Nestled in Stinson Beach, this charming house for $715 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Located in Seadrift on the inner lagoon with beautiful views of Mt. Tam, this home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. There are several decks, water toys, hot tub, TV in master bedroom and a TV/VCR in the living room. Water toys include 2 paddleboards, 1 canoe, 1 double kayak, 1single kayak, all paddles and many boogie boards. There are also two kids bikes. The fireplace in the living room not usable. Gas grill. Pets are welcome. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning. Bed Configuration: 2 Kings, 2 Twins, pull out couch in den. NOTE: All online bookings are subject to owner approval. Off Season: 2-night minimum (excluding holidays) $2,000 first 2 nights. This house is stunning and wonderfully situated on the Seadrift lagoon. You can wake up in the morning and go SUPping or kayaking, and have full views of Mt. Tam. The kitchen is stocked with sufficient equipment (but few sundries such as oil, spices, sugar), there were plenty of towels, and the beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was that there was a pretty bad mosquito infestation, particularly in the children's room, and we didn't realize it until the first night. I'd recommend bringing some mosquito spray and looking at the walls and ceilings when you first arrive. We were able to get an effective natural/non-toxic spray at the Bolinas market, and once we knew it was an issue we were able to deal with it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location on the lagoon and view of Mt. Tam is stunning. The home provided several water toys and being able to bring our dog was a bonus. The home is well-maintained and clean. Our only complaint is the mosquitoes. Looking forward to returning!

We have stayed in other homes along the lagoon but one of the best features of this house is the master bedroom overlooks the lagoon. Very peaceful. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the canoes and paddle boards. Kitchen had all the amenities you could think of. Only minor negatives is the stove burners are not that great (but perhaps that is because we are spoiled at home) and the sofas in the TV room have seen better days. Be prepared to either drive or bike to get to the beach access points as this house is definitely in the middle of Seadrift Rd. Otherwise, we had a fantastic, relaxing time.

This place is awesome, well equipped and great location. The only complaint I have is the master bed mattress! It is supposed to be temperpedic but it leaves giant dents in it so it was hard to sleep in.

We had a great stay here with our family, the place was wonderfully located on the lagoon with spectacular backdrop of the mountains. Our kids loved jumping into the water everyday, swimming and trying out the different kanus and paddle boards. The house was tidy and the amenities were plenty. We loved this home and felt completely at home and welcomed there. The house had a "happy" feel to it and was really comfortable from a well-stocked kitchen to a comfy bed and beyond. While I left some notes for the homeowners and the rental agency, the notes were super minor things that most people probably would not notice. We loved that the house had all the toys you could want/need for a fun time here and the location was great. The only downside of the location may have been that the rental agency may have wanted to warn there are several huge construction projects happening within a few hundred feet so that Monday-Friday, it gets pretty loud after having been really relaxed and peaceful during the weekend. It was an unpleasant surprise and would have appreciated the head's up in advance. But the property itself was just perfect for our week away from home which was only 6 miles!

Thank you for replacing the masterbedroom shades. It reduced the morning light considerably though we needed to still block out the remaining light to sleep in.
Please consider replacing the masterbedroom mattress. It is getting spongy on the sides and my husband's back was aching by day #3 so he needed to sleep on one of the twin beds for the remainder of the trip.
We were very glad for the days that were not windy. It made kayaking, paddleboarding and walking on the beach much more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, new construction was in progress directly across from 237 Seadrift so we heard lots of noise once 8am rolled around.
Noticed upon arrival and during our stay that a few things needed to be fixed ...
(a) the shared bathroom light fixture above the toilet needs to be replaced
(b) the wall behind the door leading to the masterbathroom toilet needs to be patched
(c) the landscape irrigation just outside the twin bedroom window has a leak from a disconnected drip line

Plenty of room for our group of friends and family. Sleeps 6 comfortably and has large bathrooms. Everything was clean and it is a well-stocked house. Stylish decor. Great for dogs too. Dishwasher could be upgraded. Overall, we loved it and would return.

The house had everything we needed for thanksgiving with plenty of boats, balls, a ping pong table and bikes to keep everyone entertained all week. The construction in sea drift is all over the neighborhood and very loud during the week but fortunately we only overlapped for three days.

Highway One realtors were prompt and very helpful.- The house is appealing, the kitchen well equipped. Unacceptable that we were not warned of the major construction site vis-a-vis the rental (West side), the East side remains shady all day in October. - Kitchen sink did not drain well, dishwasher did not clean properly due to the absence of a washable filter. - Price and valued did not aline.

Our family stayed for a week. We had fabulous weather so were able to use the kayaks/paddle boards etc. We also enjoyed access to the beach which is right down the street. The home has lot of wonderful outdoor seating areas. The inside kitchen/living area is very spacious. I felt things could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen cupboards and drawers more organized. It's very well stocked yet hard to find things. I also thought some things should be offered i.e., coffee filters, aluminum foil/wrap or tupperware. There was nothing to store leftovers in. Lots of towels and beach towels but only a few kitchen towels that were very old. Beds were comfortable. There is lots of construction going on so during the week lots of cars and noise from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Highway One Properties was easy work with. Our welcome packet did not have a key or gate pass, they brought these out to us right away. We had an issue with a blind in the master bedroom that was broken. They sent a handyman out within a couple of hours but his fix did not work. Reading a past review, this same blind issue was mentioned. You would think they would have found a better fix for it while they are waiting on a replacement. All and all, it is a great home and would recommend it plus hope to vacation there again in the future.

We love Stinson. It is a true vacation our family always look forward to. We have been renting houses at Seadrift for over 20 years. The entire family can kayak, swim, and relax all together or on their own.. The problem with this unit is that it is not being maintained for renters. e had not stayed at this house before and many things were broken making it dissapointing. The problem with this unit is it is not being maintained. Many of the window covering were broken. In the master bedroom that looks onto the lagoon there is no privacy. No privacy. Instructions for the TV did not work. The house needs TLC. We would love to stay again if things were repaired.

For the 2nd year in a row, we rented the same home. It had been sold to a new owner who fixed it up very well; we were very comfortable and were lacking for almost nothing except the TV did not work in the area off the kitchen. Efforts were made to re-connect it but could not be done on the holiday week-end.

The property is conducive to a family/ friends gathering. Spacious living room with high ceilings and view of lagoon attracts folks to this central area. Tv alcove good for those who want to retreat. Lagoon is fun for kayaking , swimming etc.would like deck area tables wiped down better and cobwebs removed. We did it ourselves.

Perfect !
I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was! The home is VERY spacious, comfortable, and light. There are more amenities than you can usually hope for. Ping pong, fire pit, hot tub, and the owner even lets you use her kayaks and canoe. Close to town and perfect for taking walks on the beach and bird watching. The owner was very responsive, and accommodating. We are looking forward to staying there again this year!

Seadrift beach house
The house was perfect for us. Large deck areas for our dogs to hang out, boats on dock (we brought our own life jackets). Hot tub was excellent and very clean. Kitchen was perfect for our group of 4-8. We had some lite bulbs out on the deck and the repair guys came within the hour after we called. Cabinet fronts need cleaning near bar adjacent to kitchen and deck needs power washing. We ate many meals in the outer deck which has a large comfortable table that seats 10. Great for all groups.
