Very bad.

The check in experience was quite bad, the flight was cancelled due to the weather, my flight was cancelled due to the weather, and the check in delay information was provided to the hotel, but they did not admit it when they arrived at the front desk.

The experience was very bad, the service attitude was very bad, and the company's communication channels were very poor, and there was no response to the messages left. At the same time, the hotel's legal awareness is very weak, because the weather is not the consumer's own reasons for the delay in the cancellation of the plane. Check-in should be postponed, of course, and the hotel has no consciousness, only the consciousness of money.And like to shirk responsibility, when the problem arises, the problem will be pushed to others, to the platform BooKing.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo come base per girare New York.

Struttura abbastanza recente, con servizi basici ma accogliente. Camera piacevolmente arredata, bagno non grandissimo ma tutto molto pulito e letto comodo. Ottima posizione per visitare le varie zone di New York, sia a piedi che in metro. Un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Segnalerei un possibile miglioramento della colazione con qualche prodotto fresco in più (pane, marmellata, etc)

Nice hotel in a good location

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff was friendly and breakfast was solid if unspectacular. Beds are comfortable and the room is quite functional.

Room is cramped and the shower too. I know it's NYC but wow, I had to turn sideways to get by the beds to the bathroom. I thought I saw parking listed on the site but there was no parking available.

Such a nice hotel and really made this trip complete!

EVERYTHING!! The hotel was immaculate!! The staff is so kind!! The head of housekeeping? She is an actual angel on earth!! Next time I spend the night in NYC, I will absolutely be staying here again!

A fantastic place to stay if you are in New York for a short stay.

More variety for breakfast could be provided, especially the hot meals section.

At the front desk Frank was kind enough to switch room for us and give us upgrades! Great people and amazing place.

Great location, close from all the places we wanted to go including Times Square, amazing breakfast, clean and every room have microwave!

Location was great. Very clean facility.

Rooms are a bit tight (small), not much room on either side of the bed.

Nice hotel for a short stay, but elevator banging needs to be fixed.

It is a clean, small hotel with friendly staff, and is convenient to subways to get anywhere you would want to be in the city.

For some reason, the elevators bang all the time, day and night. So if you are a light sleeper, be sure to get a room far away from elevators. And the rooms are a bit small compared to other SpringHill suites I'm used to.

The worst reception ever … the receptionist never paid attention to my status with Mariotte bon upon my arrival . I tried to ask him not to hold money for the inceditals on my Cridit card and I will pay cash deposit as I do every where else , but he refused totally and said we don’t deal with cash !!! All of this with rudeness no smiles .. he probably have me the very poor room in the hotel even you can hardly access the bed… never again on this hotel

Nice location, kind staff. The room and breakfast were under expectations.

Staff is friendly and responsive. Location is nice to visit Midtown and lower Manhattan on foot.

Room does not have closet. The only light in the room was bed night light. Breakfast is not diversified and closes at 9am which is early for people on vacation!
