Less than a minute down the road, the highly-desired Red Line shuttle (stop #5) takes you everywhere. Have dinner in The Village, take The Gondola to Canyon Lodge, or hop on the trolley with bikes an all-downhill ride of your life. Can't bear to leave the crackling fire? You're only a 2-minute drive (.4 miles) to the local grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and taverns. All three bedrooms are downstairs for the perfect day/night setup. Location is great however the place is so run down and not properly cleaned at all. Issues with bathroom and maintenance being half left undone while we stayed. Need some tlc for sure.

Condo was a great location - walking distance to everything local that we needed. Pool, hot-hub were clean and easy to use. House was clean, plenty of space, natural light and breezes during the midday heat. Internet/tv was fast and easy to use. Kitchen was supplied with essential cookware, although if planning on cooking large group meals, it might be challenging and suggest bringing extra pots, dishes etc. Overall, great place - I would happily stay here for another group trip.

We had 4 adults, 2 kids, and a dog. This home was clean, smelled nice, spacious and quiet. We had a wonderful time. It is close to the golf course and town and had beautiful mountain views.

This year was my husbands and I 30th anniversary and we wanted to celebrate together with our family. We need a big space to accommodate everyone and this one sounded perfect online and we booked it! We got up to Mammoth early and the staff was amazing and allowed us to check in early. The condo was even bigger and better! We had plenary of beds for everyone, they even had a pullout sofa and cot if needed! I loved that the sleeping was downstairs and the living area upstairs! There was a big table to accommodate our dinners and game playing all together, the kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and pans we needed, they thought of everything! They even had space heaters and sleds to ride on! We took advantage of the hot tub which was close by and found there was a sauna as well. Our kids snowboarded three days, even on the day of the blizzard! We took the bus most times, which was very convenient, and took us to slopes, shopping and restaurants. This truly was the perfect holiday getaway, thank you for a wonderful anniversary. We will definitely be back and refer this place to all our friends!

The rental was in a great location close to attractions and restaurants. It had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was figuring out the TV. We didn't find it easy to navigate. It would also be good to know that there are stairs going up to the entry and 2 levels of stairs inside.

Condo was nice, but it would have been nice to know the washer and dryer was not in the condo! Also the master unsuite bathroom shower head was not very stable, could use some new fireplace tools? Otherwise it was fine 😊

First time using a VRBO, the condo was very nice and roomy for the five of us. Great location for walking to nearby food and shopping. Loved the Stove for breakfast and the Wok and Roll Chinese food for dinner.

We loved our stay here! The home was comfortable and perfect for our big family! I highly recommend! Be sure to get and keep handy your instructions for finding this particular unit and its entry code ahead of time. Due to cell phone reception issues, we had trouble finding our info when we arrived. Also keep in mind, Laundry unit is close to the pool (requires quarters). Lovely home.
