Overlook the surf and sand from the spacious balcony of this renovated and rare eighth floor 2-bedroom (and den with folding wall), 2-bath, oceanfront center tier condo! Recent renovations (2017): New kitchen with island & wine refrigerator, new baths, new tile floors through and new furnishings! Boasting a convenient one-level layout, this resort retreat features a living and dining room, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite! Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, 3 Blu-rays, Wifi., Keurig Notes: Features wood flooring throughout. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. There is construction in the building through mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Please use caution when entering the building and obey signage. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 8. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We’ve stayed at Sea Colony for many summers and this was our favorite one so far. Very nice and roomy.

We liked the location and the layout of the unit. Clearly some nice updates done to the unit. However during upon check in we found that several maintenance items that were needed to the unit which were left unresolved during our stay even after reporting them. And the cleanliness of the unit was severely lacking.

This unit checks all our boxes. And although AC distribution in the back bedroom was a challenge, we still give it 5-stars. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating, beds were very comfortable, pillows & blankets were plentiful, center unit with great view. We are already looking forward to next year!
