Situated in Stinson Beach, this attractive house for $350 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This sweet 2 BR home has private garden spaces and is a 5 minute walk to town and the beach, as well as easy access to the hiking trails on Mt. Tamalpais. The primary bedroom has ensuite bathroom, lots of windows, and it's own private deck. The roomy second bedroom has a bath down the hall. The living room has a fireplace and a view to the sea. The sunny kitchen has granite counter tops and a dining table. The pretty deck and garden are perfect for outdoor living. Gas Grill. Dogs are allowed. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 2 Queen beds, 2 Sleeper Sofa (the one in the living room great and the one in the master is very simple) NOTE: Minimum booking is 7 days unless surrounding bookings create a smaller span. This home is nicely decorated and appointed. The textiles were comforting and cozy. There is a ton of natural light and the kitchen had all we wanted. Only problem we had was an alarm from the septic tank. We contacted the property manager and it was promptly attended to. On that note, my boys thought the bidet was great. What a fun weekend!

Nestled in the hills of Stinson Beach, my favorite place! It was private, very clean and well stocked. The front garden and bedroom patio gardens were delightful! I would stay there again, and recommend it to others, in a heartbeat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very functional home for a vacation. Kitchen and home in general are well equipped, the home is charming and fairly comfortable. Very pretty garden. There are lots of windows and it is very well lit. That being said, the home would benefit from some more shades, curtains, or drapes. We have young children and they were waking up super early because it was so bright. Some shades over the skylight in one of the rooms would be helpful. I also think the place could be elevated with some better furniture, like a proper couch, but overall a nice place to stay in a good location.

The well stocked kitchen had everything needed for our Thanksgiving preparations. The beds & linens very comfortable.

The heat was a mixed bag with some rooms warm and others cold. It was not easily adjustable. And the furniture was nice but not particularly comfortable.

Would have liked to have more cutting boards and baking supplies in the kitchen - as well as matches for the fireplace. The garden needed a little trimming - and may have opened some more views of the water. There are really nice well established plants.

Overall it was wonderful.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
