A prime getaway for skiers, golfers, and hikers alike, this renovated condo features a living room that's warmed by a stone fireplace, a TV to watch in the comfort of plush sofas, and a private balcony with a view of the surrounding woodlands. Leave the day's clothes to spin in the private washer/dryer, and spend your evenings cooking with loved ones in the full kitchen when you're not dining out in Mammoth Village. THINGS TO KNOW The internet in this area is unreliable. This home does not allow early check-in. Please remember to bring your pool towels, we only provide regular towels for your stay. While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Great spot that fits a lot of people. Beds were comfy, kitchen was up to date and had a bunch of appliances/cooking stuff. Loved the fact that you could walk to the gondola (granted it is about a 8 min walk and there are stairs so if you have ski boots you might want to do another pair of shoes) but it's also close enough to drive to canyon if you want to do that. Only thing that needs updating is the showers. Great wifi and smart TVs.

The location was great. Very easy to access Village, Canyon Lodge or Main Lodge. The market and restaurants were so accessible. We really enjoyed our stay there during Memorial Day weekend skiing.

The place was clean and spacious, however the hot tub was out of order (and seems like it has been and will be) And the saunas were a little sketchy loooking. If those things are not important to you, it’s a great place to stay.

It was very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of firewood, and a nice location. There were 7 of us and luckily we are all very close, because it was quite cozy/small in the main living area. No bathroom on the main living area so lots of up and down stairs trips. View from the balcony was pretty and it had far less stairs up to the front door than many of the other units. Overall worked great for our 4 day trip with family & friends.

Nice updated kitchen and main room, comfy beds, close to shuttle stop and Mammoth Village! Only thing to be aware of is it's down at the bottom of a little hill and the parking spots are outside so if you're going in the snow, make sure you have chains or 4 wheel drive!

The beds were very comfortable and the sheets and comforter was spotless white (which means clean) they also had plenty of extra blankets if needed. Lots of room for privacy. We had 3 generations go so grandpa and grandma had upstairs and parents with kids downstairs. Probably only downside was no TV in the second bedroom downstairs. Great location and easy parking right in front of condo.

Awesome Cabin near by the Village!!
This place was perfect for a snowboarding getaway with close friends. Would definitely recommend staying here

Nice place, close to ski area
Nice place, convenient access to Mammoth Mountain for skiing. Front door lock keypad didn't work upon arrival, so had to use regular key. Overall great stay.

If you are looking for a quiet get away, you will not be getting that here. Our trip was during the summer and it’s important to know there is no air conditioning, which would be okay if you could keep the windows open, but we could not. The condo did not have screens on many of the windows . When we left the slinging glass fro or and front door open, bugs and critters came into the condo. There were 2fans provided, but it was not sufficient to cool the house while the windows were closed.Overall the home was clean. Carpets and windows dirty. The management company was very responsive and returned calls and text promptly. In regards to the missing screens, they stated they would notify the owner.

Place was everything they said. Could of used some more kitchen supplies, bowls, pans, utensils, but overall, excellent condition.

This is a duplex in a great location for hitting the slopes and hitting the village, but the beds are pretty uncomfortable. The loft is very small and there is barely room to shimmy into the uncomfortable bed. The bunks downstairs are your best bet if your into twin beds. The main floor is smaller than the pictures would suggest and you will be on top of each other if you are all in the same space at once. If you are looking for a great location and don’t care about a goodnights sleep this place is for you.

Great location uncomfortable beds.
This small duplex is in a great location close to the village and the slopes. The condo is well equipped but the beds in the loft and main bedroom are very uncomfortable. The bunks are the best beds. The loft is also very small and the sound travels throughout the unit. If you don’t care about getting a good nights sleep this place would be great. You can walk to the village and take the gondola to the slopes.
