Great condo that had just about everything you need. However, there were some minor issues that didn’t impact the stay too much, but were very noticeable issues.
Upon arrival in the evening, it was pitch black in the area where all the front doors are - no lights at all to help you navigate at night (literally missing from the walls, perhaps renovating?). When sunset is at 4:30pm, not having a safe way to navigate icy walkways in the dark is an issue.
The place was clean on the surface, but some things were definitely not touched since the last guest. There was a wad of long hair on the wall of the master shower, the microwave was covered in crumbs and things, and some trash left under the beds that had collected dust from not being noticed for a while. The shower issue was really gross and they only offered to “inform the local team” about it, so hopefully they get to it before your visit!
Another thing is you have to get out of the car to enter the garage code to park, so if you intend to leave and re-enter frequently this would be a pain. This didn’t bother us as we left only once a day for activities.
Lastly, the dryer doesn’t work very well. It can only handle very small loads, so don’t expect to be able to do a ton of laundry.
Other than that, the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, knives, etc. minus a hot water kettle of some kind for tea (had to use the microwave), and the views were lovely each morning. Perfect for a week away.

Comfortable place to stay

Clean, nicely decorated, giving place a modern rustic feeling. Small balcony with a great view. Has both a Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker. Perfect for our party of four. With two full baths, made getting ready a breeze. Conveniently located with underground parking, elevator and luggage cart. Only one very minor downside was low lighting in the room with twin beds.

We loved the views of the mountains ! The living area and deck offer spectacular views. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our trip was in October. No one was skiing so there were not many people around and it was very quiet. Easy check in. WiFi worked great. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

The condo was everything that we needed after a backpacking trip. Upscale decor, high end development, and amazing view. A perfect place to relax and located close to town. Would stay there again for our next trip.

We had booked 4 nights for skiing. We have stayed in other units in the complex before but not through Vacasa. I want to preface this by saying this was huge year for snow.
The day we planned to go up the weather said a few inches of snow. Nothing from Vacasa on any potential delays on their end. One hour before our arrival, we got an email and txt saying we can't rent your place to you. The txt said the road had been closed and nobody could get into Mammoth. This is where thing went bad. Vacasa is a national company that does not necessary have local people near your rental. The road had closed down for about 1 hour earlier in the day. We had been monitoring it all day. The road was then opened back up (typical for mammoth) and there was no update from Vacasa. We also were told they were only letting residence in, checking ID. This was also incorrect as there was no checkpoint or restrictions in or out of Mammoth. We called Vacasa phone number given to us and got someone in San Francisco. They told us the place was still showing as rented to us and we could still get in. Total confusion from Vacasa. We continued to the place and were able to get in.
When we entered, the place had not been cleaned. It was clear the cleaning crew did not make it due to the snow piled on the door (understandable). What we didn't like is there was no communication that the cleaning did not happen - Vacasa said the place was ready to go.
For the place:
- the master bed needs to be replaced. Huge dip in the middle, no more support and has clearly run its course.
- The couch cushions are totally worn out and not comfortable to sit on.
- Carpet has for sure seen better days, but somewhat expected.
- TV is old.
- Most of the pots and pans are old and worn.
The two stars I did give it was due to its location. It has a great view and great for ski in and ski out.
The other plus is the nightly price. It is cheaper than other units but I am guessing this why the place needs updates. If you really don't care about the bed or sitting comfort while you are there, the price is right.
I would not stay here again and will not be renting from Vacasa any time soon. Total ball drop on their part.
Choose one of the other units in the complex.

Location was amazing- ski in ski out made it so easy! No need to get in the car and drive and look for parking!
House was comfortable and clean

Great spot for location (ski in, ski out), wonderful condo layout with views of the mountain, indoor parking and outdoor hot tub right out the rear deck. My only reason for not given this place a five star review was the noxious cleaning solution the cleaning staff used to prep the place for our stay.

Ski-in/out saved so much time. We made breakfast in the well equipped condo and enjoyed stunning sunrise views prior to Eagle chair open at 8:30, and returned to sunset views. Hot tub was great, easy rolling access to car via elevator to garage level. Used the hotel style luggage carts to move all our gear in one trip.

Lovely place, great for our vacation. Lots of room and great shower pressure. My only minor issue was the TV in the living room would not work because the DVR was full. Otherwise 10 out of 10.

