Newly renovated in 2022, this home is just what you've been looking for. Overlook the surf and sand from this first-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, oceanfront condo. Just steps from Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach and the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this coastal retreat's easy, one-level layout features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main suite. This condo is accessible without stairs and offers central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, three TVs, free WiFi, and features luxury vinyl plank flooring. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features half a mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoors), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. There will be construction in a neighboring building from September 11, 2023 - mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We went for Spring Break. Very clean, very roomy, comfortable. Great location as we could walk out and not have to use the elevator at all. Middle of everything.

Property location is fabulous, out the slider and you are looking at the beach. Place is a little dated but with a deep cleaning would be great (i.e.: behind and underneath items). Kitchen could be better equipped with dishes. Bed was excellent with some maintenance needed on sliders, toilet seats and refrigerator. We would probably rent again.
