Beach badges loaned at no extra cost. No pets allowed. Central Air and heat THROUGHOUT the house!!! You will want to rent this house every summer once you see the views and walk out the front door to the beach!

The amazing view from every window and the short walk to the beach made this house a great winter getaway. Great for two couples too. We will be back

The place is a great location and beautiful views of the ocean. The living room furniture was not very comfortable. The deck is also great with lots of furniture and a table. The kitchen is all up to date. I would definitely recommend this place but would like to see more comfortable furniture for the living room.

My friend of 45 years and I stayed for a week in October and couldn’t have had a lovelier stay. The house is perfectly located just steps away from the beach; in fact, it felt as if we had our own private walkway. We saw beautiful sunrises and moonlit nights from the deck of our first level accommodations, and made it to the beach almost every day. We both agreed that the beds were super comfortable and that the kitchen was perfectly appointed. We hope to return again and again.

Connie was great to work with, rental is very clean, all appliances are new, go to sleep with the sounds of the surf. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great Jersey Shore experience !!!

House is directly on the beach, exactly what we needed with deck overlooking the water. Plenty if outdoor furniture. Super simple check in and check out. Great new kitchen appliances. Very comfortable stay! Have rented on this street before and love it but this house was our favorite. Thanks Connie

Plenty of room for just the two of us. Clean, well appointed and very nice unit. Just off the beach so access is a very short walk. We definitely recommend this listing for anyone's next vacation.

First, thanks to you Connie and James for making our stay comfortable. I'm a beginner using Vrbo but I'm definately rating this a 5 stars experience. The accomodation is humble and homey, nothing too lavish but the view out to the beach is fantastic. James was friendly and put in the extra efforts of disinfecting to make us comfortable.We'll be back next year.

We were very pleased with our stay in September. The location right on the beach is very convenient. The kitchen is equipped well enough, the furniture and beds are comfortable, the Wifi / cable worked fine and the deck was nice. The only limitation was that from the first floor you can't really see the beach, just the dunes. But it was still nice to watch the sun come up in the morning over the ocean while having coffee on the deck (I'm an early riser). We would love to go back next season.

Beautiful views of the ocean over the dunes from the deck. Master bedroom has a small ocean view where i could see if it was gonna be a good sunrise right from the bed! Right next to the bwach access overlooking the walkway and amazing views of the sunrise and moonrise! A few cafes and the acme very close by, as well as liquor store! The inside of the house is modust but considering that beach front homes are so difficult to maintain I was very impressed. All the appliances worked wash/dryer was great, so is the outdoor shower! Loved our stay we would return happily a little slice of surf side heaven. Also master bed was pretty comfy considering I am used to a temperpedic mattress topper! Thanks for an amazing stay home away from home!
