The rental was nice and clean. It was in a convenient location. The only negative thing about this place was parking. There's not enough parking to park close sometimes. We would definitely stay here again.

This rental is in a prime location for all attractions in Pigeon Forge without hitting the main road which is always congested. The price is good, and the rental was clean.

Small comfortable well equipped apartment with a great view in the front and a comfortable balcony in the back. Warm large indoor pool and sauna. Comfortable bed is a great place to collapse after a busy day at Dollywood. Tastefully decorated and extremely clean.

I can't begin to say how filthy this place is. From mold,( We had to request a new shower curtain it was so bad) hair and ceiling particles that had fallen in our shower to dust 1/4 of an inch thick on the trim, filthy walls, ect. Our internet did not work THE ENTIRE TIME we were there. I have stayed at other VACASA locations before and absolutely loved them. I have never left a negative review until now that is how disappointed I am.

Check in instructions did not arrive in email until I called. Room was ok but not great. Remote was broken, not enough parking, bed was terrible.

The location was great, but the condo wasn't cleaned well. There was feces on the shower curtain and dust everywhere. The entire complex seemed rundown. I would not stay here again.

The bed is EXTREMELY uncomfortable. It felt like a thin, old sleeper sofa mattress that squeaked every time you moved. The bathroom was not cleaned well. There were hairs on the floor and it smelled like urine. I was disappointed after viewing the pictures online. It does not measure up to the expectations.

Apartment looked great but cosmetically needs some TLC. The bathroom sink stopper was stuck in the sink, the jacuzzi tub spout is falling off, one of the decorative pillows on the couch was all torn and ratty, just overall maintenance could help a lot! The mattress should be replaced to be less board like and more bed like.

The only thing good about this place is that it is centrally located. The place is extremely filthy with dead bugs and stains in the furniture. The bed in the bedroom feels like a jail mattress. Ironically, the floor feels better to sleep on. Each bed in this place has very large questionable stains. The floors had brown long strands of hair on them. Both my wife and I have black hair, so how long this hair has been there we don’t know. The internet did not work and when we tried every remedy that the owner suggested, we were told to call comcast ourselves in order to fix our problem. This was a failure in the end because we didnt own the location. The towels all had stains on them as if they were used slightly just flipped before we entered the location. For an $80 cleaning fee this place has to be one of the dirtiest locations that I have ever seen. This says a lot when I have been to resorts in Disney. Before there is another guest in this location, the owner needs to actually do some cleaning or have the “workers” that just walk around looking busy to actually clean and do their jobs. This place is definitely not worth the money and should be taken off the site entirely if they are going to just be this low grade of quality for people that are paying high prices and cleaning fees.

This condo is in such a bad bad need of some TLC!!!!! I have never stayed in a condo that was so needy. The people in the unit above us were also VERY LOUD with a child running the whole time we were there. EVERYTHING need to be fixed !!! The ONLY LIGHT in the living room would not turn off you had to unplug it ,the plug on the other side of the couch would not work. The light over the sink in the kitchen only one side of it worked . Closet door no knob to open or close and did not have a track for the closet door no hooks to hang anything on wires were hanging everywhere Mattress on the bed was a BIG NIGHTMARE!!!!!! With so called night tables lights one ripped off the wall while the other one is barely hanging on ... Spiderwebs on the light over the bed and hanging over the doorway and a gap under the door entering the condo a full inch thick. NOPE NOT HERE ANYMORE I myself think this one would have to pass an inspection before it could be rented again... Need new houskeepers !!!!! LOTS OF WORK TO BE DONE HERE!!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! D Arnold

Golf View Condo
The actual condo was great and had everything we needed. Good location. King size bed, bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room, electric fireplace, balcony and even a washer and dryer. We loved this town and the condo was more than enough room for my girlfriend and I. The only thing I would recommend is please get a new mattress! The mattress is only about 6 inches thick and is extremely uncomfortable. Get a new mattress and the room is perfect!

Lamps were ripped off of walls, nozzles missing from the Jacuzzi tub, warped floor causing us to trip in the hallway. Wash machine is SUPER loud. drain in the bathroom sink would not come unstopped had to call maintenance to resolve.

Unfortunately this was the most rundown place we have stayed at. The pictures are not accurate. Upon entering, the floor tiles (sticky back) are not adhered to the floor at all, they constantly crack and pop. In the bedroom the lamp was broken, all but two bulbs in the light fixture were blown, the closet bifold door is broken, the trim around the tub was coming off and long nails were exposed which would catch your leg or pants, the bathroom door from the bedroom was hard to shut. In the hallway the light fixture had broken from the bracket and is falling from the ceiling. In the bathroom the toilet seat was very loose and it could use another towel bar and towel hooks. The exhaust fan looked as if it had never been washed/wiped down. The sheetrock is peeling in the shower ceiling due to poor exhaust fan CFM, not big enough to pull adequate moisture from the bathroom. The sticky tile had a huge buckle in front of the washer and dryer that was a major trip hazard, we had to place a rug over it to remind us to step over to avoid tripping. Both tv’s were very hard to hear and even turning the volume up made it very unclear, and the picture quality was horrible. The living room only had one small lamp and with the eating table being majority in the living room we couldn’t see to eat at the table. The outside balcony does not have the view shown in pictures…the view is of the side of another building. The outside balcony was covered in mold as was the door. The outside rug got kicked up by accident and looks as though it has never been swept under! The air conditioning wouldn’t cool at all. It was very hot and uncomfortable at night. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, please read the reviews fully as the pictures and description is not at all accurate. We paid over $900 for three nights and are HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.

The bed was so miserable that I spent my last two nights there on the couch and my husband slept on the floor. And speaking of the floor, it was so warped in the hallway, we had to constantly be careful not to trip. There was minimal cleaning supplies provided, including only the garbage bag that was already in the garbage can. This was our honeymoon and I have to say, we were very disappointed in the room, it was definitely not worth over $900 for 5 nights. The washer didn't work, I found a sock under the chair, and the floors were so dirty we were having to wipe our feet constantly. Would maybe stay in a different unit next time, but definitely not the same one.

Super cute decor, location was perfect. We felt very safe the whole stay. Only issue we had was with the washer not working, but that wasn't a necessity and definitely not a deal breaker. Look forward to staying with you again next year. :)

Very easy to book and get into the property looked a lot more updated in pics which it was still nice but I almost tripped and fell in hallway as the flooring is bucked and loose in a couple of places and the bed is very uncomfortable

We had ants problem, ants all over our dishes, they had to spray for them. I got electrocuted through the light switch and it went to my hair , come to find out the electrician said the ground wire was disconnected, the floor is bubbled and makes popping sounds. The bed is super springy and loud and you feel the springs in your back, the washer knob was broken so we couldn’t even wash our clothes. Also not to mention, there was no toilet plunger so how can you fix what needs to be done when you don’t have stuff?
