Wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa de Los Pinos condominium. Clean and comfortable. Beds for 6 and can sleep 8 with the sleeper sofa. Fully stocked kitchen with all basic cookware and utensils. The unit has been updated with SMART TVs in every room. Woodburning fireplace with wood provided. Great for ski trips and summer or fall vacations. Fabulous open space with tennis court, horseshoe pit, pool, and jacuzzi. Coin laundry on-site. About this space: Whether it's the whole family or a group of friends, everyone will find moments to cherish during a stay at this amazing unit. Featuring an upstairs deck and a downstairs deck, with BBQ, enjoy the scenery outside. Close to everything including The Village, Old Town Mammoth, the bowling alley, walking and biking trails, Twin Lakes, Devils Postpile, Rainbow Falls and more!! The free trolley runs every 30 minutes and is located across the street from the unit. In winter, a night trolley is available as well. The new LA Kings Ice Rink is a 5 minute walk from our property. In this unit: -Woodburning fireplace -Sleeper sectional sofa -4K 55" SMART TV -Board games -Hi-Speed internet, Strong Wi-Fi connection -Large dining table -Dishes, pots, pans, blender, waffle maker -Dish soap -Kuerig coffee machine (k-cups provided) -Dishwasher -SMART TVs in both bedrooms and living room -Large amount of extra bedding in the bedroom closets -Ski rack -Bath and hand soap -Shampoo and conditioner Bedding Arrangements: Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Full/Twin bunks with Twin Trundle ( sleeps 4) Living Room - Queen Sleeper Sofa 3 stairs to unit One full set inside Sqf:1140 NOTICE: For Holiday Reservations check-in is 5 PM. We will call you if your property is ready before 5 PM. first the condo - has everything you need don’t bring anything for kitchen - cozy, clean, safe, more than enough space to accommodate 6 of you - warm wall heaters in every space - don’t miss the huge sofa bed - internet could be more secure but worked well - the wood burning stove takes small logs - bring a hatchet :) neighborhood - good for long pretty walks - bus stop to and from slopes right outside front door - minaret village with groceries, sushi, pizza and coffee shop walking distance - very convenient we will certainly look forward to return to unit 11 in the future

We spent 5 nights and enjoyed the place the whole time. Print kindling and paper (or a hatchet) to start fires because it’s hard to get the logs provided started without. Once going, the wood stove heats the place up great.

Unit is conveniently located off of Chateau Rd, only con to that was the trash bins are in the rear of the facility. :-(. Appreciate that it is a townhome so you have no worries of making too much noise for guests below or above you. I didn’t realize the bathroom connected to the “master” was a shared bathroom was the only misunderstanding probably on my part. Nice unit, quiet complex. Only concern was a obvious dip in the floor when entering the kitchen (by trash receptacle).

No TV service not working upstairs and downstairs Closet door was jammed downstairs and had a lot of stuff in it we could not use Place smelled old very old We usually have loudry service this one did not Downstairs bathroom jack and Jill door one of them did not lock lock was not working Kitchen sink had a tub under the cabinet for the leaking water kept overflowing We had NEVER experienced such embarrassment with our friends visiting for dinner. We have visited Mammoth Villa De Los Pinos for the last 20 years on Chateau road many times none of the times we were so disappointed . All the other times we had given 5 stars. Although The property management was very supportive and can next day fixed closet door but could not do anything with tv’s we spent 3 days with no news or basic tv for the kids and programs. Cozy nights were not that cozy. Thinking twice if next winter will be worth the visit or if the service is diminishing through the years . We apologize for the negative feedback but this is the 1st time we came to this type of experience in Mammoth. Thank you for your time.
