than a few minor cleanliness issues, we thoroughly enjoyed this rental. We had 2 couples and 4 kids and there was adequate space for all of us. We loved being near the end of the Island and so close to both the ocean and the bay. It definitely was quieter and more relaxing than other parts of the island yet just a short drive to the center on Beach Haven where there is lots to do. The large table and chairs on the outside deck was a great place for dinners.
