The owners were very responsive and helpful. The place was well configured with ample room in the living areas and bedrooms. Covered parking was a plus! Will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here more than a few times. the location is easy to get to, great parking. Eagle Lodge is just around the corner for those hitting the slopes. the market and all the restaurants are just down the street. The building is quiet. Easy communication with the owners. Was another Amazing visit.

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice unit, walking distance to Eagle which we appreciated. Excellent communication with owner, quick to respond with small issue, resolved quickly. Love that. The unit was clean and super cute. Would love to to stay here again.

While my family really enjoyed our time in Mammoth however we encountered a few issues with our accommodations.
My husband was initially very upset due to the ash bucket being left on the deck from either the cleaning crew or previous guests. The bucket was filled with water and ashes which made it very difficult to use to clean out the fire place without making a big mess since it had not been cleaned out before our stay. The fire wood was wet and there was no kindling making it very difficult to start fires and impossible a couple of times even though we brought fire starters.
It was also very noisy for our first 3 days due to the people staying above us. Once they left the noise level was not an issue.
The condo was cozy however somewhat dated. I was glad I brought some of my own knives, bowls and pans for cooking because I found the kitchen supplies limited. There were no lights by the jacuzzi which made it unsafe for using at night even though the sign says open until 10:00 pm.
The coffee pot should be updated or cleaned because it makes terrible coffee. The stove top was dirty as well as the shower track in the master bathroom.
Thank you for allowing me to share my experience. My comments are not meant to sound ungrateful for you allowing us to stay at your condo but to point out where you might want to evaluate your condo and how it’s being cleaned, stocked for users and compared to other VRBO accommodations.

We spend a week up in Mammoth at the condo at eagle lodge and it was fantastic. The condo is big enough for a family with kids, has games, tvs, the property has several jacuzzies and is only a short walk right to egle lodge. Parking was easy and the garage is just a few step down from the condo. Overall a great stay.

comfortable yet a little dated, old heaters, no smart TV, and no firewood provided. The shuttle wasn't running to the mountain so we had to drive which was a bummer because I specifically chose a rental according to the proximity of ski lifts and shuttle transportation. The parking situation was great in the condo area and the hosts/owners were also very nice. I liked the easy access from the parking garage being the very first condo on the second floor. All in all it was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay

Rob's condo was perfect for our family ski trip. The location is right next to Eagle Lodge. The condo is well maintained and very nicely furnished. Rob was particularly helpful and easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Overall reasonable older condo. Parking very close to condo, which is nice for unloading. Area quiet and attractive. The sheetrock damage in the living room mentioned in another review is still there. The floors of the kitchen/bathrooms were unfortunately done with non-water resistant flooring which is beginning to seriously buckle. The lighting in the sink area of the master bedroom is inadequate for applying makeup, etc. Some improvements would be nice, but overall we would stay there again.

This condo is a nice older property. If you looking for a new feel its not for you. Generally well kept. Our biggest problem was the primary bedroom was billed as a queen size bed. It was not. It was a large full size about 57 inches wide. True queens are atleast 60 inches wide. If you are larger people that 3 inches makes all the difference. The tolilets seats are old and ugly but clean. There is a hole and sheetrock damage in the living room the owner says he is about to repair. Other than those issues it was a pleasant stay.

Wow, Mammoth really is a magical place with unlimited areas to explore. There are no opportunities for boredom. The condo is in a excellent location close to all needs and main roads. We enjoyed the layout of the condo and the swimming pools/hot tubs . Bonus there are also saunas in the pool areas. We had a great time and enjoyed this sweet space.

The property was very cute. The online photos are accurate to the actual location. The kitchen was very well stocked!
The location is perfect for summertime riding bikes around town. Especially good location for Bluesapalooza! I would even consider it a great location. For winter simce, it is SO close to Eagle lodge.
I would stay there again.

We liked the unit. Nice kitchen, fixtures, and decor. The beds were comfortable. Could have used a bit more room to sit on the porch. Although no A/C, we were comfortable at night with the windows open.
Our biggest disappointment was learning after we arrived that the road to Yosemite hadn’t reopened because of snow damage during the winter. 2-3 of our 7 days were planned to be spent at the park, so it was a blow receiving that news. The locals said the detour around could take up to 8 hours. Not a day trip. The road to the other park and waterfall were also closed indefinitely. There were very few day trip options and not much for us to do after we explored the lakes and town. We ended up having to book an additional hotel room for two nights to be able to go to Yosemite. It was not the experience we had hoped for. We would have appreciated a heads-up for an important detail like that.

This place is a good one. The last winter was harsh and made some of the amenities not available but it was quiet and adequate and big enough for us for sure. And a great location.

Condo was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed to cook at home. Close proximity to slopes and shops. Beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was perfect for our sore muscles after skiing. Can’t believe the amount of snow still on the mountain in June! So glad we made the trip!

My daughter and I had a great time in this condo! It had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. The property (Summit) is showing its age a little bit, but overall was a great value. Rob and Val are very easy to work with and the communication was excellent.

Due to the historic winter storm, the two main attractions we wanted to see (Devil’s Postpile and the Lakes Basin) were not accessible. Instead, we spent time at Convict Lake, Mono Lake, and the June Lakes area. They were all terrific, and I highly recommend all of them.
The condo worked out well for us. It is an older unit with some upgrades, but it was very obvious that the owners have taken great care of it, and it was very, very clean!!
The location is central to everything you would need in the Mammoth Lakes area and all the other areas we explored. The neighborhood is quiet as is the entire condo complex. We loved the cabin/ski themed decor in the condo.
The lighting was somewhat poor, so I would definitely recommend at least a few more lamps. A few extra towels would also be helpful as I would prefer not to use the same towels for four days 😬.
Otherwise, Rob’s place was great and I would highly recommend it! We will definitely stay here again.

This condo is an excellent value. Walking distance to chair 15. So convenient. The manager is very responsive and his local staff is great. Very clean and comfortable. Also the wi-fi is awesome fast. We will stay here again.

My son and I had a fantastic stay. Wouldnt change a thing. Condo was spacious and super cozy and comfortable. Having firewood available was a total plus. Along with walking distance to eagle chair. Thanks so much for opening your home to us. We would definitely like to stay again.

The condo location is within walking distance of Eagle express lift. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen well stocked for making meals, and wonderful fire place. Condo entrance is first door out of parking garage making it easy to get in and out with skis.

We really enjoyed this condo!!! Great location just steps from Eagle lift and bus stop to village! Great communication with the owner and we LOVED the covered parking especially since we had multiple feet of snow while visiting. Truly no hassle vacation because of this spot! We loved the fire place and super comfy bed and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!!
