Located in Mammoth Lakes, this lovely condo for $125 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Courchevel #56 is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo unit with a one car garage and is located only 280 yards from the ski lifts at Canyon Lodge. Parking for a second vehicle is available outside with a permit. The unit sleeps up to six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 55" flat screen TV, DVD, stereo tuner, microwave, and phone. Children Welcome Contactless Check-in and Check-out There are no cleaning fees when all check-out procedures are followed. Kitchen left clean, trash collected and unit left in a clean and orderly condition. There is an additional 100.00 plus tax sanitization and linen fee. We continue to follow all guidelines for cleaning. All linens including the blankets, comfortors and pillow shams are changed between guests. We use a UV germicidal light system in the unit after check out. Also utilizing an eletrostatic sanitization fogger with CDC approved Covid-19 disinfectant. All cleaning agents are CDC Covid-19 approved The Courchevel complex has an outdoor pool and BBQ area in the summer and two indoor hot tubs with coed sauna open year round. The communal coin operated laundry room is in the spa building. These ammenities may be closed depending upon Mono County's Covid-19 standings. During these times of Covid-19 Traveling to and from Courchevel and the area we cannot be held liable if you contract the virus on your vacation. Cancelltions must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee. We will not refund for extreme weather, road clousures and smoke from wildfires. Travel insurance is highly recommended! If there is another Health emergency and Mono County closes us to nightly rentals less than 21 days prior to your arrival we will not refund due to a shut down. We suggest you purchase travel insurance that covers such a shut down. We will allow you to reschedule when the restrictions are lifted. Very basic and clean condo in a great location. Kitchen has good dishes and cooking things , but no spices or oil or salt. Wood burning fireplace was very pleasant . Having a garage was really nice

Crazy close to Canyon Lodge! Hot tubs were good, bed and pillows on the firm side. Some fixtures & decor are dated, but everything was clean and worked. Would definitely stay there again.

Location, location location! Perfect rental for being able to walk to the lifts in the morning, and modestly priced as well. Also, the description matched perfectly to what was inside. We were there during a time of heavy snows, and the property manager was very helpful in allowing us to keep our car in the garage after checkout time until the driveway could be plowed.

Great place! Place was decent, not exactly new but was as expected. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. Walking distance to canyon lodge and Austria Hof. Only one annoying thing was that the heater in the living room stopped working just the last night. So it was slightly cold for us folks sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Other than that, everything was great!

This condo was the perfect location, about as close as you can get to canyon lodge. Appliances and decor were pretty outdated, but it was clean and had everything we needed.

I stayed at this place last year and decided to give my two cents worth as it came up in my search for a place this year. Buyer beware, this place is very outdated and the furnishings are very worn out and filthy. My child walked around the place barefooted and within minutes feet were black as if walked outside on black top. I ended up staying only 10 hours before I contacted management and requested a refund. The good thing is that the management was understanding and refunded me in full. Unless you don't care about basic (and I mean basic) cleanliness and don't mind sitting on furniture that is filthy, Id say move on and don't rent this condo. You may have to go find another place as I did for a weeks stay, and that's not what you want to spend your vacation doing.

My family and I found the location of this condo to be very convenient. Also, with one garage space, it was easy to park and get in and out for the day. Our biggest issue with the condo was that it was very warm; we could not figure out how to regulate the heat. Every know we could turn down, we did. However, we were still left opening the porch slider to make the living area tolerable. The condo did have all the kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. one might need. I suspect we will look for a slightly more comfortable place to stay next time.

We loved the place and would stay here again. The location was amazing - easy walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Having a garage to park the truck inside made a big difference when packing and unpacking in the snow. The unit has LOTS of space - kitchen, eating area, and living room downstairs would fit 8 people comfortably. Nice to have bedrooms upstairs. Lots of heaters in all of the rooms. If this matters to you, the unit is outdated with '50s coffee maker, microwave, etc., but it all worked. NO INTERNET. There is an old TV with a DVD player - don't know if it works, but the TV makes a high pitched sound that rendered it unusable to us. Bring your own hair dryer (and a humidifier if you have/need one.) Overall, we loved the place and it was a great value. We would definitely stay here again.
