Situated in Mammoth Lakes, this attractive condo for $149 per night is a great option for your next break. This cozy studio, 1 bathroom condo packs a big punch with sleeping arrangements for up to 5... value doesnt get better than this! The condo comes with a full size kitchen, dining area with seating for 5, a TRUE soaking tub, and forest setting views. There is a Full size Tempur-Pedic bed in the condo with a Twin trundle underneath, as well as a California King size Tempur-Pedic sofabed. The La Vista Blanc complex has an outdoor pool (Summer only), Jacuzzi and public gas grill for your use and is conveniently located on the shuttle route, and with hiking trails leading directly from the complex. This condo sleeps a maximum of 5 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, a portable private gas grill and a guest ski locker. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 7 stairs to this unit, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. This TV has basic cable and a smart DVD player where you can access apps such as HBO, Netflix and log in with your account to view movies etc. Our calendar is updated in real time. . The studio space has comfortable beds and seating. The full soak tub is tricky to get in and out of but such a lovely soaking experience! The kitchen amenities were just OK but we made it all work to eat in.

The place was perfect for my fall trip to the Eastern Sierra. The space was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I loved the tub, definitely unique and great after a long days hike.

We loved staying here. It was a cozy place to use as a jumping off point for our various adventures in the area. We loved the beautiful walking path located behind the condo unit, and it's proximity to all the things in town Check in/out was straightforward and easy, and the price was very reasonable. We hope to stay again!

The property was perfect for a last minute ski trip to Mammoth. It says it sleeps up to 5, which is technically true. But be advised this is a studio apartment with one bed, a pull out trundle, and a pull out couch bed. In terms of location, it is a quick drive to the ski village/mountain and has tons of stores within walking distance. Overall would recommend!

Great place! Even though it is older it is very clean. It is a studio (no bedrooms) but is laid out well. 2 of us were very comfortable staying there for 3 nights (1 on the couch & 1 on the bed). We didn't use the trundle bed at all. Heater & fireplace kept us warm. Super convenient location a short walk from the red line shuttle stop, to Distant Brewery, and Vons shopping center. We would definitely stay here again. Can't beat the price.

The condo was nice and served its purpose. A few suggestions. Lighting was plentiful but dim. Could use some brighter LED bulbs. Parking was convenient right outside the door. 9 minutes to the lifts was very handy.

Me and my friend had a great stay in Mammoth and in this unit. Very comfortable and close to the market and stores. The only difficultly there was the shower/tub. For me and other older people, it was difficult to get in n out. The wall of the tub is very high and I needed to sit on it to get in and out. But other than that it was a great stay.

Unit is very clean and functional & is in a nice clean complex. Everything you need is stocked in the unit. Location is close to old town & can walk to most places. Only improvement is to replace the mattress (was not very comfortable).

However, a noisy, hard spring trundle bed and equally hard pull-out sofa bed, was totally unsatisfactory (especially at the rental price-point). It's a backbreaker and there is enough room for a real queen bed. So hopefully the landlord will change this and it will be a much more comfortable place to stay. Again, the tub was awesome!

To put it simply, overall I really enjoyed this place. I would’ve given it 5 stars except for two major points; which I don’t even know if the owners have control over some items. Other issues they definitely can’t control. Firstly, the walls are somewhat thin. Our second night we were woken up by the people above us having sex. We couldn’t hear them, but they were on the bed and we could definitely hear the bed. At 0300 that’s not how I want to wake up. Or wake up at all. Again the owners have no power over this and had I known that hearing things through the walls might be an issue I would’ve brought earplugs. So bring earplugs just in case. I’m also not the lightest sleeper but not a heavy sleeper by any means. The second and only other qualm was the shower. It has a one person tub that’s SUPER deep. Super clean shower and nice looking. I’m 5’5” though and I felt like getting out of the shower might actually kill me (slipping and falling) they had towels for the ground but the wall of this tub practically came up to my hoo ha, and it’s all tile on the outside. A solid step stool would be nice and prob the only solution to this.
Aside from those two things I loved this place. The kitchen is great and we’ll stocked with utensils, tools, etc. everything works as it should. No condiments but that’s fine. We had 5 people but if there’s some skinny peeps in your group the couch pullout could definitely fit a third. The location was just outside of downtown but super easy and quick drive to everything.
Thanks for having us! I would highly recommend this place and I’m down to stay here again. The pellet stove and thermostat were easy to use and fun. Everything was super clear. Hope you guys enjoy!

Cozy & close to mountain
This was the perfect little place for a quick ski weekend getaway. There was a stop for the free shuttle right around the corner which was convenient to get to & from the mountain. Also a short distance to restaurants and Vons in town

Great place to stay and hit the slopes
The apartment was very clean and well stocked with kitchen accessories, loved the shower and the pellet burning stove for heat. Also liked the small balcony just outside the living space, I would definitely stay again.

I didn't catch in the description of the room: True soaking tub. This tub is beyond ridiculous. The tub is almost 4 feet high and they put a glass door around it with a tiny opening. They do not provide a step stole to get into the tub. This tub is waiting for an accident to happen. I am 5'5 and I struggled to get into the tub.

The unit smelled like smoke when we first got there and was freezing cold.
The mgmt company was incredibly responsive and helped me out when keys were locked in the unit, but that was as good as it got. The listing mixed between saying it was a studio and a 1bedroom. The beds were uncomfortable, furniture was everywhere and felt incredibly cluttered, dvd wasn’t hooked up, the pellet stove seems to not work very well, it was freezing when we got to the unit and it took a long time to heat up. I would have rather paid less and stayed at a cheap B&B or hotel.
