Located in the Northern River Village area of Sunriver, this large, secluded, luxury 5-bedroom, 5.5 bath home sleeps 10 and is an entertainer's and explorer's dream! Great for family gatherings and ski weekends. Large open great room with wet bar; adjacent dining room and open gourmet kitchen with island bar, featuring picture windows and surrounded by a wide wrap-around deck overlooking partial riverfront and mountain views. Huge luxury master suite with fireplace, and two more suites featuring king size beds and adjoining bathrooms. Remaining two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The house also includes a family room, large outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and downstairs deck with outdoor dining area. HD televisions in the great room, family room and master bedroom - three more TVs in the guest bedrooms. Set on a half acre in a quiet cul-de-sac separate from most Sunriver homes, the home backs up to a lush meadow located on a bend of the Deschutes River. Bring your fly rod and hiking boots to explore the area! Also includes 10 passes to Sunriver's 20 million-dollar year-round water park (SHARC) & sledding hill (winter)! The home is two minutes away from the Woodlands Golf Course and 35 - 40 minutes from Mt. Bachelor. There is a foosball table in the family room and table tennis in the 3-car garage. We have rented for years at Sunriver mostly winter to ski and explore local trails. This home was our favorite, great layout for large group, family with teenagers who want space, best hot tub in any house we've stayed, well stocked and highly functional kitchen for meals and shared cooking, the beds were so comfortable, the sitting area upstairs great for family games or a morning cup of coffee. We will definitely be back. This house and location were spectacular.

Ted & Patti were amazing hosts and I’m so thankful we were able to stay at this home. It was the perfect set up for our friends and family with 5 adults and 5 kids. Each of the 3 master bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, the boys and girls rooms were perfect for the kids/teens with a shared bathroom, plus two other bathrooms. The layout was family friendly and so open, plus having 2 fridges, 2 stovetops, 2 dishwashers and 3 ovens was priceless! The view was amazing and so peaceful with deer wandering around. We had the best time. The kids loved using the SHARC passes too. It was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our family. The young adults had the lower level. The kitchen was large and had everything you could need for making meals. We will definitely be coming back.

The home had warmth for a comfortable stay. The view of the river bank is so serene. Plenty of space for a group of 10 to spread out in two different living rooms if needed. But we all stayed upstairs on the couch or played games in the kitchen. Having 2 fridges, a beverage fridge, plus 2 dishwashers and 3 ovens - a large groups dream! Thank you Ted and Patti for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time. The home has a wonderful layout and location. So much to do for the entire family. We loved that it had 2 dishwashers and lots of plates etc. the owner was very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had.

Our annual golf vacation trip. 5 couples, with half golfing daily, and other half hiking/swimming/etc.
This house was a great base. Pictures don't do it justice. Plenty of room for 10 people to spread out as needed. The 5 bedrooms are large, beds are comfortable, 5-1/2 bathrooms are decent sized. Kitchen was phenomenal: 3 ovens, 2 stovetops, 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee pots, 2 fridges (1 in garage). Fully stocked dinnerware, glassware, and utensils. The wetbar and wine fridge were appreciated and used! We sat on the covered deck and front porch regularly for coffee, happy hours, and relaxing. Used the full laundry room, which had beach towels to use at the SHARC as well as the actual SHARC passes. With the kitchen and family room being so large, we didn't use the lower den at all - except to play foosball! Ping pong in the garage was also a hit! Having recycling onsite was also appreciated. The meadow/river views were lovely with deer seen daily. Lots of mosquitos, which is standard for any place with a combo of tall grass and water. We had OFF, so we were prepared. We were able to walk out the door and be on one of the many paved walking trails. Super close to hiking.
Overall, this was a great house with great communication from the owners. We will definitely keep this on the list for future vacations.

Wonderful house. Very comfortable and spacious. We had plenty of room for 10 adults. There are 5 full baths so every each couple had a bedroom and full bathroom. Great view of Deschutes River. We enjoyed all the room, the hot tub, the cruiser bikes, and the outstanding location. Could start hikes and mountain bike rides right from the neighborhood without even having to drive somewhere. Would definitely come back to Sunriver and if we had a large group of 8-10 people, would definitely rent this house again. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

Nine adults and three generations gathered for a wedding at the Sunriver resort. We came for the week and perfect weather to go with the perfect location. We biked, hiked, walked, pickleballed and ping-ponged, every day.
The expansive house allowed all to have space to relax and enjoy the many interesting appointments of the house itself, and the location/view of river and wildlife.
If we return to Sunriver, 100% will look for this property again.

This property was all it was advertised to be; beautiful location, with great views and many amenities. The upstairs kitchen and family room were great places to hang out and enjoy the open layout and large picture window views. The kitchen was well appointed for family cooking. Each bedroom with it’s own bathroom was a plus! The owners are also very responsive to any inquiries/needs. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Our stay was GREAT! From the communication from Ted, the accurate listing and the unbelievable home. The home is extremely spacious and easily accommodates a larger group. It was clean well cared for and just a bike ride into the resort or short drive to Bend or Mt Bachelor. If you are looking at a home in this area, reserve quickly - you will not be disappointed!

This house did not disappoint! It was nice and spacious with plenty of rooms and bathrooms that were nice and clean. The kitchen with two stove tops, three ovens and two dishwashers was more than adequate to meet all our needs, including all the dishware & utensils anyone would want or need. The beds were all very comfortable.

From the bikes to the hot tub to the well appointed gourmet kitchen and the very comfortable beds! You wont be disappointed! And so much space, it’s huge! We were lucky enough to get snow and literally felt like we were in a snow globe. Loved everything, including the responsive owners and the bottle of wine!

The home owner Ted was quick to respond to communication. We had a fabulous stay. Our only regret was that we didn't book a longer one!

The home is great overall. It has an amazing location with picaboo views of the river. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and made sure we didn't have any unanswered questions. The hot tub was great. Rooms are well furnished and the bathroom in the master is quite nice. The home is a bit dated, so adjust your expectations. The kitchen was unorganized and many of the door hinges are falling off. We were also charged an additional fee even after completing all the cleaning items on the list. .