Unit is right above, and less than 15 feet from, the communal spa. Quiet hours start at 10 pm and are not enforced. You can hear everything that is said like you are right next to the person who is talking. If you have young kids and there are people cussing and talking in a normal voice, you’ll hear it.
Underground parking is close and there are luggage carts to help get all your stuff upstairs. This is a two-bedroom downstairs unit, so you can’t really leave the bedroom windows open (they are easily accessible as a ground floor unit) to cool off the unit during the hot summers. Luckily, there were box fans provided in the closet.
Some cobwebs on the ceiling, place needs a deep cleaning. Some of the screens have large gaps, so bugs were getting in.
Beautiful views and comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen.

Overall, this is an amazing place that truly is ski in/ski out. Comfortable (for the most part) and cozy, beautiful views and a perfect location. Rental process was smooth with great communication. However, as a VRBO host myself, I felt it's a lazy presentation. The master bed is not very comfortable, sags in the middle. The kitchen supplies are lacking - how about an electric tea kettle for hot water? How about some Keurig pods for the useless Keurig machine if you don't bring your own? How about some new pots and pans that aren't coated in white crust? Sink sprayer is broken. Water dispenser in Fridge doesn't work. Maybe add soap in the shower so once you're in and realize it's not there, you don't have to get out and look for it. Needs better bowls and glasses options. Better coffee mugs. Even some cleaning spray for the counter would be helpful. Overall, it's a nice place to stay. To be a 5 start vacation rental, the owners need to go the extra distance. In this case, it's just the bare minimum. But I wold rent again.

Broken appliances and lamps, but great location
Location, location, location. True ski-in, ski-out. However, the stove had broken elements, many of the lamps didn't work or had lampshades with holes in them. Not what I would expect for the amount we paid.

Charming little condo. Not much room in living area but great for 3 adults and a child. Great Mountain View. Loved all the hooks so my stuff doesn’t have to take up table surfaces or be on the floor! Quick response time when communicating. Negatives were minor: old scratched up coffee table did not match other very nice decor/ carafe did not fit coffee maker so we had to buy a coffee maker but I did not report it so can’t complain/ parking garage super dark/ Overall very clean and comfortable and a lovely eastern view.

What we loved:
Views and cleanliness! Ease of use and closure requests!!!
Request: Transponder for garage access would be convenient and appreciated.
Sharp knives (safety concern), a small frying pan would be useful and measuring cups for families who love to cook👍

Beautiful house with sunrise views and mountains
We stayed at this cute and comforting house for the long weekend. We didn't have to go anywhere to watch the sunrise but did it every morning from the balcony. The views are spectacular from the living room. You can watch sunrise and moonrise both from the couch. The kitchen is full of all the things you need and likewise, the bathrooms had all the necessary supplies. The second bedroom with two twin beds can be joined easily to make a queen bed. The only thing to improve there is to put more lights in that room, though it has two small night lamps. This property is close to all the sightseeing places and parking is safe as it has a passcode to enter inside. We will visit again sometime.

Great ski-in ski-out experience. Would be helpful to have a couple of extra rolls of paper towels in the kitchen.

Ski in ski out location is very nice. The bell hop luggage trolley is great to move your stuff in and out. Everything was clean and adequate, but not luxurious, still - certainly reasonably priced for ski in ski out. We've gotten so used to watching Amazon ad Netflix, wish we would've brought our own Roku - would be a very inexpensive upgrade for the owner to plug one in to the TV to provide additional programming for my kid specifically, but the whole family in general..

Cozy Condo
Can’t be much easier than pulling into a heated secure parking structure, hotel luggage carts, up the elevator and your home. ER 107 has a glorious east facing view from sunrise to pink moment sunsets. The unit is well kept with ample kitchen supplies. Really hard to beat ski-in ski-out, especially during lingering pandemic closures. Nice to ski back for healthy lunch.

Nice place to stay
The place is cute, easy to get there thanks to the instructions sent by the team of Eagle Run. We really liked the privacy there . I guess we were the only guest in that complex a few days ago in October , 13 , 2020. in this pandemic time. The rooms are clean . The the view is gorgeous . The only minus was the elevator that did not work and we had to carry all our luggage upstairs. Unfortunately we had to leave one day early cause of the fire smog that made impossible to breath normally . Instead two days of staying there we had to stay one day. But it’s not the Eagle Run team fault . Forgot our portable speaker in the room, but the service with returning forgotten items is pretty expensive there . Not a big deal but anyway ..Loved the place. And recommend it too.

Mini Vacation
Disappointed upon arrival to Eagle Run Condo. Looked as if Condo was not cleaned. So much for the Covid/Disinfecting cleaning. My husband had to vacuum while I wiped down all surfaces.
Condo is very stuffy, no ceiling fans or portable fans for air circulation and some of the window cranks were striped which made it very difficult to open and close the windows.
Location is good
However I would not stay here again
