Booking.com should not be hosting this property on their site!

Location. Super cheap.at least there’s a security door and it’s staffed 24/7 - just about! Cleaner v friendly.

Drunk homeless people in the reception area. Filthy bathrooms always locked being used by drunks/smokers. Badly maintained general areas with lots of rubbish and nothing else! Hot water and a cup is allocated like being in prison.

If your net worth is negative, this is what you can afford

The cabin size room was nice enough for the price.

There are lots of scuff marks on the paint, and snoring is common. Warning, I found a tick bug or a bed bug. And I've stayed there twice, and I've left with bite marks twice. The lights are left on for hours past midnight. Not pleasant at all.

Un posto così è davvero una cosa VERGOGNOSA!

Niente. Non capisco come una struttura in queste condizioni sia data da Booking!

Entrando nel portone si capisce subito che è un posto putrido senza un minimo di pulizia! Arrivando alla “reception” ( se così possiamo definirla) sulla destra c’è un deposito di qualche senzatetto! Entrando nella “stanza” ( anche questa non la definirei una stanza), sembra di essere all’interno di una cella, anzi per lo meno la cella è più grande, all’interno si trova un letto dove è a due poco sporco, non si ha nemmeno lo spazio di girarsi se si porta una valigia all’interno, senza una finestra con solamente una grata nel soffitto che è comunicante con gli altri sfigati che hanno prenotato in questo posto per sbaglio! Non pensavo davvero che esistesse un posto così dove un essere vivente possa stare, ma neanche gli animali li metterei lì dentro! Per non parlare del bagno in comune.. ci sono entrato solamente per curiosità neanche le mani mi laverei lì dentro! Veramente un posto vergognoso! Non ci andate perché vi sembrerà tutto surreale! E penso addirittura di essere stato carino nello scrivere queste cose perché davvero non ci sono parole!

It was the second worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. Felt like a prison in a desperate country.

The hell in NYC

The first impression from outside was positive. The location is near the downtown.

There were no separate rooms. The big area was divided by walls with a metal met as a ceiling. No privacy and no windows. It was like a dormitory where you hear each and every noise from the next door.

You get what you paid for, NYC is expensive

The location is good, a couple of minutes walk to a D line subway station. The staff was respectful and polite. They provided a towel, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, and toothpaste free of charge

The cleanliness is subpar at best. The room is a small box, walls don't go all the way up to the sealing. A guy next to my "room" was coughing, sneezing, and making noises like he was having an orgasm all night long. Don't stay there unless you have no options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. All of my issues were handled promptly and courteously.

Look, this place is the dives of all dives and isn't really for anyone that is looking for a standard hotel. The room is absurdly small and overpriced considering the amenities. If it were half the price or way less than maybe it would have been a good deal. I was desperate. Hostels booked in the off season or a standard hotel room shared would probably be better. Location is great though.

May be the wifi was Okay

Every other thing about the hotel is horrible. It is not qualified to be referred to as an Hotel. Not even a Motel. It is horrible. Booking.com should go and visit it, it does not deserve to be on Booking.com. i cannot believe I paid close to USD 100 per night in a room that is /5 the size of a standard room.

estafa, home less place ! não caia em golpe !

very dirty, it's a home less center, lots of insects in the bed, disgusting bathroom, I had to change hotels, I spent money to go to the hospital to medicate myself, people smoking and drugged. booking did not refund my money and well the hotel did not resolve the situation. don't get hit.

Is it really a joke? how come this place is listed in Booking.com? I swear a prison cell would be more comfortable than this place ..... super dirty room and bathroom...DONT GO THERE

The most awful place I have ever stayed in my entire life.... I booked it for two nights, but I was shocked when I saw the place! I had to book another place..... It is a dumpster

Friendly and comfortable in a great location.

Loved the location, and privacy, it comes up as hostel but you get single rooms with a key about the size of the bed so no sharing or locking luggage in lockers.

the rooms are not completely closed in and you can hear the neighbours, light pours in from adjoining rooms and don't forget to bring toilet paper and shower shoes! The bathrooms could use more daily cleaning.

Never ever go to this hotel .. even when it’s free, as you might get disease(that’s how dirty it is)

Everything was pathetic.. room, bed, bathroom(worst), cleanliness worst.. even in situations when you don’t have any option to sleep better sleep on station but don’t go to this hotel.. not even worth of 20$ per night ..
