If you have littles who aren’t super good with steps or elderly who aren’t this isn’t the best house. There were four different “levels” on the main level of the house. Also, the master bedroom downstairs is immediately connected to the room with two twin beds, it’s not very clear in the listing but you go through a “room” with two twin beds, pass through a curtain (not even a door) to get to the queen bed. A bit weird.

The perfect spot to bring the family and enjoy all that sun river has to offer. The garage has bikes and games which was very cool. King suites give plenty of room to spread out. The family room was perfect for relaxing and playing games. Centrally located and close to the river where there is a network of hiking and biking trails. Dog friendly too. We will be back for sure.

This house was perfect! We had such an amazing time! Our kids kept saying that this is one of their favorite rentals! We all had so much fun in the garage, we utilized the bikes, the board games, movies, hot tub, and the SHARC passes. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

This property was absolutely perfect for three couples. Everyone had a king bed and a private bathroom. The house was one of the best stocked rentals we have ever stayed at. We plan on coming back next year, can't wait!!

This house was comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, we were surprised that the Master that you accessed through the twin bed room (which is mentioned in the description) did not have a door between the 2 rooms just a curtain. Which was not mentioned in the description. The floors were kind of squeaky. Other than that a very comfortable cozy house,

This home was a little disappointing for the amount of money we paid. The toilets were not clean,lots of cob webs and carpets were very dirty. The home has air conditioning but unfortunately it was extremely cold downstairs and very warm upstairs. On a good note the games and the bikes were great,everyone loved the pinball machine. Hot tub was great and the kitchen was well stocked. Sharc was closed the whole time we were there so we didn’t get to swim which was a real let down. The rental company was easy to book with and very nice.

The house was great although a little older and tired. It had a wonderful set up as far as bedrooms to bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked and equipped with everything you would need, except maybe plastic wrap. ha ha! The deck and hot tub were great! The house has a lot of step downs into each room, which usually isn't a problem, but we did have my 88 year old mom, so she needed to be very careful. The one issue was the downstairs stayed cool, almost cold and the upstairs two bedrooms were hot. Could not get it regulated. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would recommend if you could get the temperature regulated throughout the home.

We had so much fun staying here… it was perfect for our combined families, with so many small extras that really made the difference. Our children especially loved riding bikes up and down the bike path while we watched from the back porch!

My family of 4 stayed at this home the last week of April and loved it. It was set up with every convenience and had extras like the gaming garage, which was a huge hit! The hot tub, nice large bedrooms, and location were all perfect as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals and we were so happy to be able to have our small dog join. The house was lovely. Our only complaint was that Sharc was closed for switching seasons maintenance the entire week, so we couldn't swim at all. They didn't inform us until the week prior to our stay. They were also maintaining the trees/brush daily with chainsaws/lots of trucks and workers outside our door everyday. If we go back, it will be solidly in-season!

Very nice house, especially the beds and the linen were amazing. Linen so soft and the mattress were perfect. The only small but the neglectable disappointment was that the owner charges something to use the pinball. But maybe understandable considering that it can break with overuse. So I mentioned it more for expectation to bring some coins.

If you’re looking to stay in Steamboat, can’t say enough about the Sheraton for the purposes of skiing . The convenience factor is off the charts good, check in a breeze, parking super convenient in and out.

This home was roomy and in a good location. There were many problems with the cleaning, however. The children's beds were dirty. The sheets and blankets appeared to have dried "whatever" on them that was disgusting. We immediately started cleaning everything. I called to complain and was offered to have cleaners come but we were already washing things and so got half of our cleaning deposit back. There were also food wrappers, cups, etc. tucked along the sides of the beds and the wall. Socks were found in one bed as well so evidently not changed from the last residents.
When we raised the window shades there were dead bugs on all the window sills. Two bathroom sinks had stoppers that did not work. Also light bulbs that were burned out in several places.
The carpeting in the living room was very dirty and stained. That made us uncomfortable about sitting on the floor and walking barefoot.
We appreciated that there were many items in the kitchen and supplies in cupboards. However there were items such as trays under the stove that were greasy and smelled and had to be washed before we could use them.
Sadly it was disappointing and we will not choose to stay in this home again.

LOVED having a bathroom with each bedroom. Lucky enough to have beautiful weather and could be both inside and outside anytime. The only thing we had to be careful of were the one or two steps up and/or down that we weren't expecting. We were very careful! Thank tyou for sharing yopur home.

After washing and drying the linens there, I found myself folding king sized sheets. Much more work! I guess I could complain about seeing the same old stars from the hot tub. Don't know why someone doesn't add some Vegas neon to the Big Dipper or something. No telephone poles to nail a lost dog poster to, so I would have no way of knowing if a dog went missing. I was thinking of taking up smoking, but that's not allowed anywhere, so I'll have to wait until my next vacation to pick up that habit. I guess the biggest disappointment was that I had to buy my own groceries and talk my brother into cooking for me. And the QUIET! OMG! It was unnerving. No lawnmowers, leaf blowers, barking dogs, pressure washers, band saws, or nail guns. It was like everyone had stopped watching news and turned off their cell phones; and then they found a good book to read. Twilight Zone eerie. It wasn't normal!
