Situated in Sea Colony, this charming condo for $400 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This beautiful unit is ocean front, beach front, upgraded, renovated and ready for fun and relaxation. New Bathrooms 2023! Incredible views up and down the beach, sunrises that shake your senses, amazing sunset view from front balcony, very easy beach access and pool relaxation. LINENS, TOWELS, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella all provided and included! No renting linen or excess packing or lugging. Upgraded kitchen, new appliances, new paint and tile floor. NEW renovated fitness center downstairs. Renovated indoor pool, hot tub and sauna just downstairs--only ones in Sea Colony east! Check calendar for availability. Let all the worries slip away as you watch the sun slowly rise out of the sea, listen to the slow roll of the breakers and stroll down to the water. Sea Colony's Edgewater House building is the hub of activity at Sea Colony, with indoor pool, fitness center, lobby, daily kids camps. . Compared to other 2 bedroom units in the oceanfront buildings, Edgewater's units are much larger and the balconies are almost twice the size. It is the only Sea Colony building to face the sea directly. Balconies, exterior, lobby, and common areas all recently renovated. Sea Colony's Oceanside amenities are centrally located in the Edgewater House building - indoor pool with Hot Tub, Sauna, NEW large fitness exercise room, store/deli/ice cream shoppe, kiddie camp, bingo, aerobics, and convenience desk, tennis and pickleball courts. We have been coming here for many many years and can share lots of helpful information to help you fully take advantage of Sea Colony, Bethany and the Atlantic Shore. As the family awakes, prepare a meal in your fully stocked kitchen, or go downstairs to the beach store at the foot of the elevators for some freshly made donuts or cinnamon rolls hot out of their oven. Or the Dunkin! Edgewater is the center of Sea Colony east so everything is conveniently close, pools, fitness center, hot tub, etc. Sip coffee on the balcony as the family gathers towels and beach chairs from the well stocked closets, maybe a boogie board and umbrella and you are off for a day of swimming, volleyball, beach jogging, or more likely, beach napping. Your kids play safely as you doze under the watchful eyes of the trained and experienced beach guards. Count the number of dolphins you see migrating up the beach and the parade of pelicans looking for their lunch in the waves. Lunch is easy in your unit, or on the promenade and the beach deli is only a few steps away. The pizza place across the street delivers to the beach or one of the tables with umbrellas on the promenade. Edgewater House has the only promenade deli and beach store on oceanside of Sea Colony so it is super convenient. To cool off, you dip into one of the outdoor pools, or the indoor pool, which is also in Edgewater House. Why not try the NEW exercise workout room before supper, and finish it off with a soak in the Hot Tub? They are also right there. You can easily design your own spa retreat. The massage/ bodywork center across the street comes in handy, as it were, while the kids get their hair braided or face painted a few steps away. Edgewater House is in the middle of the Sea Colony oceanfront and was designed to be the central location. It has the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub, as well as retail in the 8 building complex. The large deck has free concerts and daily camps and nightly activities for kids. It is a private community. For dinner, walk into Bethany, try one of the excellent restaurants (recommendations posted in the unit), walk the boardwalk and stop into the arcade and after that a custard. The large independent bookstore in town has great mysteries and lots of local authors. Bethany is the "Quiet Resort." The arcades and mini golf are family friendly. Its tasteful, beautifully maintained, cute and welcoming. Bethany has a lively artist community and lots of it is on display in town and along the boardwalk. Make plans to return to the boardwalk the next morning for a sunrise drop in yoga class. A trip to the arcade or mini golf course in town, or the local TIKI BAR restaurant overlooking the ocean, and you are ready for a stroll back to your unit. Or attend the free concert downtown, most Friday's-Sundays. Watch a movie, sip a wine on the balcony, or just fall asleep listening to the waves wash up against the sand while the moon leaves a path on the water. It's been a good day! We had a lovely week in this Sea Colony condo. The sun rises were amazing from the balcony. The 2 bedroom. 2 bath condo is sized well with space for everyone to be comfortable. During a crazy rain storm, it was pleasant to watch from the 7th floor views. The condo is comfortably furnished and made for a perfect week to relax and enjoy the ocean and the pool. BTW, the parking space was very convenient with easy access to get to the elevator and into the condo.

Exactly as advertised
Which was perfect. We’ve stayed at Sea Colony a number of times and have enjoyed it quite a bit. This condo enhanced the experience even more. The personal touches were nice and made the place fell more lived in and less like a place where people just crash for the week.
Looking forward to going back!

Great 4th of July Week
Our family of four had a wonderful time at the condo! It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed to cook some meals. The view can’t be beat. There were so many things at Sea Colony for us to do. Bingo was great - we had 3 winners! Great location and was easy to get around. The pool was great, beach fab and the kids also loved the indoor pool. We will definitely be back next year!

Another Amazing Stay
This is our second time staying at John and Carrie's condo. We loved it so much the first time, we booked it a second time. It is well kept and well stocked - linens, beach and bath towel, beach chairs....the list goes on and on... Everything a family needs to relax and enjoy the beach.

We enjoyed the amenities. Location and proximity to the Beach was perfect. The owners were kind enough to allow us late checkout since we got there so late on Friday.

Lovely condo
I have rented at the beach for about 40 years, and this was one of the nicest condos ever. Beautifully decorated and comfortable with a perfect view of the ocean! So nice not having to pack towels and linens! Second bedroom is huge compared to others I have seen. Kitchen not updated, but with plenty of dishes, glasses, and everything you need. Will definitely rent there again!

From the moment we arrived we felt like we were home!! Nicely decorated, very clean and stocked with everything we needed! (Even a blender that made the best frozen drinks)We would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Views were spectacular easy access to everything. We felt like we were at a resort. Great family place!
We stayed for a week during the last of August. Weather was sunny and hot--We appreciated the oceanfront balcony,easy access to pools and ocean as we had our 5 mos old grandson with us. Watching him on his floatie,bobbing with his parents in the pool was a delight. Our daughter and son in law enjoyed meeting other young parents of infants. We all enjoyed the stroller walks to town and along the shady alcoves of the promenade. When our grandson is older we know he'd love the bonfire/dj nite on the beach. Such fun!

Great location with spectacular views!
We have stayed in Bethany Beach several times in the past and each time at the Sea Colony. This was by far the best condo we have stayed. Jon and his wife went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They have stocked their unit with just about everything you need to enjoy the beach or a game night with the family. The large balcony has amazing views and Edgewater is in the heart of the Sea Colony. The reserved parking space is right next to the stairs that lead to the beach. We were able to keep the sandy beach chairs and toys in our trunk the entire week which made it super convenient to go to/from the beach. Our (2) young sons loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. We LOVED our stay and hope to return next year.

Such a beautiful view!
The best part of this condo is definitely the view. A huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo is very large and filled with almost everything you need. It is so helpful to have sheets, towels, chairs, etc. We went July 4th week which in hindsight is a mistake if you need more than one parking spot. The condo sleeps 6 people and I hope you only one in one car. Not practical with adults. The rental provides one "reserved" spot and one "unreserved" spot at Sea Colony. The problem is there are NO unreserved spots available...........ANYWHERE! We had to pay $20 a day to park on the street which was not planned in the budget. These places are expensive!
