Nestled in Sunriver, this attractive house for $592 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 3 Spyglass is a beautifully remodeled 2300 sq. ft. home is located on the 16th hole of the Meadows Golf Course, minutes from SHARC Aquatic Center & the Village Mall. 8 "unlimited" SHARC passes are included in the rental. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living and family rooms you will have plenty of room for everyone. There are TV's in the living and family rooms and also in 3 bedrooms. Open kitchen and dining room with the living area around the corner, sit back in comfort by the large gas fireplace and enjoy the stunning golf course and mountain views. If you want to get away for alone time with a good book or to watch TV the family room is the place to be, curl up on the Queen size sofa sleeper and relax away! There is a Queen bedroom as well with a shared full bath upstairs. King master, Queen bedroom and Bunk room with a set of Twin bunks these 2 bedrooms share the hall bathroom. Newly furnished and waiting for you and your guests this home has all the amenities to make this a wonderful home away from home! The large deck has a new BBQ, patio furniture and a BRAND NEW hot tub! In the garage, you'll find bikes have been provided for your outdoor experience (please bring your own helmets). Two- adult 5 speed Schwinn town cruisers, three- small adult multi speed mountain bikes, one- 20 inch kid bike, and one- 16 inch kid bike. With an airport, marina, 3 golf courses and the ever popular Nature Center Sunriver offers great outdoor recreation year round including fishing/water sports. Ski Mt. Bachelor only 20 minutes away or take a summer excursion up to the Cascade Lakes Hwy. where you will find many lakes and hiking trails, don't forget to pack a picnic! We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled. We arrived late to this property. The house I would consider 2.5 floors. The house was beautiful and completely stocked with anything you could need. My only complaint is the master bed was very hard we had to sleep in one of the spare rooms but the other 2 queen beds were fine.
We will definately be booking this home for our future stays. By far the nicest house we have ever rented.

Did a little weekend staycation here from Bend and it was perfect. House is equipped with everything you need, the carpeted living room area was perfect for the little kids to play in and took advantage of the sharc passes as well.

We love staying here! Great location, close to market and brewery as well as great biking paths. Love the view of golfing on the great deck. Kitchen is always well stocked and house is spotless, even though it is dog friendly.

This home was perfect for us. It has been remodeled and is so nice inside, has a hot tub looking out over the golf course, and is close to the Village shopping and restaurants. The booking was easy and everything was in top condition. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our family of 6. The house felt remodeled and had high end finished throughout. The bonus was having the kid carrier for the bike, it was nice to take two kids on a bike ride! The pictures are really how this house looked and felt, very comfortable. We would stay again. Only feedback would be to have better TP :). No big deal but it would be nice!

The house was beautiful and roomy! The location was amazing--Bend and Mt Bachelor were just short drives away. And when we felt like staying close to home, the Sunriver shops and restaurants were fun! We especially enjoyed Brewed Awakenings. On top of everything else, the customer service we received from Arrived was exceptional--before, during, and after our stay. Thank you for everything!

This home is in an excellent location, close to everything! The layout of the house is perfect for a family with younger children. Upon arrival we noticed there was a beeping smoke detector in a locked room and also the heat was not working. I notified the company at 5pm and they had maintenance out in 1 hour and then an HVAC company by that night. Such responsive team. The heat did have some minor issues the rest of the trip, but with a quick reset it was back to working order. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This house was wonderful for our family getaway! Perfect location, walking distance to the village and close to SHARC. The management was very responsive and quickly got us more de-icer when requested. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were quite comfortable!

Home very convenient to Sunriver Village & resort. Also, only a 25 minute drive to the snow parks & Mt Bachelor. Very comfortable space for a family vacation, definitely would stay at this home again if vacationing in Sunriver!

Gorgeous home with all of the updated amenities. We loved our stay and were very comfortable. It was nice and quiet and we enjoyed watching all of the golfers pass by. So much fun. The only thing I would change is the mattress in the master bedroom. It's really hard. But other than that, excellent Sunriver home!!!!!

We were very pleased with this property in Sunriver. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings in good condition, well stocked with essentials and niceties. The king bed was very firm so if you like your mattress on the soft side this won't be very comfortable for you. However, we would rather have firm than an old worn out hammock to sleep on. The location is great--on the 16th fairway of the Meadows course and was entertaining for that, but also quiet and peaceful. The property manager was readily available and responsive for a couple of minor issues. We would definitely stay in this home again.

My family really enjoyed this house. The location was great. Tucked away in a quiet part of Sunriver with a view of the entire Par 3 16th hole and a second story balcony. Big kitchen, plenty of beds, and great spaces to lounge. Really close to the Sunriver Mall by bike too. Thanks you!

We hadn't stayed at SunRiver before so didn't understand the lay of the land and so were very lucky with 3 Spyglass. It's on a cul de sac on the golf course and sits further out than the neighboring house so is more private if you don't mind golfers (which we don't). It is very close to the Village and SHARC and the trails to the Nature Center, marina and stables.
It has a great deck and upstairs living area with two separate living areas, full bath, nice kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are all downstairs which we hadn't realized. It was a negative for us because my husband had just had a knee replacement so it was a lot of up and down. It's a split level with a guest room on the entry landing. They go upstairs for a bathroom. Three bedrooms downstairs with nice sized master and en-suite, a second bath, bunk room and double bedroom. We felt badly for two different guests using that room because it is tiny with no dresser or anywhere to put clothes but a tiny closet. Probably would be fine for kids. Quite dark in the downstairs. Even during the day if you don't have lights on, you could run into a wall or door in the hallway.
I feel that if you just view the bedrooms as a place to lay your head at night and the communal areas as highest priority,, you will love this house. The upstairs is really comfortable and updated and the deck wraps around the whole front and one side of the house. We were traveling with two dogs and they spent a lot of time on the deck.

We had a ladies getaway at this location. Easy to find, plenty of parking. The kitchen was fantastic! It had everything that you could possibly need and then some. We enjoyed having two separate areas to chat and have coffee with puzzle time; the dining area for games and the other area for snacking and tv time. The BBQ was good to go along with the perfect temperature for the hot tub!
I pulled one star because the outdoor seating area was a bit of a mess and could use some TLC. However, the weather is just coming out of winter, so I am assuming it's usually in better shape. The other thing we thought was the lighting in the main area could be brighter (dining/fireplace room). Other than that, we would stay here again.
