About this house rental
Well kept, 2nd floor unit of a 2 story duplex, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, + a futon, Central Air, Cable TV, Internet Access, Washer/Dryer. Master bedroom includes a queen bed and private full bath, 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom includes full/twin bunk. Full kitchen includes Stove, Microwave, Coffee maker, Dishwasher. Outside includes deck area with gas grill, teak furniture and outdoor shower. Off street parking for at least 3 cars. Recent updates include kitchen, baths and carpeting. 6 Beach Badges are included in rental. NOTE: Linens and Towels are not included. If needed we can recommend some rental services. Short trip to downtown Beach Haven and all the restaurants, amusements and activities. FAQ: 1. Sorry, we don't rent to groups of kids. I get these nice e-mails all the time asking about this. If you don't have an adult 25 or older, it's technically against the township's rules. 2. Sorry, no pets. With a duplex you never know how the pets/tenants will react to each other, plus with the short changeover window we can't really deal with any pet damage. 3. VRBO/HomeAway is our master calendar. So if it says the week is available on the calendar, it's available. 4. We only rent weekly (Sat-to-Sat). VRBO/HomeAway shows the rates as per night, which is a little tricky. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

The location of the property was perfect for us. There was adequate space for all of us, and we enjoyed having our own grill and patio space that was separate from the downstairs guests.

Andrew was a great host. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Very close to the beach and a short bike ride to get ice cream or food.

Excellent location very quiet close to bay & ocean didn’t need to drive to either one do have to drive for food nothing close by. House was clean and airy would definitely stay here again. Fußball table was a major hit with my 10 year old son he had a lot of practice this week. Even had a sneak view of the bay from back porch.

Simple Pleasure
Clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of cable channels. Tenants in the unit below were respectful, quiet and friendly.

Nice family trip
This is the second year we have rented this property. We really enjoyed staying in Holgate again and the quiet atmosphere. The one downfall is even though we were upstairs we could hear everything downstairs so I’m sure they could hear us as well. With that being said we would definitely rent again as that was a minor inconvenience.

So relaxing
A comfortable, relaxing, easy-to-enjoy property. We'd go back in a heartbeat! Only issue was VRBO listing check-in as 2, while owner listed check-in as 4, with 4 the correct time.

Andrew’s home was a perfect stay for myFamily and I. It is a short 2 min walk to the beach. They living room was spacious for the entire family to relax and eat after a day at the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Andrew was very responsive to any questions we had before our stay. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

Andrew’s home was a perfect stay for my

Location was great. Upstairs unit had mildew shower curtains and a leak under kitchen sink with a bucket that was filled with smelly water. The person that cleaned the unit was done cleaning in less than an hour..in fact she was finished cleaning both units in less than 2 hours .The outside shower was in the section of downstairs unit as was very short hose to wash off beach toys and chairs, a little embarrassing coming back from beach and cleaning up in front of downstairs patrons. It was inconvenient to have an outside bbq, as the stairs to upstairs unit are very steep and narrow. Won't return

My family really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location. House had everything we needed and game selection was great. It was a short walk to the beach, a plus with little ones. Away from the crowds, but just a short drive away to downtown Beach Haven. I would stay here again.

Better than the first stay
We just returned home from a one week stay at this property. It is the same as we remember from our last stay with a few improvements including updated pots/pans, dishes and glasses. We had a power outage for about 20 minutes one night but the owners were responsive and assured us it is common and would not last long and they were right. Short walk to the beach and super quiet. We rented bikes this time and explored around the area which is much quieter than beach haven.

It is a great house with a great location, we really enjoyed our stay.

Bright and roomy
The house was very roomy for our family and was well kept. Only issue was upon arrival we had to clean counters and trash from under the beds. This was a little disconcerting due to the fact that check- in was delayed by 2 hours to make time for a deep cleaning. Despite this, we would still rent again as we enjoyed our week.

Great escape
We had a wonderful time staying the week. The location was perfect, short walk to the beach and bay for sunsets. The house had everything we needed. The only thing I would change is the outdoor shower and hose are located in the front where the downstairs family has their outdoor area. So if they are eating dinner outside and we used the shower, we would be in their space. Overall we had a great stay!

Roomy 2nd floor cathedral open floor plan. Separate grill and outdoor dining outside area. Nicely stocked kitchen. Washer dryer came in handy. 4 houses to beach. Clean and good response time from owner. Would definitely stay again with the family

Perfect accommodations for our family
Andrew’s home is in a quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed walking as a family to the bay to watch the sun set. The grill is clean and the backyard is private. The Foosball table was an added plus which our entire family enjoyed. There was a problem with the air conditioning when we arrived, which Andrew addressed immediately and kept in touch with us until it was fixed. Thank you for hosting us for a great vacation.

perfect family vacation
Perfect week in a a great location. House was clean and spacious, and the location was ideal for beach and bay trips during the day and restaurants/bars in beach haven at night. Ample room for homemade dinners on stovetop and grill on lowkey nights. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood allowed for total relaxation. Already looking forward to our stay next year.

Great place with plenty of space
Great 3br 2ba rental in Holgate. Very close to the beach, well kept and great amenities including classic books, puzzles and games - we especially enjoyed the fooseball table.
Beds were comfortable, TV was large. Water pressure was fantastic. Air conditioning kept us cool.
We had a great time and really appreciate the time we spent together on vacation.

Excellent stay: spacious unit, convenient beach access, well-equipped kitchen and very responsive property owner. We especially enjoyed the porch at nigjht and the convenienve of having a washer and dryer in the unit.

Holgate property
We had a great stay. The rental was clean, spacious, and inviting. The house is in a quiet Holgate neighborhood which we have come to prefer over other areas of LBI. Yet it is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Best of all is the short walk to the beach. The owner responded to questions in a very timely manner. We are very happy with this property and would definitely recommend!

Lovely stay
This property was a good size for our family of four, and I especially liked how the kids’ bedrooms are on the other end of the apartment from the master bedroom. The location is great. We’ve stayed in Holgate for a few years and enjoy that it’s quiet, with a beautiful beach and easy proximity to Beach Haven’s attractions. We also liked that this apartment is a short walk to a little playground on a bayside beach. We watched the sunset from the swings at that playground. The apartment was clean and as advertised. The outdoor shower came in handy on beach days, and the owner was easy to communicate with. My kids also really loved the foozball table and collection of kids’ books and games. Thanks for a nice stay!
