We had a wonderful time in this lovely, comfortable apartment, just steps away from the beach and ocean. Tom was a hospitable host, giving us many suggestions for dining, shopping and a variety of activities. We look forward to renting from him again!

We had a great time, very clean and comfortable home. Enjoyed the view and sound of the ocean from the living room and bedroom. We watched sunrises, moon rises, and have seen dolphins almost every day right from the deck. Beautiful! Quick, easy private access to the beach. Shops are a short bike ride away! Incredible location and view. Short distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities of all kinds.

I usually rent on the northern part of the island. The southern part is quieter perfect for me but a bit far from night life.

We had a wonderful week here. Right on the beach with with lots of windows and a large balcony. Views of the sunrise were amazing. The only think that held it back from and overall 5 star was the indoor furniture. Beds were good, but living room and dining room furniture not very comfortable for the more "mature," Still, it was a great week by the ocean. What more can you want?

We rented the property in late January 2021.While we stayed we went Birding on the island snd mainland. While staying we saw a snowy owl and a seal resting on the beach. Some other notable birds this time of the year were perigrin falcon, Bufle Heads, and so on. With bonaculars we could see red throated loons, scoters, gulls and including seals. As far as other things we enjoyed the local restraints and sunrises over the ocean. The property itself was perfect for what we wanted for the week.

The home was as lovely as pictured. Beautiful views, quiet location and a galley kitchen that met all of our needs. We went in October so we had the beach practically to ourselves. Long walks on the beach, reading on the deck = perfect time away for us. Owner was responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was the perfect place for us. The property was spotless, which during COVID is extremely important. Tom and Allison responded immediately to any questions. We look forward to returning next year.

The views from the living space, deck and master bedroom are awesome. Very comfortable beds in all the bedrooms. Although the location is farther south than we usually stay, it was very close to many popular restaurants in Beach Haven. Great to have the half bath in the master bedroom in addition to the full hall bath. Although it could have been cleaner- particularly the kitchen and ceiling fans - overall it was our favorite on LBI so far and would definitely stay again.

A very nice upstairs duplex on the oceanfront. Well equipped kitchen, excellent outside shower, comfortable living area and beds. If you have an issue with climbing steps be warned that you will need to climb 27 stairs to get into the only entrance to the house. Plenty of parking spaces and a separate laundry area. No place to lock and store bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, surf boards etc other than in the small the laundry room.

This experience with staying here was excellent. I diagnosed with double pneumonia prior to my vacation but determined I was still going. The doctor told me to rest and with this view of the ocean that is exactly what I did. The view of the ocean from the balcony is so beautiful that pictures don't do it justice especially the sunrise. It is right up the street from the end of the island so you can watch the sunset on the bay. It is also close to a lot of the stores for shopping, grocery store and restaurants. The owners of this property are wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this to everyone not just on season but also off season. I love the beach in the fall.

This is truly oceanfront with direct access to the beach. Had a fabulous stay here, highly recommend!!!!

The house is clean,up to date, well stocked,has plenty of room for 6-8 people .This was our second trip to LBI and we will be back as my grandchildren want to make it a tradition.We would love to re-rent this house.Debbie Martin

We really enjoyed staying at this functional and attractive home right on the beach with such easy access! The accommodations were clean and the view was gorgeous. There is plenty to do, but it is also a quiet area of LBI. The outdoor shower and washer/dryer were very helpful. Our family had a wonderful time and we would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Location was perfect! I grew up with a summer house on LBI in BH Gardens on the ocean, and this house did not disappoint. I was able to sleep with the sliders open every night and go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean waves crashing on the beach just as I wanted and needed. There is private beach access. Beds range in size from queen to twin and were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. The outside shower was even better than the one inside. The washer and dryer were very convenient and separately available for each unit. The deck was an oasis for morning relaxation and tea, as well as evening cocktails. I have two minor issues: 1) there is no clothesline to hang wet suits on and 2) the living room furniture could have been a little more comfy for lounging. However, neither of these issues will stop us from staying here again. I highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet relaxing stay on LBI!!!
