We have stayed at Sea Colony many times. This condo was our favorite! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook any meal. The beds were comfortable and the condo was spotless when we arrived. It has a beautiful front view of the ocean. My children loved the bunk beds and a bonus was the reading light attached to each!! Ben was friendly and very responsive to messages. We already booked for next summer and look forward to making many more memories!

We stayed at 302NEdgewaterthis past week for our first week-long family vacation. The condo was very clean and organized well. We had some items to get us started for the week and clean towels. I enjoyed the book to tell us where restaurants are and how to get around. I did notice the guest bath, the water would run out the spigot for shower and a bath, when trying to shower. Maybe we didn't do something correct or it may need to be looked at. When we first arrived, there was some confusion on our check-in at Sea Colony. They wanted a print out of ates to prove we were the renters. I showed them email of the map an check in/out time but it didn't have the length of stay on that particular email. After we had it all settled, things were fine but I was nervous after the trip and a chance of not being able to check in. Overall, it was an awesome week with tons to do and a great view of the ocean and night sky. Longos

We enjoyed our stay at Bethany beach ! The condo had a wonderful view of the ocean. The property was clean! We will stay here again.
