Nestled in Stinson Beach, this charming house for $600 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Stinson Beach is steps away - easy to go back for more drinks. Enjoy views of both the ocean and Mt. Tam. 1 Small dog friendly (fee) with fenced decks - please do not let your dog on the furniture or on the beds and let me know if you need a dog bed. 3 nite min; 1 week minimum summer & holidays. Free EV chargers in park parking lot in town a short walk away near the beach, post office, shops and restaurants Very clean, updated central heating. sun-filled, and nicely decorated beach home with updated kitchen, Bosch stove, dw, full size fridge, blender, several decks to enjoy sun or shade when you are not on the beach. Short walk to town grocery, restaurants, post office, library,kids park & ping pong and airstream food truck. Upstairs, the cheerful, well-appointed kitchen has an eating counter and view and sounds of the ocean. Updated central heating and double pane windows make it cozy. Fireplace does not work - not available. Open floor plan of kitchen, living room and dining area, all with ocean views. The upstairs master bedroom with queen bed opens to an upper deck with eating table, chairs, new propane bbq grill and views of the ocean and hills. The two bedrooms on the first floor share a full bath with access to the bath through the smaller bedroom. The larger bedroom with queen bed on the first floor opens to a rear garden deck, hot tub, and chaises. Master bedroom on top floor has ocean view and 2nd fl deck. Kids welcome - graco pack and play with sheets in closet. Sand Toys, bocce ball, cornhole, chairs, beach umbrella in front hall. Flat screen TVs in each room. Game chest on stair landing includes ocean bingo, rummikub, backgammon, monopoly, etc. Sorry, no smoking and no large gatherings. max 6 people overnight and max 10 people day use. No rvs or campers. Fireplace decorative only. Parking for 2 cars parallel in drive. Other cars on arroyo. Short walk to town where you can rent surf boards and wet suits. Great library! Wonderfully warm Outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach before hopping into the rear deck hot tub or relaxing on chaises under umbrella in back deck. Super sunlit & clean, you will not want to leave!

This beach house was just perfect for a getaway for my husband and myself. It was ideal for walking on the beach into town, and as a home base for local hikes. The sunny living room was great for afternoon naps with the windows open and the sound and sight of the ocean right there in front of us. The house was filled with beautiful art, which put me in the mood to do my own sketching. The neighborhood was tranquil and we had an amazing night sleep every night on the extremely comfortable mattress. Excellent communication with host from the time of booking through to the end of stay; that made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Truly, everything was ideal and I'd love to do it all over again!

80 ft walk to the beach. Nicely remodelled older beachhouse. Not huge but good for small family or two couples. Small, front upper deck great in the morning, sunny snd protected where you can see the surf while having your coffee. Host Mary was nice and provided local artisan breads.

We spent 9 days here, 2 adults and 2 teens. We loved the house. Beautiful ocean views, excellent natural light with lots of windows. It was cozy and comfortable for the 4 of us. Lots of different outdoor spots to enjoy and a minute walk to the beach. The gas grill and hot tub were a nice bonus. The living room tv with the Roku gave us access to our own Netflix and Amazon Video and we were also able to connect our WII for family games. While we brought all our groceries from the City, we did make one quick run to the local market for milk and I’ve cream. We will return for sure!

How I love this beach home! This is the second time I have stayed here, and I know this is my home away from home when I am in the bay area. How comforting and peaceful it is to know that at the end of the day in town I can drive over the mountain and down to the beach and REST. I started each of my days with a walk on the stunning beach and ended my days watching the sun set over the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked and I loved cooking myself delicious meals and then sitting out on the front deck and enjoying the view and sun shine. The hot tub in the back yard was also wonderful to relax in. I love the Stinson Beach Community....kindness and joy seems to permeate the air! Do not miss staying in this comfortable, beautiful home. The downstairs is perfect for a young family...

House is artistic and kept nice. Well stocked. Location is awesome. Not right on beach, but still felt like it due to nice views all around. Not only ocean views, but also towards the mesmerizing mountains from the kitchen window, master bedroom deck, master bathroom shower and adorable backyard. Neighbor below is sensitive to noise. We had 2 kids and we were out on top deck and got a little yelled at. No loud music and no screaming. It was only 7pm. Owner is very communicative, accommodating and nice. She seems to take pride in the house and virtual hosting, which is a big plus for me. One small consideration ... Floors are painted all white, which starts to make the floors look dirty pretty quick. Brave color choice for a beach house rental. Overall, I highly recommend. We had a lovely stay! :)

This place was steps from the beach. It was very cute. The beds were comfy, and the property owner was so very generous and nice to deal with. I highly recommend this property. It’s wonderful!! We had a great stay.

The location is superb, the beds are very comfortable. The little kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a family dinner on the back patio. We enjoyed the hot tub and the layout of rooms up and downstairs. Thank you!
